Prompt and friendly, local. I myself am a retired contractor and I can highly recommend this company. I had a very large slab poured for a new shop and they did an outstanding job and I WILL be using them again for my next project! 5 stars for sure.

A cautionary tale about this business. They bid a concrete driveway for us, we awarded the job, they gave us a start date, then two days prior to the start of the job, they canceled on us. Reason cited- (temps would be in the 90s and too hot to pour concrete.) Reality, temps were in the 8Os. We texted to ask about a new start date, then………we got ghosted. Never heard from them again, despite calls and text messages. We were then forced to find a new contractor, delaying the job by a month.

We realize now, it was all for the best. We wouldn’t want to intentionally patronize a business with such a poor work ethic, and it's created doubts about their ability to do the job.

The job is finally done and the new contractor did an amazing job.

We had a great experience working with Kendall Construction on the design and build of our backyard. From the beginning, their team was easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping us create a space that fit our vision.

I give Ken and his crew my highest recommendation. I liked his communication throughout the planning and building process, how Ken worked for me through my troublesome HOA’s roadblocks, consistent start and finish times every day, how his own crew did all the work without subcontracting out, and how he provided project Ideas when needed and plenty of options when desired. I’m going to hire him again when I’m ready for my next project.

We recently had Ken out to help us design an outdoor kitchen for our backyard. We didn’t make it easy on him with multiple design changes and plenty of our own material input. I had Kendall Construction come to our house in late 2020 to design and install the landscaping for my front yard. I've known Ken and his line of work for over 25 years. I've seen many of his projects and am intimately familiar with what an incredible vision he has for upscale landscaping, but wow, even I was shocked with the final product. My front yard now looks like a country club.

Ken's team was professional, on time, and worked their tails off. He designed the project and his team delivered the finish product perfectly. He was easy to work with, extremely responsive, and completely transformed not only the yard, but the entire property. I appreciate the work that Kendall Construction performed and look forward to future projects.

Kendall construction was so great and so easy to work with, and very willing to listen to input and add his input as well for what we feel is a beautiful finished product! The pictures speak for themselves. We bought a new construction house with a dirt "blank slate" back yard. Ken was a pleasure to work with...and I say that having worked with a lot of different construction companies and people. He worked with us every step of the way and was always receptive to my wife's design ideas and input. What's more telling is Ken is literally the only construction person that my wife has enjoyed working with. His son and all of his employees are incredible people and they were always a pleasure to have around. Kendall Construction did our back yard and side yard. Next up is the front of the house and I cannot wait ! Down the road in a year or so we will be using them for a small pool in the back too ! Thank you Ken...you guys are amazing !!!
