Tony and the guys do amazing work. I would call them for anything I needed done and they're in and out doing a great job.

The crew showed up on time and started the project every thing was completed as outlined in the agreement would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs

They are a family owned business that treats their customers with respect and like they are part of their family. There work is done in a timely and efficient manner. They put their hearts and souls into their work.

Decterra crew came when they said they would. Did exactly what was agreed upon.

Grass cutting at 407 West Pines Dr.. This is a complex. At times they don’t even bring a push mower. They have been called back a few times to complete jobs that were not completed on the first attempt. I live in a row of town houses. I came home all the grass was cut except my backyard. I spoke to the man in charge that day. He told me my grass was not cut that day because it is normally cut. I asked him if he could just please cut it.
Earlier in the season there were times when I was clearly trying to grow grass and they plowed right over my seeds. SMH.

I have been a customer of Decterra, Inc. since 2016 - nine years. Because I was retired I requested lawn mowing service every other week. This year they stopped my service. I called on 5/16 and was told my lawn would be mowed on 5/18. I called on 5/20 & left a message. I called on 5/21 & was told someone would get back to me; no one returned my call. I called twice on 5/22 and was told finally that service had to be every week and they were no longer accommodating the every other week customers. This is a horrible way to treat a long time customer.

I have been using Decterra for my lawn maintenance, landscaping and concrete work for over twenty years. Decterra installed a retaining wall, 4x4 posts and poured a concrete patio. They were absolutely wonderful to talk to and work with. They dug our hillside the first few days. Worked on the footing and the first row of the retaining wall and ensured everything was level. Once the wall was built to perfection they backfilled and laid the gravel for the concrete patio. Once the patio was installed and cured they returned to finalize the project. They backfilled with dirt, installed peat moss and planted grass. Along every step of the project they communicated with us to ensure they were meeting our needs. I would highly recommend Decterra for your projects, they exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the work preformed, the communication and the final outcome of the project.

We are very satisfied with the work Decterra did on our patio. The entire process, from getting a quote to the finished product, was excellent. We will definitely use Decterra again for anymore outdoor projects at our house.
