Leo and his crew are great. They are hardworking, communicative and our concrete is beautiful.

Seemed very knowledgeable and skilled when he came out to do a bid, but he never followed up and provided the quote despite multiple requests.

Working with CLEOS was great. They were affordable, fast and flexible for my needs which was a wide variety of concrete jobs. Driveway, sidewalk, pathing, porch, stairs, basement egress, and retaining wall. Will work with CLEOs again!

We hired Cleo's Construction to redo our front and back patios and we are so happy with them! They are beautiful. They were also able to include a wheelchair ramp and make it look very unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing. All of the crew was so kind and friendly to my kids as well and they had so much fun watching the project!

Leo and his team did an amazing job and clearly enjoyed and took a great deal of pride in the work they were doing. The patio came out amazing and at a great price. Leo took the extra time to really think through the design to help us end up with an outstanding investment. I would not use anyone else.

Leo was very responsive when i contacted him for a bid to replace my patio. He showed up on time to look at the project and sent me the bid as promised in a very timely manner. When we scheduled the job, his crew arrived on the day and time we agreed on. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The patio turned out beautifully and well above my expectations. Five stars! I highly recommend Cleo’s Construction for any of your concrete or construction projects.

I rated this review 5 stars only because there wasn't a 10 star option. My project was pretty good size and difficult access. 30 x 40 monolithic pad. They had to do the excavation too, on a sloping ground. They were fast, professional, we'll mannered and friendly. Leo went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and the job went smoothly. The only thing that held them up was getting the inspection done and that was our fault. Actual working days, they got it done in 3 days! Start to pour. I needed a smooth finish and upon curing, it was smooth as glass. My opinion, these guys are as best as they come. You won't be disappointed hiring Cleos Construction for your project! Cost was right on the money.
