Chris Kennard came out to evaluate my home.. he was professional and courteous. He didn’t try to gimmick me and talked truthfully to me even tho that meant no further business.. which is the kind of company I want to do business with. Definitely will use them if I need them in the future!

Had the best experience! Had a pier and beam home reshimed with steel shims and concrete piers placed under a garage that was an add on years many many years ago. Quick estimate, job scheduling and work completed in a timely manner. Thank you for the hard work!

April Druyer, Victor Meraz and their crew are amazing people to work with. They go out of their way to do the best job, fixing what others messed up and make things easy for the home owner. They even called during the last winter storm to ensure we were ok and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this company and I myself will be calling on them again if I have any other issues!

I had a great experience with Fortress Foundation Repairs and their technician Chris Kennard. He was very courteous and explained everything I needed to know and was very patient in answering my questions about my foundation concerns. I would highly recommend this company and Chris.

I reached out to April Drury regarding some concerns I had. She was very thorough in explaining the process and had great customer service skills! She definitely followed up and explained my options to repair. Although I didn’t hire them to fix the issue since the issue was something else that they don’t fix, she still explained everything to me and told me that they were there in case I ever needed their service. She did not try to sell me a service just to sell. To me that speaks highly!

Our experience with Fortress was excellent. We had a lot of standing water on the side of our house so they installed a French drain. We had gotten several estimates and they were the only ones who had it tie into our existing downspout drain instead of overcharging us to take it all the way to the road. They were on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I highly recommend them.

Sam came out and gave us a second opinion on our foundation. He was very professional, honest and explained everything in detail! He came out for free and the end result was great for us. Our foundation is solid with no issues. Thank you Sam for doing your job with integrity!

Fortress came to my home and gave me honest and truth. Fortress didn’t try to upsell me like the competitors they really gave me knowledge on Foundation and Texas soil.
Please don’t go to the other just because they have a celebrity representing them go to Fortress Foundation Systems because they have true integrity.

If you are having foundation issues call Fortress Foundation Systems first. We didn't know where to start with the issue we had and were overwhelmed by the unknown. We contacted FF and they immediately came to our home. Cathy and Dan walked us through every step of the process including obtaining a structural engineer's report, a plumber, the estimate and finally what to expect with the repair. Our garage was sinking and needed several piers. Victor, Andres and the rest of the crew were amazing! They were courteous, completed the job on time; and cleaned up the yard as they found it. We couldn't have asked for more outstanding communication from Cathy! Thanks Fortress for everything!

I have used Chris Kennard for 2 different houses and he was really thorough and honest and helpful. He walked us through specific things we could do to help protect our house as well and explaining what our problem areas were. I think some people worry that having a foundation evaluation will “drum up business” for the foundation repair company but that has not been our experience at all. With both of our homes and with my parents (who used Chris as well) there was no foundation issue discovered. Recently he even worked us in at the last minute for a house we were trying to buy. He’s great!

After noticing minor shifting in my home, I contacted Fortress to get a second opinion/free evaluation of my property. Thankfully no minor/major renovations needed, but Chris was really helpful in making good suggestions to keep my foundation healthy and in working order. Chris was on time, prompt and quick with the evaluation. Would recommend this group!

We had a very unique situation & are SO grateful that we finally found a company that does what they say, stands behind their work & has amazing employees!
Let’s just say we had our pier & beam foundation “repaired” by another company in 2018 & it was not done properly. Our house was sinking and our newly installed interior wood floors were completely buckled up. It was a complete nightmare & seemed impossible to find anyone who could help us.
Along came Cathy, Victor & Jaime to the rescue! They totally walked us through every step of the way. Our house was leveled properly, piers were set properly and everything was done in a professional manner. The whole crew took their time making sure everything was back in place and cleaned up.
If I could give more stars I would. These guys are lifesavers! Thank you so much for everything and especially for keeping me calm during the entire process.
