Mr. Coblentz and his team did an amazing job on my walkway and even created a pad for my trash/recycle bin which I really love. They went way beyond the call of duty to correct some issues concerning the apron that the city was giving me a hard time about but he worked with them on my behalf and had it corrected. The project was done in one day but I do have a small driveway.

We have had Coblentz Construction and Concrete out for two separate concrete jobs, first widening the driveway, and then pouring a pad for a shed and improving water drainage away from the North side of the house and their work has been top notch. Great people and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a contractor for concrete or anything else.

The Coblentz team successfully completed our pool deck. During the construction process, they observed that the brick pavers surrounding the pool were uneven and installed incorrectly by the guy who installed our pool. To rectify this issue, Steve and his team meticulously removed the faulty pavers and replaced them while simultaneously preparing the concrete forms. Despite this delay, they were able to pour and complete the pool deck on time. Subsequently, they identified the appropriate color for sealing the pavers with the pool.

Updated: I would definitely recommend. Employees were friendly and did a great job. Everything was explained in a simple way. When the job was completed there was no mess. I would like to add I had a walkway repaired. My walkway was cracked and in bad shape. Coblentz repaired the cracks, capped, and leveled a new walkway. Since it has rained there are no longer any areas of pooled water. 100% recommend!!!

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on our driveway extension. They were able to get us scheduled a week early, did an excellent job with the concrete and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. Will be calling again for future business.

Steve has completed two projects for me. One was a complex foundation repair that included design and collaboration with a structural engineer. The second was a fairly straight forward repair of the foundation for a brick stairway.
In both cases, the costs were reasonable, and the work and results professionally accomplished.

Coblentz Team did a wonderful job with all the projects we had for them. We started with demolition of a very old deck, cleanup and haul out to building a new concrete patio for phase 1. Team showed up every morning on time and worked most of the day to get as much done as they could each day. We had a couple misunderstandings but we talked those through. Phase 2 was walkway and extension of patio to the new fence. Coblentz team is very knowledgeable and detail oriented, they identified issues from other contractors and knew exactly how to fix them. This team is very focused on customer satisfaction, even when it’s not their mess up to fix! Will definitely be calling them back again for more work.

Steve coblentz and his team removed my old damaged dconcrete driveway and poured my new driveway in two days while needing to fit into a schedule of shortened days due to the elementary school across the narrow road from the house. This limited his time to between 10:00am and 3:00pm so as to let studentas and busses access to the school property. He also corrected an error by a previous contractor that installed the garage floor, which let rain water blow in under the garage door and fixed a crack in the garage floor. His crew was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Coblentz Construction and Cocrete LLc for concrete work.

I'm not normally impressed by first time impressions of a company. But Coblentz construction moved with precision and accuracy from preparation to completion. The care they demonstrated in working on my property was excellent. Steve and his son worked like a finely tune machine was just an added blessing for me to observe and admire. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. And I don't give out recommendations very often to anyone. Hands down, this company does top-notch work.
