Contracted by our city and blocked our cars in the driveway today with no warning. Also messed with the foundation of our home. Do not use them.

Refuses to pay subcontractor for damage to vehicle caused by their employee. Occurred in July of 2018, sent multiple invoices, still no payment.

Very professional outfit putting in a lot of very difficult work day in and day out!!! And all these people on here complaining about construction crews in their way have to realize that without roads you are screwed and building roads is a very difficult process!!!!!

Last week a lone CATTS Construction truck parked unnecessarily directly in front of my walkway blocking entry to the street. At that time I spoke to the driver asking him not to park in front my walkway entryway he agreed and complied. However yesterday morning I awoke to discover another CATTS truck unnecessarily parked blocking my walkway entryway, again (see photo). And again I asked them (CATTS) not to block my walkway entryway and again they agreed and complied. However at approximately 4:50PM I left to return later to discover a CATTS backhoe "unnecessarily" parked in my walkway entryway, again, this time overnight (see photo).

    Apparently my request was denied!!

Very very unprofessional. C'mon man... Whoever sent the crew to 140th and Courtland, Cleveland Ohio 7/28 without proper residential work etiquette. Makes the company look bad.... not to mention was probly sub'd out from the city also.

Any commercial company that shows up at 6:30a.m. to unload heavy equipment and start breaking a concrete sidewalk down, and load a dump truck at 7a.m.in a residential neighbor hood where I'm 2 streets over and it woke my house.... Shouldn't b getting city contracts in my eyes....
common courtesy just isn't that common... neither is common sense

Paving and then re-paving the same area repeatedly--they must have a "cost-plus" contract with the City. Noisy machines and cursing loudly as early as 5:30 am in a residential neighborhood. Leaving debris, dangerous equipment, unmarked ditches--where anyone can easily fall and be injured. Their response is always "it's construction", as though that justifies noise, dangerous conditions, slow work, etc.

I live on west hedgewood in westlake and the catts group did water line replacement and street repave, new driveway aprons. The project went about 3 months and they could not have been more polite, accomodating to residents, respectful, kind and were incredible workers. Never saw anyone take a break and they were here early and worked late. A special Shoutout to John (Pacman) for his patience answering questions and moving big equipment for traffic. All the men and women were amazing. Thanks for making it so easy for the residents, catts guys!

God help you and your family if your city hires Catts to do work on your road. They’ve been working on line replacements on our street for months. A month ago they carelessly severed our water line, leaving us without water for a day. Today they cut our gas line, which meant I had to get my pregnant wife and two year old out of the house since it reeked of gas and we obviously didn’t have heat. I simply don’t understand how Parma chose such an incompetent outfit for this project.

This company is a JOKE!! The hydrant lines were supposed to be finished by Oct 31.....we are now into February. Multiple gas lines cut, multiple water lines severed. The crew are rude and obviously not well trained. They left the end of my drive nearly inaccessible because of a huge hole they dug up and left. I had to personally find the "supervisor " and ask TWICE. Two days in a row before it was filled in. They joyride in the big equipment up and down the street....but not really working 100%. And too bad if they are in your way, blocking your street. They won't move. Maybe my street will be finished by April???

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with this company.
Their response to a problem they created, was delayed, and the staff was unresponsive when I sought assistance.
I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct mistakes, which is why I am bringing this to their attention directly. I hope steps will be taken to ensure future customers do not face similar issues.
I’ll suggest to others, find a company that has real customer service.

Thomas promptly responded to my request for an estimate on a garden pathway and within a week started work. Provided regular communications as to arrivals, departures and scope of work completed. Recommended him to my neighbor for a new sidewalk.

I do not recommend Thomas"s concrete he does not do quality work. I hired him to do my driveway and within just 3 months it was crumbling and deteriorating see pic's. I reached out to him several times and he gave me the run around. Now a year later and still nothing he has gohsted me. He is not a man of his word and does not stand behind his work. Thomas you need to take accountability for your work I paid you $4000.00 for a partial driveway and we only have 2 cars. Stop trying to blame ODOT or everyone's driveway would look like this. I never threatened you I was patient and gave you plenty of time to fix it Funny how you can reply to this right away but wouldn't answer any of my calls.
