Thomas did a fantastic job on our concrete patio!! He quoted us a reasonable price and he did a very professional job. He made sure everything was done correctly and didn't take any shortcuts. He is a great guy and worked extremely hard at making sure he got our project done in the timeline he stated initially.

I recently hired Thomas's Concrete and Construction to install a 30-foot by 15-foot cement patio with a stamped dark gray border, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Thomas and his team have kept my driveway & walks cleared of snow throughout the winter. They are responsive, polite, and dependable. Some days I even awoke to clear passage! On the days of tremendous snowfall, service came well within my expectations given the extreme conditions, and Thomas regularly communicated status. If I have concrete needs in the future, he is the first person I would call since he has earned our trust. Highly recommended!

I recently had Thomas & his crew work on & replace my entire driveway, (extend the drive as well) sidewalk, & walkway & I couldn't be happier with the results. With just a phone call to get an estimate to starting the project Thomas was professional, courtesy & communication was top notch !

Thomas did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. The workmanship of the concrete job was of the highest quality. I just Googled concrete work near Cleveland and his company was one of the first to come up. I called and we went over what I wanted and he said to call him when the warmer spring weather arrived. I called and he showed up and he completed the job in one day. I mean it was pretty much perfection. He even added his own recommendations and ideas when he arrived that I would never of thought of. I highly recommend.

If you are not spending $5500 don't call. They said they DO NOT DO JOBS UNDER $5500 they call me back and gave me some numbers to help me out with my small job I thought that was so kind.

We just had our driveway and front walks completed by Cemex Construction. They did an excellent job! The driveway and walkways look awesome! Thank you!

Cemex construction did a horrible job on my waterproofing. First, they by mistake broke a large hole in my foundation which they did sloppy job patching up AND charged me for the repair. They also left lots of construction debris around my property. Although contract said they would grade my property, they left me with what he called a "rough grade" which was terrible, and costed me another 800 bucks to fix.
