Gianni and his crew waterproofed one side of our house a year ago. I found him to be a very honest and hardworking man. He was very responsive to any questions/concerns and has good communication skills. Our basement has remained dry and my husband and I are very happy with the work that he completed.

Gianni was great to work with from start to finish. The crew did an exceptional job adding a concrete driveway addition to my existing driveway. Very much appreciated the communication and timeliness of the work. I would go back to them for any project.

Original work by DiFranco was exterior waterproofing of two basement walls.l had 8 estimates, three for exterior proofing. DiFranco was most reasonable. This contractor was most knowledgeable & experienced in my opinion. He covered all pertinent questions l had throughout procedure & explained what l actually needed to get done for my situation. Direct & to the point, plus on job site with crew. Company is well equipped, so received bids for five other jobs which were done. My gravel driveway was a mess which l had done also. Yes I’m pleased with the work finished by them on my sanctuary. Awesome company & crew. They do outstanding work. Thanks guys Nita & Jim.

Wanted a better solution for our 700' gravel driveway with the annual potholes. Difranco excavated and regraded removing the top layer and then used asphalt millings which compacts better than just limestone. This material holds together and will not get pushed off like gravel. Also had the driveway apron done in concrete. Difranco knew how to handle getting permit for apron and was very easy and professional to work with. Will see how this holds up for driveway was done the end of Oct about 1 month ago. Communication was great and will highly recommend and use for any future projects.

DiFranco and team did a fantastic job rehabbing/replacing an overgrown gravel driveway at a property I own. Gianni and team were very easy to work with and the pricing was good. In terms of the quality of their work, I couldn't have hoped for better results. I plan to use DiFranco in the future for other projects.

We purchased a home in Pepper Pike that needed a new septic system installed. We're new to the area and hired DiFranco Contractors because of the reviews we read and the owners professionalism. Installed the system for us and we were very happy with the work they did. Kept the job nice and clean and the owner was on the job the entire time. We're having them back later this summer to install a French drain to dry up our backyard.

after being strung along by another contractor all spring and summer i called DiFranco Contractors in early September to get my job priced and a timeline if possible for this year. Gianni told me mid October and gave a fair and good price for about 50+ feet of sidewalk and replace a drain in my driveway. They arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were thoughtful and respectful to the job and my property. I have recommended to my co-workers and friends that if they need concrete work, they should seek to have DiFranco do their work.

one last comment, the work looks better than i had hoped for and i will gladly use them again for any work that i need.

If you are looking for a no hassle, get the job done and leave it better than you found it septic company, then look no further. Gianni and his team were a blessing amongst a litany of disappointments on our new construction. We were beginning to wonder if anyone knew what good communication and customer service even were anymore. Thank you for the great experience!

We had DiFranco Contractors do waterproofing on our house and couldn’t be more pleased. We scheduled it and they were prompt and courteous, even though hauling away the existing dirt and hauling in the new gravel could have been a disaster to our yard the work area was neat and restored to perfection. Gianni and his crew are professionals and true artisans. Our basement is now dry with no more musty smell. Top Notch!! 5 Stars.

Gianni did a great job waterproofing a basement wall and pouring a concrete patio. Professional, experienced, and did not cut any corners in the construction. He cleaned the job site each day, communicated the process well, and made sure the job was done properly.

Gianni DiFranco installed a new septic system in my yard, and was the most helpful contractor I've ever worked with. We had a difficult time getting site approval from the county, and his advice and support throughout the process was invaluable. His experience and professionalism were top notch. His crew really went out of their way to avoid damaging my yard and landscaping during the septic installation. I VERY highly recommend this company.

Let’s start by stating that we were extremely impressed with the entire job completed by DiFranco Contractors at our home! This is our first home, and when we discovered that our basement wall was bowing in, we were very apprehensive in selecting a company to handle the repair work. John and his crew went above and beyond throughout the entire process! John was very communicative which helped set us as at ease, and the way he and his crew paid attention to the minor details helped us feel confident in the work they were completing. When they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here; if anything, the side of our house where the work was done looks better than it had before their arrival. We still aren’t sure how we got so lucky in selecting DiFranco Contractors for the job! We would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will be using them again in the future.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They were very reasonably priced, fair and honest. Guy gave us a quote last year before prices went crazy and still stuck with the original quote. As you'd expect with a quality contractor, they were booked pretty far out, but the end result was worth the wait.
