Groundwork, was a very professional company. The crew was very courteous, efficient and described every part of what they going to do and what they did. I really appreciate and like how they fixed the crawl space the technique they use makes you confident that it is fixed.in short I feel like my house is stable and want move any more and they insure you that if does they will adjust. I am super pleased with the job.

I have to give Dylan Johnson an A+ for providing a thorough inspection of our home. He is very kind and professional. Groundworks uses top quality materials and installation. Highly recommend this company for your home.

I recently had my 20x60 shop completly foam injected doors and walls where moving alot and it was only getting worse not better. I had a friend use a different company somewhere else on his entire house and its been about 5 years and he said hes still very happy with the technology. Doing this same foundation repair with piers in my shop would have cost more than my shop. And that doesnt help the middle. I first called groundwork, and Dylan came out and gave me my quote and measured the floor. He wasnt rushed, took time to answer questions and really gave me confidence in the company when he told my they have a 5 year warranty and will auto schedule a yearly inspection for the next 4 years close to my install date. That impressed me and was the difference between me getting more quotes and going ahead and signing up that day. I really hope that happens but time will tell.

Yesterday the install day finally came, I had Jos'e as the lead and Jerimiah as the help. And both where professional, focused, and did a great job. My outdoor concrete around my shop had two spots that one had about a inch if movement, the other about a inch and half. Was a horrible trip hazard and just ugly. I was very surprised when that went right back to the original placement.

As a bonus today as im writing this is a cold morning, the R value of my shop floor has noticeably improved, granted this is a happy accident on a problem that was for sure getting worse as they had to put a ton of foam under my foundation but I now feel I have a completly Insulated floor. And I bet this will greatly improve spiders and bugs getting in.

The benifits in this service really are great when everything goes well, the part of this service that worried me is there is no undo button. If it goes wrong there is no fix, Im very happy when I watched the guys drive off I was confident in the work they did.

John and his crew did amazing job!! Luis, Caden, Markos, Damian, Rama A, and Jeremiah. They came out and was polite and respectful. They explained what they were doing and was easy going with my dogs. A couple of my dogs even helped John when he was digging. He gave them the tree roots to play with.
Jerry the salesman also was nice and respectful!!
He explained what we needed to help settle the foundation problems.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Jerry McClendon, the sales rep for the Tulsa region. I have signed up for Groundwork’s to do work on my home. Jerry is very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the services and products Groundworks offers and supplies. He took the time to explain everything that I am having done and even offered to help assist me in getting the work area prepped and ready for his team to come in. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Groundworks for any type of crawl space needs you would need. I feel very confident that Groundworks will do a great job.

So now the encapsulation and floor joist is complete! Rama and Aiden did an outstanding job! Both were very professional, on time and just a delight to work with. I cannot stress enough how good these guys were and the sales representative Jerry! They made this experience easy and worry free! Darlin M., Louis V., & Aiden C. Installed an AquaStop Aqua grate in front of the garage and buried the discharge line after tying into a gutter downspout. The three worked as a well managed team to complete the work within about 4 hours. I anticipate this will resolve drainage issues during heavy downpours and protect the house foundation. The crew cleaned up the work area before leaving and communicated with me before, during, and upon completion of the project. I am very impressed with Groundworks.

Rama A. John M. And Cody H. Rock!!!! I had my home stabilized by them. They are courteous, friendly and answered all of my questions. At one point I told Rama about a floor lamp and my dresser in the master bedroom leaning. He went into the crawl space, came out and showed me pictures of damaged beams!!! Well I authorized them to fix that issue too. After 2 days of hard work, everything was completed and my backyard looked just as good as it did when they first showed up! Do you know Rama had the nerve to ask for $13,970.08 after all of the work???😁 I didn't hesitate to write that check. No cruise for me this year, I got robbed by Rama...🤣🤣🤣 But seriously, I highly recommend this company. Ask that Rama and his crew come out. You won't be disappointed.

Dylan Johnson took his time and completed a very thorough inspection. He was patient in answering all my questions and quick to offer his personal assistance in preparation of projects. He was very professional and personable.

Groundworks was not the lowest bidder, but I was impressed. They gave me valuable information about my whole house, not just the part I was having known issues with. It gave me real peace of mind.
The crew that came to level my porch were efficient and very helpful. I had removed all the furniture except one heavy piece. They removed it, though they were not asked to do so. Even better, they placed all the furniture back in place. Since I am an elderly woman with a handicapped daughter, this was very much appreciated.

We started noticing rises and dips in our flooring and got 3 quotes for levelling the house. One company said the job was too complicated and we needed a structural engineer. The second company said we needed two large beams with 10 piers each. Groundworks sent Justus out, who took a bunch of measurements, crawled around under the house and took pictures, then drew up a rendering of our floor plan, showing me exactly where we needed supports and why - including explaining that we could not put in the beams the 2nd company suggested due to where the HVAC and a couple other things were. Groundworks quoted the same price as the 2nd company.

The foreman for our project was Caleb. He, JP & Brandon did a great job. Their truck broke down the morning they were supposed to come out, and they were incredibly communicative with updates to the timeline. They had to come through the house for part of the job, and tracked mud everywhere. They cleaned it all up before they left.

Groundworks gives an incredibly thorough quote, is happy to answer all your questions, warranties their work for 5 years, comes out every year in that period to see if any of the jacks need adjusting, and keeps you updated all the way through. They were respectful of me, my home, and my time. I whole heartedly recommend them!

Groundworks did a great job with getting my porch and sidewalk stable and lifted up to almost exactly where it was to begin with!! I am extremely happy with the job that was done!

Jose Viddaurri was the foreman for the job done at my house. I cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to make sure he did the job correctly! He was extremely patient and answered all of the questions that I had as he went along! From explaining what he was doing as he drilled the holes in the concrete to finishing picking up the foam that was blown around, he did an exceptional job! Give this guy a raise!!!!!

I can’t say much about the co-foreman (Tony) who spent more time on his phone than he did working. I think I picked up more scattered foam than he did.

I would recommend Groundworks to anyone looking to get work done at their house.

Caleb and Brandon worked hard leveling our concrete front porch which had cracked into four pieces. Dylan and Blake returned to deal with some unruly gaps and caulked it back to beauty. Our back patio had two cosmetic cracks that look really good now. They are incredibly polite, professional men. They kept us informed regarding their arrival and worked tirelessly until the job was completed.
I recommend the Groundworks Team for your concrete or foundation repair project.

Second time we hire Gary and CSS Concrete to do work at our backyard and both times it’s been a great and easy experience. 10/10

Our driveway was overdue for replacement, and CSS Concrete Contractor ended up being the right crew for the job. The old concrete was cracked in several places, uneven near the garage, and starting to look pretty rough from the street. Their team came out, walked the area with us, and explained what needed to be removed, how the base would be handled, and where the pitch needed to be corrected for water runoff.

When the work started, they were organized and careful with each part of the job. The demo was done cleanly, the forms were set straight, and the new concrete was finished with a clean, consistent look. I also appreciated that they paid attention near the edges by the lawn and walkway, because those are the spots that can look sloppy if someone rushes.

The new driveway made a big difference right away. It feels solid, drains better after rain, and gives the front of the house a much cleaner look. Fair price, reliable crew, and no nonsense during the job. Thank you so much folks!
