John and his crew were very responsive. He answered emails and calls promptly, and delivered a fair quote. His crew was on time each day of the project, worked steadily and consistently, and did a great job of clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Cemex. Very professional.

John and his team, Cemex, did a beautiful job replacing our asphalt drive with cement. John was always prompt with his estimate, answering my questions and explaining the process and timeline. Even when they ran into an unexpected obstacle with our old construction they handled it with care and precision. He is very attentive and responsive. I have recommended John to neighbors and family already!

Cemex helped make our vision of a patio a reality. Extremely professional and helpful. We had many questions along the way as this was our first experience with stamped concrete. John and the team were very patient and supportive. We were beyond pleased with the end result. The stamped concrete is so realistic that anyone that sees it asks if it is real stone.

Cemex has replaced my asphalt driveway with beautiful concrete. John has been upfront with estimates after on-site measuring and analysis. And what they offered me I can't find anyone else can beat as I always shopped around. They kept the promised schedule and crew came on one day pretty much completed all the tear-up and replacement and the next day made the saw cut as required and did cleanup. John is a hands-on involved in all aspects of the work. Everything was communicated well. Cemex is the top concrete contractor in the area that I would recommend to anyone who needs to hire for concreate work.

John and the guys at Cemco were wonderful. They did a patio project for us, and John was very prompt and responsive. He was able to get us a quick quote and was great working with the other contractors we had for the project. Not to mention the work came out amazing! We have gotten so many compliments on our new *brick* patio (stamped concrete). I would highly recommend him and his team.

John and his crew removed and redid our driveway and drive catch basin - they did a great job. Very reasonable price and a great group working on our home. Will hire again.

His quote was reasonable and was able to complete the project in two days. Most importantly, he and his crew were very careful not to damage any surrounding landscaping or structures while replacing my front porch and drive apron.

John and his crew just completed a 600+ foot extension of our residential concrete driveway. In addition to this, a patio, a large shed apron and a yard swing pad were completed as a part of our project - all in about one week! 400 feet of the drive is on a hill - not an easy job. The crew was great and very hard working - I don't recall seeing anyone sitting down the entire time they were on the job. The crew was polite, skillful and professional too. It's clear to me from my first-hand experience, that John takes care of his crew as well as his equipment - All of the major pieces of equipment that were used on our project were practically brand-new and in tip-top shape - No worries about shoddy machinery breaking down and causing delays. John is knowledgeable, easy to work with, fair and reasonable too - Important qualities to look for when hiring a contractor for a major project. Discussions with John regarding concrete mix design and admixtures were very helpful in fine-tuning my project the way I wanted it done. Based on my experience with hiring Cemex Construction Corporation and also witnessing them in action, I can highly recommend them without hesitation for concrete work.

Both my mother and I have had our driveways demolished and redone with John and his team. My driveway included adding a patio slab. My mother's included having the original driveway made wider. John was knowledgeable about city requirements and best practices. He helped me make custom decisions. His team arrived on time, they were kind and did great work. Fair price, great work! My wife and I couldn’t be more happier with the job John and the crew at Cemco did for us!! We are new homeowners and we inherited some violations with the purchase of our home. John knew right away what needed to be done to make our driveway right and it looks very nice I would say!! We did have to pay a lil more than the initial estimate but that was only because the driveway that was down before was laid poorly and unprofessionally with asphalt over concrete. John and the guys corrected the problem and now we have a very nice driveway that we’re very happy with!!

Just wanted to take a minute to give John and his entire team a shout out for a couple of really great jobs they’ve done for us this past month. First was sidewalk repair and parking lot repair at the entrance to our business in Euclid. They were about to keep our traffic flowing perfectly by doing the work in separate pours. They did amazing work and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The second job was more concrete work and an ADA ramp at another one of our businesses in Willoughby Hills. Again they we great with communication and even got it done quicker than they said because they found time in their schedule. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. They will certainly be my go to concrete contractors for future projects.

Called twice for repair of two slabs in my driveway. No one called me back to tell me they don't do these repairs or aren't available. It bothers me much when companies don't even respond to my request.
