Rafael and his team did a great job installing an extension to our patio! We wanted a good chunk of concrete to cover a large space in our backyard, so we could have room to host family/friend events during the summer. We have already recommended Rafael and his team to our neighbors, and all of them have said he's done a fantastic job. The guys completed this job within 2-3 days. Rafael also gave me recommendations for my existing concrete like my drive way, stairs etc., on how best to maintain them in the future. Loved the quality of work, price and efficiency he did for us. Edgar and his crew did a job for me on in my neighborhood and since then five other jobs from different neighbors have gotten their jobs done by Edgar and his crew no complaints. He is the go to guy if you want cement work done.

Lee does what he says when he says he’ll do it. In addition to the superior craftsmanship by him and his crew, I was extremely happy how the entire project was managed... highly recommend using Aime Concrete for all your concrete and landscaping needs.

Lee set up a time to do a small concrete job for me. He contacted me the day before saying that he would be there the next morning between 7:30-8:30am but he never showed. Calls and texts were never answered. I can't attest to the quality of this contractor's work since he never showed up to do the work. Luckily, he wasn't paid in advance.

Lee was great to work with. He took the time to discuss our plans in detail to ensure our satisfaction before starting. Great communication through out the entire process. Lee and his team are some of the best people out there. When I called him, he said he could be at my house later that day. He arrived early and was very nice to work with. When other concrete contractors don't even call you back, it is a breath of fresh air to have such prompt service. He provided a quote within 24 hours and we hired him. He puts a lot of attention to the prep work and when the concrete arrived, his team jumped into action and delivered a great patio.

We initially hired this contractor to replace the concrete on our driveway and patio. The contractor and his team did a fantastic job; they were very professional and kind.

Impressed by their work and professionalism, we entrusted them with a larger project, including a flagstone walkway, retaining wall, grass removal, tree removal, tilling, and more.

While the work started smoothly, issues arose over time. The contractor seemed to forget several details discussed with my wife, who manages our landscape designs. Reviewing their text communications, it became clear that the contractor struggled to document and translate our requests accurately. This lack of organization led to multiple oversights, such as failing to cap a broken sprinkler we had notified them about before installing the flagstone over it.

Although they appeared flexible with design changes, this flexibility was mostly an illusion since the changes were poorly tracked.

The most troubling aspect was the gaslighting about what was requested. Despite clear text messages outlining our requests, the contractor often claimed we had asked for something different.

I'm extremely disappointed by the gaslighting and disorganization. With better communication and professional negotiation of changes, we could have had another great experience and given a 5-star review.
