We had Polyjacking done. Matt, that gave us the estimate was explained everything great and was very down to earth. Martin, Raul Bello, Carlos Saldarriasu, and Rico Aguirre did a fantastic job and were friendly. The pricing exceeded my needs. I would have liked to have had confirmation the day of the job. LOVE the 5 year warranty and that it is transferable.

Martin Rigoberto, Raul Bello, and Carlos Saldarringa did a fantastic job when they came to poly lift our garage floor. They were very nice and informative about what they were doing each step of the process. They swept and cleaned once they were done (even when we said they didn’t have to). 100% recommend and will definitely use again if we need them for other work. Thanks guys!

We called a few businesses to find out what could be done with our cracked basement, so we did not have to worry about it every time it rained. Matt Neal was able to get here to look at it in a short time. Matt gave us options that could be done. Matt was very confident that once the option we chose, wall shield and sump pump, was complete, we would have no issues. We called Matt a couple of extra times with questions and he was more than willing to answer them.

We live in Topeka, Ks, and on the scheduled day, Nick was on time with his crew of Mario, Brandon, Gonzalo, Reynoldo, and Carlos S. All of them were very hard-working, respectable, courteous and kind. They all knew their job proficiently. We never heard Nick having to tell them what to do. They kept the area neat as they worked. They put plastic down the stairs and covered items in the basement near the work area to not get dust on them. After completion, the site was swept and everything picked up.

We would recommend Olsan’s to anyone needing basement work, and for them to request Matt and Nick’s crew.

Martin Bello, Idquel Gonzalez, Carlo Ruiz, and Gorge Muteo did an amazing job today lifting my driveway that had over a 3 inch drop. They were very professional, a real eye for detail, it's like it never dropped at all.

I was totally amazed by the crew today they started yesterday but they got so much work done in so little time Curtis and his crew did amazing they stayed late both days to get exceptional work done but Isaac , Carlos, Jose , and Fargo were great they spoke to me about what they were doing and they all were sweating bullets from working so hard the manager cutis seemed to be giving them a hard time but they didn't let it get to them I mean they just kept working hard. The work ethic that his crew showed was amazing ! I called in to pay and spoke with the most pleasant young lady named Shelby she explained my payment option's if I would get extra fees, and she also told me about leaving a review, she made my experience even better most places have horrible attitudes but she didn't get mad at my question's and had the best customer service I'd ever seen ! Olshan is a great company and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends!

Olshan came today to raise and stabilize our two setteled stoops at our public works office building. They did a great job! Their supervisor, Noe, kept me informed and communicated well all of the aspects of the job. The rest of the crew, Idaquel Gonzales, Jaivon Taiver, Jonathan Sanchez, Jorge Chirinos, and Alexis Mejia, worked hard, efficiently, and cleaned up the site when they completed the work. A very satisfied customer!!

Melissa came to look at my concerns. She was punctual, thorough and incredibly personable. She went over every option available to me in an attempt to make my repairs affordable. I'm completely ignorant regarding cost but knew it wouldn't be cheap. Melissa went through every option with me. There was no hard sell. Just a dedicated individual wanting to do right by a customer. I appreciated her and felt confident hiring her company. I'm updating my review. The work has been completed. Archie, Tony, Jorge, Javion and Juan were wonderful. They hand dug for 13 supports. All plants were removed with a root ball and replanted when they had completed the work. Portions of my porch and driveway had to be removed. Both were patched. Incredibly, all excess dirt and debris was removed which including sweeping and hosing down access areas. I was truly impressed by all of the workers. One day in and a door that had to be propped open no longer needs the prop. I'm excited to see what happens in the next six months.

We had three columns on our center I-beam supported and jacked to stop a foundation issue. Toan, Javion, and Jorge we extremely professional, able to answer any question we had, polite, and thorough. They thoughtfully explained the plan, executed it swiftly, then gave a professional walk through to explain the work performed. Toan and his team explained what to expect over the coming weeks and provide contact info should we encounter any issues or have questions. Olshan has been in business for over 90 years and we can clearly tell why. I would recommend them to anyone. From bid to work completion was less than two weeks and that was partially due to our availability. Job was finished in less than 8 hours and much much less than we expected! Superb company and exceptional employees!

Olshan was at my house yesterday to waterproof my basement and stop water from coming in when it rained. They were able to complete the job in one day; took out concrete, put in a drainage system, and a sump pump, waterproofed the walls, put concrete back, and cleaned it all up. In one day! The team was careful and cleaned everything up before they left. They were a pleasant, hard-working group, including the supervisor Gabriel, and Gerardo, Leo, Odilio, Trujillo, Cordero, and Raul. I appreciate their hard work and now am not dreading the spring rains.

I actually had to cancel our first appointment because of the storm and I was looking out for her comfort.

But when I called back, I knew I wanted to request Melissa again. Women in this industry are rare...but I could tell that she was a girl's girl but knew her stuff!

Melissa's personality, knowledge, warm presence was what I needed! So awesome, I have even begun referring her to others for foundations services.

She deserves a regional role of some kind, because she represented herself at top class, and Olshan at top class!

Martin, Rigoberto, and Samuel called before arriving, showed up on time and were great to work with. Martin explained the process & what to look for regarding the product. I am very pleased with the end result. Lifted about 3 inches on one side and an inch on the other.

If I could give Olshan Foundation out of Raytown, Mo., ZERO stars, I would. My experience with their product and their lack of accountability on their subpar work is appalling.

I hired Olshan in December 2023 to do foundation work for me aka install underground piers. This work resulted in at least a 1-inch gap inside my house, between the floorboards and inside walls -- on the sides of the house you did foundation work. (That gap exists along the walls of the living room and 2 bedrooms.)

Their response to the above-mentioned issue: "We've never seen anything like this." And then, NO SOLUTION.

In addition, my front stoop and steps sank after Olshan's work. They did come back and lifted my stoop in November 2024. However, the "lift" created about a 4-inch gap between the sidewalk below and the lifted stoop. That gap remains unrepaired despite my repeated requests to have it fixed.

For 2 years, I've gone back and forth with Olshan about the foundation problems they left behind. I even got a second opinion on their work from another foundation company, who says Olshan did not fix my problem and recommended more repairs. I sent this report to Olshan. NO RESPONSE.

If you are considering foundation piering, I suggest you first hire a structural engineer to see if you really need it. And if you do, don't hire Olshan unless you have $20,000-plus to burn on faulty work -- and later, stonewalling.

Oshlan came out today to stabilize existing support beams and add safe adjust supports underneath our house. The work done by Angel Vazdaz and his crew ( Ramiro Aquirre, Jorge Chirino, Candelario, Domingo Castroz and Michel) was awesome. Angel kept me informed and provided a lot of information along with tips and tricks on just owning a home. Being a new home owner it was refreshing to work with a team that wasn't out to screw us over. 10/10 highly recommend this crew and company. Melissa our estimator was also great and answered all of our questions prior to having the work done. Great experience from start to finish!

Living on a lake has its perks, but one downside is that our home had slowly begun shifting toward the water. I met with three different foundation repair companies, and while all provided solid evaluations, Olshan’s technology and overall approach stood out as superior. Their estimate also came in about 10% lower than the others, which was a welcome surprise.

From start to finish, the process was excellent. Marty, our representative, did a great job explaining the evaluation findings and what the repair would involve. Scheduling was quick, and the work began sooner than expected.

The crew leader, Gabriel, along with Odilio, Leo, Gerardo, Trujillo, and Raul, were exceptional. Gabriel kept me well informed, gave me clear arrival updates, and maintained communication throughout the entire two-day project. He even let me observe the process up close—which made for some great photo opportunities.

I still can’t believe how much dirt the crew moved in just two days. They worked hard, stayed late the second night to finish, and left the property impressively clean. Even our neighbors commented on how tidy everything looked afterward.

The finished product—including six piers and three jack pads to stabilize a brick wall—looks excellent and gives us confidence that the home is now stable and protected.

I’m extremely pleased with Olshan Foundation Repair and would recommend them without hesitation. Their team, technology, professionalism, and overall value really set them apart.
