Hired them to pour a patio in our backyard and add a small concrete pad for our shed.
The team was professional and really knew their stuff. They explained the whole
process, took care of the forms and rebar, and finished the surface beautifully. The
concrete cured perfectly and looks great. We went with a broom finish for traction and it
came out exactly how we wanted. They worked clean and were done faster than
expected. Really happy with our new patio - we've already had friends over for a
cookout on it!

C&T Contracting did a great job. They were quick and efficient. Everything was completed on time and organized. The management of their own workforce was exemplary, as was their on & off site administrators. They maintained professional and clear communication throughout the entire project and worked seamlessly with a working fire department.

Had a great experience using Da Costa Construction to add a walkway, extend our patio, and pour a slab for a shed in our yard. They are easy to communicate with, fairly priced, and were on the job quickly! The work is great and they even helped us pitch the walkway so tiles we're laying will meet up perfectly with the existing driveway. Will definitely be using them for our concrete needs and recommending this company to friends & neighbors.

First of all, these are 2 really good guys. A father and son team - and they do great work at a great price. They were fast, efficient, affordable, and left things spotless. Glad I found their page.

It is not every day that you have a contractor do what they say they are going to do. Carlos completes the job and does amazing concrete work. From shed pads to large driveways. He is your go to for Concrete. Definitely give him a call, leave a message and let him get back to you. Good contractors are worth their weight in gold, especially here in Saint Petersburg. He is a local, no BS contractor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Back in January I was getting quotes for my driveway replacement. Carlos Da Costa Construction had great reviews and was the least expensive of the three quotes. Wasn't sure if we were ready to go forward so I told him I would let him know when we were ready. He checked back in a couple times after. A few months later we were ready to go forward. Contacted him and he revised the quote, it had gone up a couple hundred dollars which was not a big deal. So Carlos told me to get a permit and to let him know when I got it and we would set up an approximate date to start. Called when I got the permit and we set up a date for the end of the next week. The time came around to start and I had not heard from him so I decided to contact him. When we spoke previously he was easy to get ahold of but for some reason now he does not answer his phone or return messages or texts. So, I had my partner call and low and behold he answers. Im speculating he answered because he didn't know his number. He was full of excuses. "Busy", "Only him and his father working", "Didn't know we had our permit". My partner and Carlos set up a date for June 3rd which was 2 weeks from the original start date. Don't know why it was 2 weeks out from the original start date. So, June 3rd rolls around and he no showed again. He was begging for our business before and now he doesn't want it, weird. If he didn't want to take my money than he should've been man enough to let us know. Absolute horrible customer service and terrible way to run your business.
