After 6 months cracks are back and bigger than before. have a broken water pipe under the house and wont even respond to me. The pipe is between 2 of the piers they installed. My sprinkler system worked perfect before they worked on the house, but since I didn't buy their sprinkler insurance they wont fix what damaged. They left many holes at the piers that i have had to fill in myself. I am afraid that my house will be a total loss.

Van evaluated our foundation today, we were concerned about some cracks on our walls.
He checked all rooms, and found very minimal movement. He advised us to put soaker around the foundation. Very happy to hear his report, last year we had two other companies evaluate, they were asking $10k and $3300.

I'm 68 years old and have owned 2 homes in the last 38 years. In those years I've had many businesses attend to various projects and problems. Perma- Pier came out on a warranty job. No problem! Honored the warranty without complaint, and did a fantastic job with the repairs. Watched them measure and cut rebarb for the holes that needed to be filled in the holes in the garage. A lesser company could have skipped the process and just poured the cement in. The men were gracious and polite, always ready to answer a question. A long review but they deserve it!!!
