I rarely get a home maintenance project complete and think, "this could not have gone any better". That's is my experience with Concrete and Foundation Solutions. Ryan came out in early March to take a look and give an estimate. Although the area was still covered in snow and ice, he could see enough to give a fair estimate that included the likely "extras" that might be hiding underneath. No deposit, just a "handshake" and he said they'd be back when the frost was out. The crew arrived in early May with a couple days notice, knocked it out in less than two days and took great care to not damage the adjacent landscaping. The crew was great and looked like they were enjoying their work and each other. As it turned out the estimate was a little high due to block deterioration being less than he had guessed, and he knocked it off the price.

We had crumbling foundation blocks in our garage and on a retaining wall. Ryan, Cory and the crew got us a bid and showed up to get the job done within a week! Great attention to detail on their work, easy to work with and friendly to boot. They went the extra mile to take care of a couple little things discovered after they started. They really seem to like what they do and take pride in their work. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to call again with our next cement or foundation project!

The crew from Concrete and Foundation Solutions recently replaced a portion of the foundation under our 1912-era house. The job was somewhat complex, from the collapse of an old cistern under that part of the house. Seth, Ryan and Corey came up with an elegant solution, that they completed on time for the reasonable estimate they provided to us. They and the rest of their crew (Josh, Ryan, Mike & Nate) were a pleasure to have on-site each day. We will contact them again next time we need concrete work done - they did a wonderful job!

The Concrete & Foundation Solutions team poured an additional parking pad off the side of my garage and a sidewalk up to my deck. The quote was very reasonable but the work was outstanding. Met all dates for scheduling, installation, and finish. They went the extra mile by placing replacing the rock in an adjacent flower bed and making sure that we were happy with the progress through the project. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I just had some foundation repair in my garage and driveway and it went super smoothly. The work was top notch and the team was super friendly. We ran into a couple problems, but we worked through them and it was a great collaboration. Everyone was super responsive to email and text. I can't say enough good things about the work.

We used Concrete and Foundation Solutions for a basement wall issue and to install drain tile. Seth and his team were very professional, worked fast, and left the basement looking better than when they first came. They did an amazing job and were very responsive and easy to work with. We had some ground water flood our basement while we were away on vacation. We made some calls to have some companies come out to figure out what was going on. One of the companies was Concrete & Foundation solutions. Seth came out and looked over everything and provided some suggestions as to what should fix the issue. Corey and his crew came out and completed the work that was suggested and since then, we haven't had any issues with water in the basement. Everything looks great and we're very happy with all the work that was completed.

I had deteriorating block on both corners of my garage. I also had a cracked driveway apron and sidewalk. Seth was able to come out the next day and gave me a very competitive quote. I check with two other companies and they were going to do a fraction of the work for the same price. Also the price was all inclusive, no hidden costs. Ryan and his crew showed up right on time both days. They were very professional and friendly. They did exactly what the work order stated. They disturbed as little of the surrounding area as possible. The work turned out better than I even imagined. I would definitely recommend this company for any foundation work, it is great to find a company that is honest and gets the work completed correctly the first time!

We requested estimates for two separate projects and Cory came out to scope out the work and had estimates back to us in less than 24 hours for each. When they came to repair our garage foundation, Cory was great about showing us what they found after excavating the asphalt and explained what they needed to do. As an added bonus, their whole crew was great with our young boys who love construction. They let them come check out what was going on (safely and supervised, of course) and let them 'help' load rubble on their truck (handed them small rocks that they eagerly tossed onto the bed). Great overall experience!

I had Seth come out to look at a drainage issue around my extra large detached garage at the house I just bought. He gave me some great advice for grading options around that area which were a better option than an expensive drain system. I love anybody who's that honest! He also looked at some garage foundation block that was deteriorating for reasons I didn't understand. Turns out it was salt damage. The proposal and scheduling process was painless, the crew showed up on time, were professional and left no mess behind. They did a great job and Seth followed up to make sure it was all done and have me advice on how to preserve the block going forward. Payment was quick and secure through their online invoicing. I worked with Seth this summer to fix a corner on my foundation. I had a 110 year old home in St Paul that I just recently sold. I called around to so many businesses and it was hard to find someone who knew how to repair my foundation. Seth worked on homes in my neighborhood and was extremely familiar with the foundation and the issue I was having. The city was also behind on issuing permits and Seth was diligent on moving the process forward and exceptional in coordinating efforts so when the work was ready to be started and the permit was issued, he was there working on the repair. He was very communicative along the way and in the end, he did a splendid job with the repair! I highly recommend!

Seth and his company replaced a sidewalk and garage apron for us. They did great work and the entire project was done in one day!

We had a water-erosion issue that created a foundation issue that was uncovered quite late in the year as we had some other work being done on our house. I called three companies for input and estimates. Seth responded even though his season had technically ended, and when I told him the issue, he rushed over to take a look.

I had other companies give me estimates that were 15-20x higher with one company even stating that I needed to rip up the entire floor of the lower level to correct the corner of the foundation. Seth offered two options, both were affordable - especially considering what others were saying.

He was able to assemble a crew and get out within the week - just in time since it was now freezing at night. He and crew tented the area, dug out, formed and poured the new concrete, cleaned up and were gone - all before noon. This fix was a couple of years ago now, and I am happy to report that we are still as good as new. I just called Concrete Foundation Solutions to get them on the schedule for next spring for a more "fun" and less urgent and desperate need.

I trust Seth and can personally tell you that he prices things reasonably, completes the work on time and maintains great communication. He has even suggested alternative options that we hadn't thought of that could be more affordable or provide more return on investment. I strongly recommend considering him if you are looking for someone you can trust.

Ryan and his team have top notch customer service. I’ve used them for 3 jobs on my home and he goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done right. They’re the only company I’ll use if I have any grading and foundation issues.

The garage floor in our 1994 home needed major work. It was breaking apart into sections and sinking in various spots (apparently whoever put it in originally decided not to use any rebar).

Seth was prompt and easy to communicate with. Came out quickly and gave us an estimate. Work was performed on the timeline it was promised. It took about three truckloads of fill to make sure that there wouldn't be any voids underneath the new floor. A full rebar grid was put down. Corey and crew did a really nice job and spent a good chunk of time hand working the floor to get the pitch/slope just right so any water or snow would naturally drain away from the house.

I would strongly recommend Seth and his crew for any kind of concrete and masonry work.

They do a great job of communicating what you need without trying to up-sell things you may not need. Very professional with the bidding process and job timeline. Crew showed up on time, did great work, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, which was much appreciated. Can’t go wrong with this company!

The owners, managers, and my crew from Concrete and Foundation Solutions were honest and helpful, which is hard to find in this industry. Bids from other companies recommended all kinds of things for our basement, one was $45k!

We had them do a basement drain tile system. I researched the materials and methods used by the industry and had 6 companies bid the job. Some companies added tons of extra, unnecessary stuff, and others just had inferior materials. None were as good as Concrete and Foundation Solutions.

Concrete and Foundation Solutions uses schedule 40 PVC pipe next to footing which is top of the line and will actually last. Avoid corrugated tubing and especially the gutter systems (SCAM).
