I had Lotis Construction resurface my concrete entry way pad. They did an amazing job. It stormed like crazy and the workers covered everything up in the pouring rain to keep everything from getting ruined. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend this crew to do a driveway. After less than a year, the driveway they poured for me already has a hairline crack and is pitting in spots. They came back and fixed an area that was finished so poorly it was a safety hazard when wet, but really, the entire thing should have been redone for what was paid for this project. They said they were going to fix the pitting spots, but never came back to do that.

I've been hiring Cory and his team for several years now. They recently covered my entire back hillside with large stone. The work was done swiftly, safely, and they repaired all the damage to the yard that their equipment caused. His pricing is fair and justified, and his crew gets things done fast.

Cory and crew were simply amazing. Every aspect of the relationship and outcome exceeded our expectations. We had an overgrown, invasive, and downright nasty back yard...took all our free time to try to tame the jungle season after season. Cory imagined and executed THE perfect design within our budget. I mean, the WV boulder wall as seating around the firepit!, the pavilion!, the re-grading and planting of actual grass! I can't get over it!! I never want to go inside and i can't wait for future projects with this team.

Forgot to mention the quaily work on french drain installation and the new path around the side! So grateful!!

I called pro lawn Landscaping to estimate a job on redoing retaining walls and widen my driveway. Gave me a great price showed up the day they scheduled and did a great job and cleaned everything up. And had them do the landscaping around the wall area. They also placed shell rock around tithe pool and added 2 plant walls in rear yard.
I Highly recommend this company. Will have them return this spring for a rear cement patio.

Cory and his team are professional and do an excellent job designing and executing to that design. The front of our home has been entirely transformed and our home looks brand new as a result. The team was in and out in a couple days even though this was a large project, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a project like this. Highly recommend Cory and Team.

The Lotis crew did incredible work in demolishing and replacing our crumbling stairs. They laid all new stairs, routed gutter drains, put up gorgeous new retaining walls, new railings, and fixed our garbage pad. They ended up having a much bigger job on hand than originally expected and were on top of everything. The final product is beautiful! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Could not recommend Lotis Construction enough! We had an old retaining wall collapse next to our building. Cory and his team replaced it with the most beautiful wall and we couldn’t be happier! Cory made sure to communicate with me on timelines for the project and his team kept our parking lot tidy and functional during the construction of the wall. We will definitely use Lotis for all of our construction needs from now on!

It’s really hard to find a good quality contractor these days. Luckily, I came across Lotis Construction and they did not disappoint. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them. Cory and his team at Lotis Construction were amazing to work with. They provided suggestions and solutions to create an ideal replacement for our existing retaining wall and converted our gravel driveway to concrete. The entire team was professional, easy to interact with and communicated consistently throughout the project. They provided options to enhance our project along the way, but we never felt pressured to expand our budget as they gave multiple choices to pick from at every decision point. We highly recommend them any large- or small-scale concrete project or Versa-Lok installation.

Cory and his team spent weeks putting in our new driveway, parking pad, retaining walls, and a 1,200 square foot paved area with gas fire pit and sitting wall. This turned our previously unusable spaces into ones of retreat and relaxation that our family use almost daily – weather permitting of course! Cory was always polite, responsive, and clear in his communications. His team was well organised, showed up on time, worked long days in the beating sun, and did it all with a smile on their faces. Cory and his team were great! They were able to schedule us sooner than expected and Cory turned the paperwork for our permit around in a day. The patio itself took three days and looks absolutely perfect. Everyone was kind, professional and damn good at their job!
