I needed a 9 ft parkway strip filled with concrete. This particular strip is situated such that I back my travel trailer over it using our pickup to park it on our driveway. Giovanni responded quickly to my inquiry and came out the same day to spec the job. I was impressed by his thoroughness, and also his willingness to do such a small job. The price was good compared to other quotes, and a week later his crew came out to do the job. They completed it in one day, and the area was completely cleaned up before they left. The finished parkway strip looks great with its attention to detail, and definitely will handle being driven over for many years to come. Based on all this, I recommend Ultra Construction to anyone needing such services.

We needed sidewalk repair ASAP because the city (So S F) sent us a final Notice of Violation by certified mail. Notice of Violation said if work was not completed by deadline, the citation fees would easily exceed a few thousand dollars per hour until repair was completed.😰

I contacted Ultra Construction, and they came through for us from the moment we asked for an estimate!! Giovanni A. was a pleasure to work with; he gave a thorough explanation on the work that was required and confirmed details again with the city inspector before beginning work (to make sure we would not be hearing from the city again about this).
The crew came on a Saturday morning and completed all work in half a day! I was so impressed with their professionalism.

Jose and team installed a French drainage system for me. They did a great job on the project including the assessment phase and what to expect. Very pleased with the work, the price, and the professionalism. Highly recommend.

Upon learning that we needed foundation repairs on our house, Pacific Construction was one of the companies that we contacted. Jose answered my call and came over the next day to assess our foundation. He was able to identify the issues and give us a bid proposal quickly. We were quoted a good price compared to another quote that we received from a different company, so we decided to move ahead with Pacific Construction. The crew worked hard and cleaned up at the end of every day. It took 7 days to complete the repairs, and we were pleased with how efficient the process was. We were accidentally double charged for some fees, and Jose was quick to respond and reimburse us when I notified him of the error. We highly recommend Pacific Construction if you need to get repairs done on your foundation!

Jose came by my home in Daly City where I had experienced some mold issues and immediately saw what were the issues. He removed the stucco from the entire back of my house and once exposed it was obvious that there was a lot of wood rot. He re-evaluated the original estimate and was very fair about the additional cost and pointed out to me all the places that were issues. He recommended adding some earthquake posts now that all the back of the house was exposed which I chose to do. Although it ended up being a much bigger project than I had expected, it has solved the issue of moisture and wet in the walls. They put everything back the way it was, added insulation and it looks fantastic. The paint matches perfectly. His bid was very fair and his workers and he did a great job. He is a good communicator, apprised me of all the progress and was finished in 6 weeks which is what he estimated. I highly recommend Jose and his crew. Although it was a big expense, it was worth getting it done right and I am so glad I chose Jose to do it.

I had a pretty lazy estimator come out . He seemed like he was in a rush to get out of there and told me that he would not provide quotes for some of the materials and that I would need to do it myself. It was bizarre because that was the whole purpose of the appointment. When I asked if he is just quoting me for labor he said no he quotes by the job which is mutually exclusive you either quote by the job or you quote by time and materials. (materials being the key word) both require you to quote for materials or include it. Additionally I had sent him some screenshots of the layout and he requested that I email it to him putting the onus of the work on me as opposed to him sending himself the copies to his email. He had the time to text me a request he had the time to email his own email! He then tried to say he needed official plans to do an estimate which I know isn't true. Just based off of his process, you can tell he just wanted someone else do the admin work for him. i can tell this company will be a nightmare to work with requiring more micromanagement and involvement then i would like. Decided not to move forward based off the lack of customer service

Saul and his team did a great job for us and we highly recommend them. They poured a new exposed aggregate driveway with curbs and a new garage floor for us. They also replaced concrete steps for us in the rear by a patio.They did a meticulous job and paid attention to every detail. Everything they did looks great.

Saul and his crew were professional, neat, and timely. Not the cheapest quote I got (but only by a couple hundred dollars), but the most complete. Commercial quality work at my home.

The quality of the patio is unbelievable. I had no idea what we wanted for our large patio and Saul and his team created a patio that is beautiful and flows better than I imagined. I would recommend to get any concrete work with this company that knows how to build for long term effectiveness!

We hired Concretus to remove the existing basic concrete pad that was provided by the builder in our new home. It was meant to be out patio but it was so small we couldn't even fit a table! Saul Martinez, the owner of Concretus, met with me at my home to discuss my wants/needs and come up with a concrete design for our back patio. All I can say is... WOW!!!!!!! It is finished and I am so thankful I decided to go with Concretus and invest in this project for our home. It looks amazing and really changes the entire backyard space. We wanted a natural stone look with a gray colored concrete and we got exactly that. Saul, Arturo, and Carlos really knocked it out of the park on this one. We can't wait to use it!

Updated review: I initially had some difficulty contacting Saul who was recommended to us by neighbors who have used him several times to their great satisfaction. Once we made connections, we could not have been more happy. He replaced an area around an outdoor fireplace and made a sidewalk. He kept in close contact. He price was great and his work even better. He is replacing a large driveway in the Spring. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
