Tim replaced a concrete slab that shifted on my property. Because he had extra concrete, he went above and beyond and patched a few other holes as well. I was so impressed by how affordable his services were and how professional him and his team were, keeping me in the loop with great communication throughout the entire process. Tim and crew tuck pointed and did the coping on 2 of my chimneys. They did a very nice job, quickly and efficiently, and paid attention not to damage any landscaping in my flower bed at the side of the house where they needed to access the roof line. The price of the repair was quite reasonable compared to the other quotes I obtained. I have had Samchuk do concrete work for me in the past and have had absolutely no problems. I highly recommend them.

After many quotes for a back patio and people coming to the house to give estimates. I emailed everything to Tim and he was quick with all of his responses and we set it up and got it planned. He got everything done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend

He & his workers did the job as though they were working on their own houses. The job was done in the time frame I was told & I received quality workmanship for a reasonable price.
