Joe came to view work, provided a very fair price! We booked him for the work, put us on the schedule quickly.
Work is outstanding, we are both very happy.
Pavers look great, graded and layer gravel on rest of yard. Joe and Jar went above and beyond, with gravel left over they made over the front yard too!!! Perfect!!!

Wow! I am so thankful to have found Joe through recommendations on Nextdoor. He and his company were everything his fans said. He was quick to respond to our call for help and quick to complete the job. We were so impressed we asked if he could do another job that we needed done. We had waited years for someone to come and complete the job and Joe did it very quickly. He and his crew were great at clean-up too. You wouldn't know they had been there except for the finished projects. His pricing is also very reasonable, we did not feel taken advantage of, just a good price for a good job. My husband and I highly recommend Joe and his company!

We were in the home stretch of getting our house ready for being a rental, and one of the last things needed to be done for safety reasons was leveling out a couple spots on the walkway to the front door and the pavers in the backyard. 520 Construction LLC was super easy to work with-professional, beautiful work done and great communication coordinating the work done as we are based in a different city now. You have to be on site for the work to be done. I highly recommend using this company and would use them again for future projects.

Fantastic experience working with Joe and ‘520 construction’. Had an emergent requirement to replace HVAC and previous owner used a brick foundation for the outgoing A/C. Called Joe on Friday, scheduled me for a 40”X40”X4” slab the following Monday. Immediate responses on text, reasonably priced and was exactly on time at 6:30am. I increased the scope on site to cut out some old cement and remove a steel 4” pole cemented into the house foundation – had all the equipment with him to execute and upcharge was nominal and more than reasonable. Fantastic end product. Thanks Joe and company, recommend 520 and would absolutely reach out again for future requirements.

We have used Joe and his brother once before and for the second time they did not disappoint! They were timely, specific about what they were doing, and clarified on any aspect of the project before proceeding. The cost was reasonable. They offered suggestions for future improvements to our backyard, which really needs a lot of work! We will definitely use them again!

520 Construction just completed a planter and walkway as well as repair of an existing flagstone walkway section. Also added in some drainage riprap work to their scope. They did a great job. Showed up on time, worked hard while here and left a clean worksite when done. Top notch quality. Kept me well informed. Prices were fair including the prices of the added work. I would definitely use Joe and his brother again for future work.

Look no further... 520 Construction, led by Giuseppe (Joe) Falcone is terrific. They did a stellar job constructing a patio for me at my condo on N Wade Rd in Marana in late 2025. Part of the challenges was getting through the HOA Landscaping committee for approval. It worked out and we were approved, but took many months (and what a PIA). Through it all, Joe was totally understanding, kind, complete with the patience of Job.
For our HOA to allow him to come in he had to be licensed, insured, with an excellent reputation (I called quite a few in Tucson that were not licensed).

Oh, and the work he did, was excellent. Joe knew the best materials to use, and in the end, built the best looking deck at our Resort! He also has the support of his family who works with him to produce a stunning finished product.
I hope I'll have another job for him - he will be my first call.

Joe and his crew were exceptional. After the initial call they were able to schedule the work in a very timely manner. The price Joe quoted was very reasonable. I needed a concrete pad for a shed. They completed the work in less than a day and everything was cleaned up when finished! The quality of work was great! I will be calling them back for another project! Highly recommend them for any concrete needs.

They did a paver and grout project in my yard which I try to keep nice. They did the absolutely unbelievable of dumping the cleanup water for the grouting tools on the driveway and 3 nice landscaping rocks leaving stains that even 4000 PSI of pressure washing would not remove! Guessing removal somehow of the stains or possibly having to replace the rocks will be very expensive! Claim was made of coming out twice for clean up work that should have been chargeable but wasn’t that is not true. On and above issue w rocks, a really bad job was done putting back walkway lights that I had to fix. To quote them you’re welcome. There was a minimal 15-20 ft.stretch where there was excess concrete between the grass and pavers that I had to remove and put in topsoil. Again you’re welcome. Proof was asked for on the rocks I think the pictures show all. I paid $2100.00 for the job!
To respond what is on the rocks was not there before you did the work. You said you would have cleaned muriatic acid that was tried and did not work. Damage more substantial than muriatic acid will fix. They are forgetting other cleaning up I had to do and having to reinstall walkway lights that were put in improperly. it’s hard to move on when someone destroys what one spends money and time to keep nice. Joe and his crew at 520 did a fantastic job installing our concrete patio and extending our driveway. After getting four quotes and contacting over 10 companies for the job, I chose Joe. Why? Because he was on time (early really), priced right, and he had good reviews that showed consistency over time. He is very open about communication throughout the whole process, knowledgeable with what he does, and coaches you with the maintenance after.

He walked me through what it would take to make my ideas reality and provided informative feedback from his experience to help with my design. I can’t wait to use it for a family gathering and make some memories with our dreams that Joe and his team helped bring together. Thank you guys!

Dornbrook Construction just completed a larger concrete project. They replaced the garage floor, driveway, patio area and front sidewalk. The process was seamless from obtaining the quote from the owner-Larry to the crew doing the work led by Rudy. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. Communication was very good. The crew did a great job of keeping the worksite clean. They were also very conscientious as the day of the big pour, the sky got dark and a band of rain moved through the area. They had the fresh concrete covered to protect it before the first raindrop fell. Highly recommend Dornbrook Construction!

Late to first meeting for quote, unprofessional response time in communication. Said it would be a quick project that could get done in no time. Then after 7 days of no response to scheduling this says he can't do it due to other larger projects. I would not recommend at all very unprofessional.

Speedy, efficient and economical. Did my driveway in two days. Project manager listened to my concerns about grading and no problems since.

We recently remodeled our basement. We were looking for something easy to maintain and that would be permanent. Dornbrook’s epoxy resin floor seemed like it might just be the ticket. They came out estimated and the price was in line or less than carpeting or wood Miles the main epoxy person said it would last longer than we will. He made us custom color samples. We chose a metallic with blue marbling. Day one a large crew showed up. They brought big grinders and ground the whole floor down, cut open all the cracks and filled them with some kind of join sealing epoxy. Next they sanded that down and then they put a sealer over the whole floor because we live on water. The sealer would keep the water from potentially permeating through the floor and damaging the epoxy. Day two they sanded the sealer patched a few areas then the cast a black epoxy coat. Third day they sanded the black base coat and then cast the color layer. They spread grey and titanium and then Miles went around with a blue colored epoxy and squirting it in and then sort of painted a picture with a spreader tool. Like an artist he basically made a unique in the whole world pattern from the back corner or my husbands beloved cedar closet to the opposite end and corner of our basement shower. The next day they sanded spots here and there and then put down the finish coat. The whole thing is amazing. Everyone who sees it loves the floor and is compelled as they bend down and touch it to ask how this is possible. With art and antique it is perfect. We put a few rugs on it and it looks fantastic. We even put in a salt water fish tank for our children and the epoxy is perfect because it can get wet and it doesn’t matter. Nothing sticks to it. It’s easy to clean and blocks water and radon from coming through. A great floor from a great company!

They were professional and did a great job on our driveway and later sealing it. Would recommend to anyone.

We had an old paver patio removed and replaced with a poured concrete pad and several sidewalks. The quote process was very easy and our sales person captured exactly what we intended. When we had an additional request, he was responsive.

The project start date we had quoted as reasonable and we were very happy when they called to ask if we could start about 3 weeks early.

The site team did a great job. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were polite and asked a lot of questions to ensure they got the job exactly right. They left the yard in near perfect condition. Very little was disturbed in the process. The site was spotless when they left. No trash or excess dirt left, all old material hauled away, and the site graded well. They even went above and beyond to replant a shrub for me and save some perennials.

The pour and shape was exactly what I wanted. The finish on the concrete is among the best we have seen. The expansion joints and edges all very straight and clean, no rough edges. They matched up to an existing stoops and approaches with great skill.
