They never take small business seriously, they will come measure your driveway and never send you estimate call them couple of times finally they send one, and when im ready to get it done invoice sent after a month. This people isn’t professional at all and Laura can’t even talk to you in the phone nicely. Oh they also doesn’t care about small job.

Had an appointment for 5:00pm 6/10/21 for someone to come by and give me an estimate. I took an hour off of work early so I could meet them. No one showed, no one called.
I called them 3 times to see what was going on and it went to a voicemail that was full.
Imagine that!
They obviously don’t have any respect for others people’s time. (And money). Lost an hour of pay!!
I do not recommend them for this reason alone!!

They gave me an estimate and a scheduling estimate then ghosted me for two months. Then they tell me they can't get trucks to my location due to bridge/tunnel work (there are three bridges that could be used, only one has ongoing construction). Now I've wasted two months and have other contractors waiting for them and they won't even do the work. I do not recommend them.

The concrete is good. But make sure you watch them closely. They left dense piles of rocks everywhere in the yard and even one decent sized pile of concrete in the middle of the yard that has solidified and will need to be dug out.
UPDATE: Got in contact with them. They were very respectful about it and they will be coming back out to right the wrong hopefully. Will update review afterwards!

Found Steve via Angi’s list. He reached out nearly immediately and made appt to survey our driveway replacement. We added a couple of modifications which were promptly requoted. The estimate was substantially less than the other quotes we received. Demo of driveway and walkway took one day, forms for existing drive and walks along with new walks another and pouring and sealing another. Crew was courteous and professional at all times. Steve himself came to apply an extra coat of sealant when he didn’t appearance was optimal. Everyone that walks past has commented on how great it looks. I won’t hesitate to use Coblenz when we redo our pool patio

Terrible they had to come back and fix my sidewalk try to have it cleaned snd it left swirls terr are holes in driveway I am going to have to get it resurfaced it looks terrible

Fair price, prompt, quick, excellent workmanship and quality work. Owner and team are kind and neat with all projects we had done. I’ll be recommending them for any future construction needs

I’m very pleased with the finished walkway and driveway. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine to get the work completed. They were professional and attentive to my concerns. Steven, the owner, was great to work with.

Coblentz did our driveway 18 months ago - last panel of driveway was defective - they did a patch job and each patch is pretty obvious. Despite promising to check in a month or 2 (when it "cured", we never heard a thing, despite leaving messages. Now there is a linear crack across it, suspiciously where the Verizon cable line runs. We have emailed, called, left messages to have this assessed but like before NO response.
They are quick to set up your driveway but POOR, POOR, POOR for followup. Next is to leave a comment with the BBB.

He actually was able to come earlier than expected and his crew is top notch! They all had a job to do and did it well. They were efficient, neat, and hard working. Project turned out exactly the way I had pictured and I am very happy with the results. Will pick them again for any project that I need. PS his professionalism is refreshing - something that so many contractors are lacking!

He always responds to texts or messages, schedules in a timely matter and shows up when expected. He and his crew clean up, and always check before leaving if everything was done as planned.
