Quick to respond to a quote request for a rear patio slab and was the best price by a good margin. I asked to come visit the site to confirm the quote and was easy to work with. I had trouble on my end prepping by removing sod and they offered to to the work at an additional cost that was fair. They also worked with me to place some brackets in the concrete correctly, finished their work, and cleaned up the site well. I recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Adrian and his crew. I am a repeat customer. They have done four different jobs on my property and his work speaks for itself. In addition to providing quality work, Adrian is very easy to work with, he is great at communicating what he is doing and he is very creative. You tell him what you want and he makes it happen. He is also very honest and that goes a long way with me. I highly recommend Adrian and his crew.

Adrian and his crew at Stratum Concrete, LLC created a new patio with lighting and an outdoor kitchen for us. The final product is even more than we expected, due in large part to Adrian’s attention to the small details and his willingness to communicate about the project.

We had an idea of what we wanted, but few details. Adrian worked with us to develop a design for the block walls, block paver style and accent concrete work. Then he added additional design features, including exposed aggregate borders for the patio floor and oversized pilasters for the kitchen. The final washing and sealing really made the block wall and patio flooring pop!

Adrian was also open to additional project scope when we realized unplanned work could really enhance the overall look in the end. And, importantly, when an issue was discovered, we could always work with Adrian to find the best solution.

Finally, Adrian continuously communicated to the others working on the project – electricians for the lighting and craftsmen building the pergola. This certainly helped keep the project moving.

Should we have other similar projects in the future, Stratum Concrete and Adrian will be our first choice.

Had Luis come out and do a back patio for me. Turned out perfect, couldn't be happier. Him and his crew we're extremely professional and the price was very reasonable. I've had bad experience with other contractors in the area but my experience with Luis was great. Highly recommended.

Luis very personal and helpful in any question before and after the work. Would recommend as seems to stand behind his work.

Captain no-show. Showed up for an hour or two at a time if he showed up at all. And stretched a simple job out for over 3 weeks. Failed to meet the deadline of his own contract. Never even finished removing the forms.

Luis and his crew did a great job on the pad for my shed. And when they were done they cleaned everything up beautifully

He may not show up when he says and his work is just okay. He is by no means a perfectionist. Dont expect it to be sloped properly. Price is average, but not fantastic. Value for the work is below expectations. Expect a mess to clean up. I would not use them again.

We had unusual specific requirements for a greenhouse foundation, and Luis and Edgar were able to meet every detail exactly. We really enjoyed working with them, and I will continue to use them at every opportunity, including other household construction remodels.

I advise everyone to avoid hiring this company. I gathered five bids and chose this company "because he said all the right things". The list of failures on their part is lengthy! They started the job later than agreed. The 3 day job took 2 weeks. They left equipment in my yard for over a week after they were done. Water gatheres in one spot. I had a full Crack within 2 days. ETC. ETC..
He's a talker, not a doer!!

I used Concrete Construction Specialist LLC to remove and replace part of a driveway and sidewalk that had been disrupted by tree roots, and to add another sidewalk. They were fantastic! Professional, reasonably priced, on time and on budget. Did a great clean up and the concrete looks amazing. I will definitely use them again.
