Greg did the measurements inside my house and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable about pier and beam homes. Jose was also very friendly and well versed in pier and beam foundations. He went under the house and performed a detailed inspection. The two of them worked together to create the best plan for my home. I would highly recommend them!

Beyond great to work with. Van was so nice and helpful. The engineers they contract with were both exceptional. The contractors that did the work were all great too. Both working in extreme heat but very respectable of our property and neighbors. Couldn't ask for more.

We have a small pier and beam home, the job was small and unlike many other companies, Perma Pier was happy to do the job! AND THEY DID A GEAT JOB! It was done in under 3 hours, they checked everything inside again just to make sure, made sure I was happy, pointed out the small bits of damage caused when a home is leveled, ( I was an inch off, so of course things shift inside when we go up that much ) and cleaned up any mess made while working. I am so happy! The scheduling was easy, super fast and all parties I worked with were professional and cordial.

We used this company to excavate the crawl space of our pier and beam home so that we could do some work, and the company was generally a disappointment. Everyone I spoke to was generally polite, but otherwise I could not recommend them. While waiting for me to call them back to schedule an exact day and time for the excavation, I received multiple calls and texts from their office, sometimes within a few hours of each other. Then when we did schedule the work, they gave me an arrival window between 8am and 10:30am. I assumed I would receive a call or text from someone advising me of their ETA on the morning of, but instead had a crew show up outside our house at 7am without any warning. They then informed us that they would be digging from the outside vs. going through the crawl space entrance in our house, which in the long run was more ideal, but had never been explained to us by the person who came out to give us a quote, or by anyone in the office. And then as they dug dirt out of the crawl space, they dumped it all over the side of our yard without even asking us where we wanted it or giving us any options. It is going to take months and months for that dirt to become part of our yard and for grass to grow over it and is an absolute eyesore. Extremely unprofessional. And then after the job had been completed, they were supposed to withdraw the second payment from our account. It has been three days since the work was done, and they still have yet to take the final payment.

Update: they did eventually take the final payment. I also received a call from someone in their office after they read this review, and she was extremely apologetic about our experience with the company. She said someone from upper management would be calling us to speak to us again about our issues, but I never heard from anyone. We also had a lot of rain a couple months after the excavation work was done, and apparently the area they dug out was not filled in properly because we wound up with a crawl space that was completely flooded. Luckily my husband is in HVAC and already had the equipment he needed to eventually drain all the water, but that could have been a huge issue for us that could have caused a lot of damage to our home. He has since refilled the hole himself, and even though we have again experienced lots of rain and standing water in our yard, have not had the same problem again, which confirms to us that it was the company’s fault that the crawl space flooded. Changing my review at this point from two stars to one - never given anyone one star before but this company was simply a nightmare from start to finish.

The guys (Guillermo and Co.) did a fantastic job and were very professional. They were prompt, efficient, and answered all my questions. They ensured that all doors were no longer sticking/swinging before completing the job. I would highly recommend Perma Pier to anyone in need of foundation repair work. Mark Jennings was thorough in explaining the type of products and services needed for my home.

Luis was so friendly and incredibly detail oriented. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and ask questions. He was on time and very professional. He also sent estimates within less than 24 hours. Amazing experience!

We had our foundation repaired. We used permapier because they had done work to the house for the previous owner so some of it was warranty. We needed additional work that wasn't warranty as well as some warranty.
I'd run, even if you have warranty. Once the work starts, if you have concerns, they'll send a condescending manager to talk to you. He'll offer something but won't tell the office. Then, the office will deny it unless you show video proof.
During this time of going back and forth, they won't communicate with each other and they'll threaten a lien on your house. They'll request payment be made, even though the work isnt done. You'll have to remind them repeatedly about everything.

I would run from this company. They are a nightmare. If you do use them, be prepared to over communicate and follow up daily. You wont be able to wait for them to get back to you because they'll just threaten a lien. Dont bother asking a manager, unless you're going to record everything he says.

Our experience with the Perma Pier team was excellent all around. Four months after the pier installation and leveling, I had a warranty question (not a claim). The Perma Pier team answered my question within 48 hours.

We received an inspection on our house. Mark Jennings thoroughly explained what he thought may be happening and corrective measures to prevent future damage. He did a full inspection and provided a report to point back to in the future and explained that we did not need service at this time but may in the future. I appreciated him time and expertise even when we didn't need foundation work at this time.

I saw all the signs that my house needed foundation repairs. I called to set up an appointment. Clint Arrived and showed me the problem area and his plan to correct it. The crew arrived early and got to work; they dug eleven holes over two sweltering and humid days and leveled my house. After the work was completed, they put all the dirt back, and you could hardly tell they were there!

The entire operation was smooth and stress-free. If you are seeing signs of foundation issues, I highly recommend you call Perma Pier and BlackTie Plumbing!
