We used Prestige Property Services of WNY to do a lot of work at our house and they definitely exceeded our expectations. They did fast, efficient work at an excellent price and will be my first call for any future projects!

This was not an easy project as a few trades had to work between the removal of concrete, grading and the final pour. The Prestige Team was helpful and professional in getting the job in before the season change. With the unusual schedule, Prestige was there on time and completed jobs necessary for the next steps. This job was completed as quoted. I will not hesitate to hire this company for my future projects. Conscientious workers each one of them. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Prestige Property services start to finish from the estimate provided to the work they completed in a timely matter. The team of guys were professional and precise to detail. We will definitely hire them for projects in the future.

We paid Prestige to come lay a stamped concrete patio last summer. The job took a month to be finished and our lawn was ruined due to the length of time construction vehicles were left in our yard. These are photos of just months after the patio was finished--color completely stripped. When we reached out to the company, phone lines were disconnected, emails no longer accessible and their website was removed. We filed a claim against their insurance in which the insurance company was able to get a hold of the company and they at first denied doing the work, then lied about the date (despite them advertising our patio across their social media pages) and finally just never accepted responsibility for any of the low quality work. We still cannot get a hold of them. The house across the street also used Prestige and has the same issue in addition to their patio not having a deep enough stamp, so it is completely flat in some areas. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience working with this company who did amazing work on my building my patio. They worked efficiently. Very neat work, very professional, prompt, and great prices! Communication was excellent. Going forward I will not do business with any other company. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism! Put in a huge new patio and concrete steps and walkway. They were so clean and professional. I will definitely have them back to put a new floor in the attached garage. The job was done timely, just when they said it would be, the patio looks great, they solved some landscaping problems I had as well, and their price was very reasonable for the quality work they did! All my neighbors are raving about the job they did and how clean they left my and the neighbors properties.

Ian and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They did everything listed on the contract and more....they treated our property with respect and left NO mess. The crew was polite and pleasant and got the job done in a timely fashion. Ian, the owner, was here during the work time constantly checking on the progress and making sure we were pleased.

Both my wife and myself would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blue Line for any concrete project. There was no pressure for us to sign the contract but we both took an instant liking to the honesty of this young man. He Underpromised and OVERDELIVERED!!!!! Thank you all for a job well done.
