Justin and his crew were professional in every respect. From first visit to completion of the work, we couldn't be happier. We had a Stampcrete patio put in to replace an old deck. Quality was, and is, outstanding. We liked the work so much, I had them poor me a pad on the side of my garage for my woodworking business. Absolutely excellent in every respect

We hired Crystal Brook to install a brushed concrete pool deck for our inground swimming pool. Their price was competitive with other contractors, but you could tell from even the first appointment for an estimate that their professionalism was superior. Excellent work! They were able to start 2 weeks before projected and finished within a week. Exceptionally responsive and professional office staff and crew. I will definitely hire them for my next concrete project.

We have worked with Justin on 2 projects and we could not be happier with the results. He is quick to come out and give an estimate and then when we were ready for the patio ithe work was scheduled within a few weeks. I would definitely do business with Crystal Brook in the future.

Initially we dealt with another concrete company who started our project and did not do it correctly. It had to be taken down This other company never even bothered to show up again and left us with a big hole in our backyard for over a year! Crystal Brook came out to quote this project and got it done even before they said they would. We even decided to expand on the project because we love the way they work so much.. They are Professional and they show up when they say they are going to! We would highly recommend this company and if we have any more projects in the future they will be the first and only one we call! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue and saving our backyard!

Horrible workmanship. Made a horrific mess of the pool. Owner never even responded. What a bunch of hacks. For all there talk, they are not the real deal I can tell that.

Justin and his team at Crystal Brook just finished my patio. It is everything we wanted and more. Justin was very professional from day one and his team is excellent. Tonya is the contact in the office and she was quick to reply to all emails/questions and a pleasure to deal with. They completed the job ahead of schedule and within one week they were done. They cleaned up nicely and we couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend this company.

My neighbor had some work done on their pool requiring their old pool deck to be ripped out and a new deck poured in. Drewnowski Pools are the ones that contracted Crystal Brook Concrete Concepts to remove the cement. Without my permission, they drove their equipment over my yard , right next to my driveway. They made huge treads into my lawn. I called Drewnowski who was very apologetic and said that never should have happened. They put me in touch with Crystal Brook Concrete Concepts who eventually said they would not go over my property with their equipment and they would send someone out early spring to fill in the mess they caused and plant seeds. They would call me ahead of time. That was over a year ago and I have not heard from them.

We had a wonderful experience! The workers were so kind, cleaned up after themselves, very communicative! We are thrilled with how it came out! Caitie in the office was super helpful when we had questions.

I would never recommend this company put a patio three years ago and since day one looks horrible. They have been contact and every time they came out all they did was but a seal on it that is not fixing the problem. I would have never spent $ 7000 if I knew it would like it does. Anybody want to see it before you hire them. Justin i don't even know how you think this was or is acceptable. If this was your patio you would feel the same way.

Extremely disappointing experience

I am very unhappy with the pool patio installation from Crystal Brook Concrete Concepts. The customer service was decent to start the project but fell apart quickly once flaws and issues were pointed out. The communication was almost nonexistent at that point, and any questions or concerns were met with unprofessionalism. They even pointed blame back at us, the homeowners, blaming us for being responsible for the mistakes and craftsmanship flaws that were clearly made by the installation crew.

The quality of the install is subpar at best. There are visible footprints and roller marks (see attached photos-note that all photo have been taken when dry) all over the patio, and the sealant is patchy and uneven, leaving the surface looking unfinished and sloppy. The company did little to nothing to address the obvious issues even when the company came back onsite to confirm the problems in person. I expected a lot more for the amount I paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.
