Tyler did a great job on a 10’ x 20’ slab I needed. Quoted the day we connected which was a Friday and did the job on Monday. Looks great and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended for this type of work.

We used Tyler for a custom driveway with Astro turf between the diamonds like you see online. His crew showed up in uniforms, hats and a professional truck. I have hired many concrete contractors and this company is a cut above the typical concrete company. I was worried because the job was a big one, but he assured me I could pay at the end after I was 100% happy.

This is rare and it really made me feel like he was going to ensure no matter what, that I was happy and I was very happy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Minnick construction to anyone in Southwest Florida.

Saw them on Facebook when looking for a concrete company. Sent a message to ask if they worked in my area. Tyler called me the next day to see what we wanted done.

I sent pictures and basic measurements via text message. He sent the estimate within the next 30 minutes.

After responding saying it looked great, we set a start date at the end of the week. He called me the next day and said they were ahead of schedule and could come earlier!

Tyler and his crew communicated constantly, showed up as planned, worked very hard for 3 days, completed my project on time, and at a very reasonable price!

Very please with the outcome (see photos), their attention to detail, and overall workmanship!

This is a highly motivated and reliable company that we highly recommend for any concrete job you have in mind.

Minnick Constructed did an amazing job on my backyard patio with stamped concrete. Timely, professional and great communication. The finish product looked exactly like pictures I was shown and definitely gives my backyard the upgrade it needed! Would recommend!

After providing the estimate, John didn't return phone calls or emails after telling us he had availability on his schedule. Rather unprofessional.

Pros:
John promptly provided us with a competitive quote
The superintendent (Russ) was accommodating and experienced
CCI worked with us to achieve the end result we hoped for, and did so without nickel and diming us to death

I didn't know about them sooner

Great work replacing sidewalk. The safety grids are wonderful. I am a resident and you worked through ruff weather. Thank you for making our walking areas safe. Big hug to nice worker who said one more day. You all are a five star.

I highly recommend John and this team at CCI. They are hardworking, responsive, willing to collaborate, easy to work with, and did a great job installing our new driveway, sidewalk, pathway, patio, and extra parking. Their willingness to use mix materials of concrete, gravel and laying pavers to meet our needs was helpful in getting our project completed.

John from 'Concrete Contractors' was very prompt in returning my initial call, and provided me with an estimate within a few days to get the work done. Unfortunately when I made the decision to go ahead with the job John is non responsive with both phone calls, and text. I emailed him as well with no response. Very unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review as he came to highly recommended.

If I could I would give at least a 10 star rating. From start to finish they were right on track, timely, professional and went way above what they had to do. I will use CC INC again. I also want to point out that the supervisor was very supportive to his crew making sure they were OK. This was the best contractor experience I had.

Our neighborhood association was renewing a park and adding drainage from the playground to the street. John and his crew did the demo. of the old sidewalk and reinstalled a new sidewalk with a pipe for drainage out to the street curb. Neighborhood kids carved their initials in the new concrete but CCI came out the next day, repaired the damage and did an outstanding job, it looks just like new! As a former contractor myself, I highly recommend them for quality work and responsiveness.

These guys were awesome. It took a little time to get them out, but they were slammed and I understood that. The patio they poured and formed for me was excellent. they catered to my needs while on site. Beautiful job guys! I will be using them again when I get my driveway redone as well as my patio extension. I called 5 different concrete companies, they we're one of two who answered the phone, and the only one to get me quote within the same week. If you are looking for cheap and fast, go elsewhere. If your looking for quality, wait for them, worth the time.

John and his crew are great! I was having some extensive concrete work done, and received many quotes. John presented himself and his company very professionally, and had the best quote when considering the quality of his work. I had other contractors offer to cut certain corners to lower their bids. John refused to cut corners, knowing that his company's name is associated with the quality he produces. I appreciated that! My wife and I are very pleased with our new concrete, and can't say enough good about CCI. Thanks John and Co!
