Very professional and answered all my questions. Finally a contractor I did not have to clean up afterwards!

Polylift did a great job repairing our pool deck.

Don’t hire them. They will steal your property. While working on an apt in our community, one of the workers ripped 2 beautiful healthy orchids from my tree and stuffed them in a garbage bag. When approached, his response was, “I want them for my tree.” Unreal. Now they are torn from their roots that were keeping them alive. If he is stealing flowers here, who else is he stealing from? Probably every customer he visits. Managers response was incredibly poor. He wanted evidence it was his worker. I will gladly get it from the ring camera and inform the police of destruction of property. He Offered a gift card for new orchids. Luckily the HOA president is forgiving. I would’ve called the police.

Fast, Efficient, Effective and Affordable. I've used them 2x and am very happy with results and with dealing with their professional crew.

Prior to a facelift, the 45 year old pool deck needed some leveling and the Polylift team brought it back to where it should have been. The pool company is happy they have something much better to work with. Thanks!

Excellent job by their team at doing the concrete repairs. Since we only had the budget for repairs and not replacement, we were grateful to them for suggesting a solution that fit our budget. They came in on time, did a quick inspection and recommended getting the driveway levelled. Once we gave the confirmation, they started working on the job and made sure to level it thoroughly. They did an incredible job and we recommend them!

Worked better than I expected. The crew was fast, efficient, and thorough. Now my walkway is level and significant trip hazard fixed. My patio was slightly raised and stabilized as had been badly needed. The cost was less than I expected and disruption to landscaping minimal. Really happy with our decision to use Poly Lift.

Great experience with Poly Lift! George came to provide me an estimate and I was lucky to be scheduled very quickly and Matt came and did an excellent job! Definitely received at least a 3-inch lift and I feel very happy with the results.

Worst decision ever. I hired Poly-Lift USA because the decking around my in-ground pool was sinking, and I trusted them to lift and level it properly. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but the deck is now worse than before. It is uneven in multiple places, creating dangerous tripping hazards that weren't there prior to their work. They also failed to fill in all the holes they made in the concrete for their equipment. I'm extremely disappointed with the results and the lack of quality in the service provided. This was a costly mistake, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for safe, reliable, or professional work.

They started and finished the job when they said they would, were meticulous in their execution, kept everything tidy and left the site better than they found it, gave a very fair quote, were communicative, did a fabulous job and are really nice people. Premiere Concrete was top notch! Professional and promptly responded to my inquiry - They were able to fit in my patio extension well ahead of initial timetable and the work is beautiful. They were easily the best priced of the three bids that I took on this small 10x10 job. They took the time and effort to make sure it was level/properly pitched and looked great!!! I will use them exclusively for any future concrete work!
