Joe and his team showed up on time and did a great job. After talking to a couple other contractors and not feeling confident I went with 520. Joe was the only one who looked at the whole job and quoted a complete solution. Use this team with confidence. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I had a paver job that was in two areas of my back yard that I could not get fixed or done for over a year. SO many companies came out. Some just flat out refused because they could get better jobs in SaddleBrooke or Dove Mountain. Some just didn't even call back. But Jo and His brother not only came out, but gave me a good bid, checked in, showed up and did a great job, all the while cleaning up after each step. Great guys with a great work ethic. I highly recommend these two. You won't be sorry you hired them.

I have had hired Joe (520 Construction) twice already. Has done an excellent job both times. Had pavers and concrete slab done. Will definitely hire them again!

Joe got back to me quickly, came out to view the job, quoted a reasonable price, and had me on his schedule. He helped me return a wrong item to Home Depot, we got the right post, and he and his brother straightened out my sun trellis with the new post and a temporary wire to keep the trellis straight while the concrete set. They tightened up all the bolts. They are experts at concrete. There was no waste. Very good and very efficient.

Joe and his brother Jonathan did two jobs for me.

#1 > investigate the cause of patio pavers heaving - likely tree root, remove cause and restore pavers.

#2 > Replace current wooden Bocce ball court frame with concrete frame.

Both jobs were professionally done from quote phase to final worksite clean up.
Joe and Jonathan showed up on time, were in contact with me to keep me posted on work schedule and what would be done. They completed the job expeditiously at the agreed to price. They have pride in the work they do which was reflected in the quality of work they did for me. Their job experience skill-set is well rounded. I put them on my very short list of contractors and service providers that I use and trust. I will contact them again whenever I need their services and recommend them to people I know needing their services.

We needed a lot of work done in our back yard. We did some research and chose 520 Construction LLC. The first thing that was different about Joe is he said no money up front “don’t pay me a dime until I’m done and you’re happy with the job.” It was sure tempting to not be happy with the job but Joe and his brother Josh made that impossible. They went above and beyond in every phase of the job. They worked with my wife and I to remove vegetation and to contour the lot remove excess dirt and rocks. Then they added more colored rock to make the rock thicker than I expected. They worked with us to shape the concrete patio the way we wanted. The other thing that makes Joe and Josh different from other contractors is the cleanup. Every day before they left they cleaned up the entire area.

We are a townhome community and called Joe to look at sidewalks that were a concern to us. He promptly got back to us and was able to come out to bid on our repairs. He bid a fair price, was always on time at at the work site when he was scheduled. He left everything spotless. Their concrete work is fabulous, they pay attention to every detail. I hired Joe/520 Construction to put in a 600sqft patio and the entire team did an amazing job. Joe was super quick to answer any and all questions. My patio is beautiful and the entire process was so smooth. Everyone was professional and really took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. An extra bonus was that my backyard was left in better condition than when they arrived. I highly recommend 520 Construction!

520 Construction produced excellent work! They're friendly, fast, and very professional. I needed a good slab poured, and the whole project was completed in under three hours. They do more than just concrete, specializing in general construction - all those outside general construction things. Will totally call 520 Construction again for future improvements.

I am so impressed with Joe and his brother of 520 Construction! I have used them for a couple of projects and continue to be happy with their work, efficiency, professionalism. They really know their stuff and make the final project look amazing.

520 Construction, Joe and his brother, completed the resurfacing of our paver patio and extending our patio walls this week. Their work is EXCEPTIONAL; on time, professional, fairly priced and completed ahead of schedule. We will schedule another project within the next few weeks.

Provided a reasonable estimate, showed up timely and completed the work. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Replaced wooden gate, repaired block wall and poured a concrete patio pad. Highly recommend without any reservations. A job well done !!

Great to work with. Understood what we wanted and executed on time and within budget. The 1st landscaping company we used screwed us over. He used with what we had and made it work and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

The second was, filling in slump block where a window used to be before a bathroom remodel. Joe and Jonathan showed up on time, did exactly what we agreed upon and more. When they finished they cleaned up the jobsite area. I really liked the quality of work and their expertise. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

I just have to say that my wife and I couldn't be more impressed or more pleased with the patio transformation Joe and his guys did for us. From the first contact, Joe was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, experienced, and helpful. Working with Joe from the time he did the estimate until the time he finished the job was a wonderful experience. How he worked right with his brother and his son and the other workers he had available and even had more the day the concrete was poured concrete truck was 5 minutes ahead of schedule.
