I needed a new pad in my backyard for a gazebo. Jason came out and looked at it. He priced the cement and quite a bit of grading that needed to be done to get the water flow in the yard correct. Finished job in 2 days. He finished well ahead of the gazebo arriving.

Jason and his team were fantastic!! I had a driveway repair and added a two car parking pad!! Jason was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me pertinent information to help make a final decision on the best location for the parking pad. They showed up early, kept me informed during the process, and finished the entire project in just two days!! Everything looks amazing!

Jason Baker is awesome and deserves 10 Stars! My project was completed in record time and was "Beautiful " when completed. Jason is a professional and extremely knowledgeable. After telling him what I was trying to do, he made suggestions and gave me options. Start to finish was 4 days. I highly recommend Jason with Con South Inc to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Jason and his site prep team. They did a fantastic job preparing our lot and were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they made sure everything was done properly and on schedule. You can tell they take pride in their work, and the quality shows. Awesome job by Jason and his team. They were on time and well prepared for the job. We originally had a hard time getting our project approved within the HOA guidelines but Jason was super patient and helpful with resources to help answer the mail. The turnaround time was faster than anyone else we contacted, and his pricing was extremely competitive without sacrificing quality. What really stood out was Jason’s willingness to offer honest advice and professional recommendations to make sure the project was done correctly.

He completed our site preparation, erosion control, construction entrance installation, and silt fence, getting our property fully prepared for the next stage of construction. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Had back patio done. Unfortunately we were over charged and the guy didn’t realize it until we pointed it out. He still owes us thousands which he said he would pay back. It’s been two months and he doesn’t answer our calls. Also there is still trash in our yard from his workers. Tons of empty water bottles, Taco Bell cups and random wood scraps. We’ve left it in hopes they would return and take responsibility. No such luck. It’s crazy how irresponsible and uncaring this company is. The worst part is that he doesn’t pick up the phone or answer our texts.

Had fencing work done with Oakcreek Construction and was overall really satisfied. I have had past construction work done with other companies but nothing compared to the efficiency, communication and punctuality of Oakcreek Construction. The fencing crew overdelivered and will be using this company again for future projects. 10/10 recommend!

Very professional, reliable, and the nicest guy! Gerardo has a great crew that work for him, what I loved the most was Gerardo not only oversees all the work but he actually works alongside his crew. Gerardo is very meticulous about his work. Very fair in pricing, but for the work that he does, he's underpriced! Thank you Gerardo for your beautiful work!!!!
