Joyner, Mark and Scott did an amazing job...had about 380 ft of expansion jts replaced and a 60 ft2 area around pool deck leveled. All work went smooth and answered all my questions. Looks great! Thanks!

I have Groundwork’s perform a yearly maintenance on the drains and sump pumps. They are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The last service technician was Todd, and I would gladly recommend him.

Great french drain install with sump pump! Adam Noble came and inspected the property after water came in the house during the spring floods. House needs french drain and piers. French drain was installed with a sump pump by Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, and Elmo Orozoco. The team did a phenomenal job with communication, install, cleanup, and final walk through. Same great experience with the piers crew! Piers installed to stabilize the house by Rama A, Darlin M, and Tyler Kent. This company is very professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and communicative! I highly recommend! Financing available at no interest for 18 months. These types of repairs aren’t cheap so it’s nice they have a financing option.

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.

My house had a fair amount of work that needed to be performed when I purchased the place. Walls cracking and separating from the ceiling and floors were not level. GroundWorks was the company I chose due to the reviews that I read online and they did not disappoint. I was scheduled to have the work done in approximately two weeks; Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, and Elmo Orozoco got an early start and finished the job in a week and a half. The crawlspace looks incredible and my floors are finally flat again.
If I ever have to relocate and find myself in need of foundation repairs, I will absolutely be calling these guys again.

We only got Kris to come out and give us a diagnosis and quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and flexible. We had to reset the appointment and he was understanding and patient. I thought that this is just what we are in need of and that it was less expensive than I had believed it was going to be. They have the most complete service and best warranty I have ever seen. This is not the first house I have had with foundation problems and I sincerely wish that I had known about them before. I only gave 4 stars because we have not been able to schedule it because of problems on our end.

Groundworks crew did a great job for us. The job site was very difficult because our home backs up to a canyon and the terrain is extremely difficult to work in. We bought a house with a flooded basement, which had to be repaired, to pass inspection. Groundworks did the work and even after last night's heavy rains, our basement is still dry! We are beyond pleased! Thank you Darlin, Tyler, Jeremiah, and Kenneth.

Our foreman Harold and his crew Frank and Elmo were amazing! Further, the guys that did our slab injections (Cristian and Jose) were extraordinary. We truly feel that if there is a future issue with warranty work that Groundworks will stand behind and honor their agreement. Great work and we recommend without hesitation

We went with Groundworks because of all of the great reviews! That was our first mistake. How can we be the only ones to get horrible service? I have to wonder. To start, we had several piers put in and polyfoam injected. Immediately, 4 out of 5 outside doors would not open or shut. We had new cracks that we've never had before show up along the corners of doors, so 4 more piers had to be put in. The AC line was drilled through and that could only be replaced with a new line running through the garage and the outside wall. Our toilet started running slow and backing up due to polyfoam in the plumbing line. The line that ran from the house through the entire garage was finally replaced after 3 months without a toilet. We then noticed that we had 2 vents that weren't blowing air. A crew came out about a month later and discovered again that polyfoam had stopped up the vent. So they had to drill out the slab inside the home, replace the vent, and reconcrete the foor. Now we have doors that are still jammed up. Flooring thats been pulled up and new cracks showing up in the floor. All of this took over 4 months to get complete because the Broken Arrow manager Bill was almost always impossible to get ahold of. The only way anything got done was through Natasha the scheduler. Thank goodness for her. Unfortunately, we have more problems now than when we started. I definitely would not recommend polyfoam!
