Right off the bat I was very impressed with Southeast Construction. Phil came out to give me a quote on my driveway. He was professional and extremely honest with my needs. Southeast Construction was beyond reasonable compared to other companies I contacted for quotes. I would definitely use them again!!

Also the crew was super efficient, informative and just a great group to talk to. Very professional!! 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had Southeast Construction pour a patio for us last week. It's stamped & stained. It turned out fantastic & for a great price! In fact, everyone who has seen the pictures LOVE IT! Our neighbors also had a patio done after seeing their work. Phil & his crew are thorough with options & communicate well. I would highly recommend Phil & his crew for your concrete needs.

Phil & his crew were awesome! We had a large patio done & we love it. Phil was involved from start to finish & came the day they finished to personally check how we liked it & ensure it was also done to his standards as well. He even proceeded to water the patio & have a decent conversation for about 45 minutes. This company cares!!! Very professional. On time ever day. Constant communication. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Had a patio and sidewalk put in by Southeast Construction. Phil was great to work with, gave a fair/reasonable price & communication was fantastic. If I had a question, I'd text him and usually get a response within minutes. The crew was absolutely outstanding. On time, hard working and professional. Not only did the patio and sidewalk turn out great, but the cleanup was above and beyond expectations. Foul weather and their machinery made a bit of a mess, but they spent hours making sure our yard, alley and neighboring roads were as clean or cleaner than when they started. 100% satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

We had a concrete slab installed next to our garage and we could not have had a better experience. The work was fantastic and the crew exceptional. Totally satisfied with not only the job but the costs as well. Efficient, economical and thorough. They cleaned up the area when the job was finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS company.

From planning and communicating to removal and placement of our new patio and walkway. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and respect for our property and our wishes. We used Southeast Construction to replace our concrete patio. I cannot say enough great stuff about Phil and his team.
Phil has amazing consulting and customer service skills and I always felt like he had our best interests in mind instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Putting the customer first instead of trying to upsell is a rare quality in this industry.
Phil listened to what what we wanted and create a plan that exceeded our expectations, within budget. He actually gave suggestions that were better than what we thought of doing!
When the work began, I was consistently impressed on the professionalism and timeliness of his crew. They were never late, always nice, and cleaned up the space when their work was done.
There was one day that cause a rain delay and Phil stayed in constant contact with a plan to ensure we wouldn't get behind schedule. Even though that was out of his control, he took charge and created a plan. Another rare quality in this industry.
We also required some other work that was outside of their scope and Phil gave recommendations to wonderful vendors. He clearly has a solid reputation and a community of exceptional partners he trusts.
The project exceeded our expectations and, in the end, I found Phil to be more of a trusted friend than a vendor.
We will use Southeastern Construction for any further concrete work and highly recommend them!

Southeast Construction created two colored and stamped concrete patios in our backyard and they look awesome! Phil was a huge help in refining the shape and color selection. Phil knows what he is talking about when it comes to design. Mike and the crew did a fantastic job executing the plan. They worked very hard and each person knew exactly what needed to get done. Southeast Construction was one of 2 quotes to pour a concrete patio to replace my deck.
Phil is very responsive via phone and text and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was left hanging. He was also on site the day they completed the work and even stopped by a couple of days later to check it out and make a couple of final touches.
Phil was also up-front about the fact that, since the patio is in the back of the house, the lawn was not coming out of this unscathed. He made that clear. Which I appreciated and understand. This isn't a wheelbarrow and a shovel, this is heavy-duty machinery.
The team really seemed to get along well along with one gentleman that I swear smiled the whole time. And they all were willing to let me float around to take pictures. All very nice people.
