Brandon and Southern Concrete were excellent. The workers were very kind, they worked fast and hard, cleaned up after and did an excellent job. We like that they stand by their work because with all the contractors out there we wanted someone who would address any issues in the future. We haven't had any but we trust they will assist us if needed.

Brandon guaranteed his work. A couple of years ago, he put in an epoxy floor. It developed some wear and tear. I sent him photo’s. He said he would take care of it. His crew sanded off the old epoxy and put down a new floor. His team did a great job. The floor looks beautiful. I would highly recommend him.

They showed up on time every day, walked me through the process of what they were doing and explained everything in detail. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had Southern Concrete and Epoxy come and seal my garage floor. The builder put the epoxy paint down but didn’t seal it. Brandon and SCE came out to seal it and did a great job. Every other company I called wanted to do the entire garage from scratch or they wouldn’t touch it. Thank you Brandon and SCE for a great job, great communication and a great price. I would highly recommend SCE to anyone.

They did our condo complex and it is peeling terribly! The walkways and stairs are down to the concrete due to the peeling. It was peeling a week after painted. …… I see your response and if that is the case you should not be using this cheap paint/ epoxy! Not a good look for your company! Sorry if hurts your small company but I live here and have to see this mess daily! it needs to be fixed😡

Brandon and Garrett did a fantastic job on my garage floor! They were very knowledgeable and very meticulous! From the prep to the final finish, they made sure everything was done correctly and that I was completely satisfied. Their work and professionalism is top notch! I am very picky and couldn’t find a flaw in their floor, it looks incredible!

We have three color stamped concrete around our pool and lanai. We contracted with them for a tinted sealer. The workers showed up and power washed everything. They came back the next day and my husband looked out and saw that they were actually painting the concrete a solid color…not spraying tinted sealing. We stopped the work and they called their boss who was out of the county at that time. He handed me the phone and I told him what was going on and he got really upset. He dropped the F bomb on me several times and tried to act as though it was my misunderstanding. He should have stopped the job until he got back because clearly these guys were painters not sprayers. After they finished we were ok with it. It didn’t look great but it looked somewhat better than it did. You could tell they had started running out of spray because where they ended kept getting thinner. I wouldn’t be writing this but they got coral colored overspray everywhere. On the cage doors, all over the bottom edge of the cage and the pool coping. I sent him a text in May with pictures asking him to send his men to clean it up. No response. I contacted him again in June. He asked for pictures and I sent them. He said he would be over in a couple of weeks to clean it up. Haven’t heard a word. I really don’t like to write bad reviews on a business but my husband has a disability and he’s not able to clean or paint it himself. He used every product he could think of on the doors but nothing works. The doors and trim needs to be painted. If they will make it right I will change my review.

Well here we are 9 months later and they still haven’t shown up to clean up the overspray. They keep saying they will send someone over. I give up! I guess that’s what they are waiting for. Please don’t bother contacting me again with empty promises.
