I am a returning customer to RD construction. This time I had them put a ramp and patio on the front of my house to make it accessible for me. As with the ramp and patio they installed last time this one is also perfect. I would highly recommend them For any of your concrete needs.

He also responds to text messages and answered all my questions! The crew was on time, professional and did great quality work! They also squeezed in my project at the end of the year! The icing on the cake was their price! RD construction was also cheaper than other quotes I received! Highly recommend this professional company! Definitely a breath of fresh air!

We had SEC lay a patio for us. Took only one day and it turned out great! Phil (owner) was great to work with and detail oriented. We love our new patio!!

Has them put in a new driveway for me. They did a great job. However, after just a year or two, the concrete looks terrible. Its cracked and there are alot of pieces chipping out. There was even a triangle size piece that broke out after 6 months. I did everything Phil said too. Not to salt and reseal in the summer. So im not sure why its wearing so bad.

Southeast Construction came out to do a detailed written estimate for me in a very timely manner. They were up front with all costs and No hidden additional charges. They were speedy and finished the job using the specifications quoted. I learned a lot from them as they were willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality concrete work.

Phil and his guys poured a patio and walkway in our back yard. They did a fantastic job. His crew was professional and when they were done they cleaned up so I couldn't even tell that they were there. The concrete turned out exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely be calling him back for the front of the house.

I had a driveway and walkway replaced and couldn't be happier with their work. This was done for my 95 year old aunt in Cudahy and Phil and crew were VERY professional. Their attention to detail for a cement drive was very impressive...All joints were measured out to be evenly spaced, many measurement taken for accurate thickness, layout of new driveway was checked for squareness was most impressive. The 5 guys there worked very well together, no wondering what net steps were...all of the workers excellent and check his website for the great work they do...what you see is what you get...and very reasonably priced...I usually dont give reviewsbut Southeast Construction is the best...Gerry

Had a stamped and colored patio installed. Amazing results, turned out to be a fantastic outdoor living space. Phill's crew is very professional, has an eye for detail, and easy to discuss the project as it moved forward.
Done on time and on budget. Will have Southeast Constriction doing any future concreat work.

Very satisfied with their work. They poured a foundation for a brick garden bed and did exactly what I asked for and to code. They removed a lot of concrete too and handled equipment respectfully and with caution in regards to all the flowers, trees, and existing structures in my garden. Impressed with the team’s work ethic. Phil is very easy to talk with, friendly, and reliable with communication.

We had a driveway, sidewalk and patio put in.
Phil and his crew did a great job from start to finish. From the estimate to me trying to write our names in the concrete near the end (It took a couple tries- the were very patient with me. ) The crew had great communication they asked our opinions when they weren’t sure how we wanted things. We recently had a patio installed by Southeast Construction. The crew arrived on time every day and didn’t waste time getting started. They were professional and genuinely cared about doing a good job. We could not be happier with the finished product. The owner gave us a very fair price and was great to work with. Patio was needed for our house closing. Phil and his crew not only moved mountains to make it happen, but delivered a superior patio in the time we needed it. As a contractor myself, I was extremely impressed to come home and see my yard not damaged or tore up, as their crew took the necessary steps to protect the sod and landscaping. I had a 70 year old painter at my house at the same time, and he told my wife, "That concrete crew your husband hired is a well-oiled machine." I've known about Phil for a long time as I watched him pour driveways for many of my neighbors. Most notably, one who is an engineer with high meticulous standards and told me how impressed he was when he did their driveway and sidewalk. One final feedback, Phil the owner was present at the site and coordinated with crew on what work was to be performed, and ask me (homeowner) to confirm final walk- through before everything began. 5 Stars and would highly recommend SouthEastConstruction LLC. We had a great experience working with Phil and his team. They replaced a portion of your driveway that was previously asphalt. They did great work. They even went above and beyond and fixed a corner of a patio stair that had crumbled that Phil had noticed. We were out of town when the work was done and he made sure to send pictures and even went back a few days later and sent us more. I highly recommend this company!
