Awesome company. Found their company online. At 9:30pm I sent a text to the number listed. They responded immediately. I was so impressed, I stopped searching the internet for companies. They asked for pictures of the job I wanted done, then gave me a quick estimate via text with the understanding a sales rep will stop by to confirm the job. The meeting was accomplished then scheduled in the project.
My wife and I were very impressed by there professionalism. Project commenced removing our old concrete stoop and sidewalk then rebuilding a new one. They did not leave until I was super satisfied with the work- which we were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Ponce Contractors for all your concrete needs.

Needed a 10' x 8' concrete pad for a shed. Ponce did a great job and was flexible to my scheduling needs. Jesse was great to work with and went above & beyond to make the process smooth. Thanks Ponce!

I had the pleasure of working with Ponce on a recent project at my home. After experiencing quite a bit of flooding in my house from alley water overflow I contacted Ponce to come out and help me develop a solution.

They were prompt in replying, professional in scheduling, and punctual on arrival. We worked together and decided to tear out my current garage apron and extend it in both directions to help “barricade” my property from the alley water. We then scheduled a date/time to implement this.

The professionalism only continued with calling to check-in/confirm and showing up right on time to execute the project. They left a clean work site and a beautiful new garage apron (smooth as glass). They even went above and beyond to pour a little extra along a fence line to help protect another possible weak point with the water issue.

My neighbor has already asked where I had it done because it looks that good! These guys should come highly recommended… they are hands down, the best in Chicago!

We hired Ponce Contractors to rip out a bunch of rough and badly uneven concrete in our yard and gangway and pour new walkways. From the start they were great. Quick to reply and easy to work with. Jesse came by for the estimate and he was prompt, knowledgable and easy to talk with. He helped me think through spacing, layout and drainage solutions. I honestly felt he listened more than other contractors we had out. It was a conversation with Jesse and I appreciated that a lot. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but it was very fair and we didn't want cheap work anyway! The work began when they said it would and wrapped up when they thought it would even with some weather delays. The team was always respectful and friendly and Jesse was always there when I messaged with a question or to check in. The finished product is just what we wanted and (while i don't know much about concrete) the quality is excellent. We love the drainage they installed in our gangway. Not sure when we will need more concrete work but I don't see myself shopping around next time...I'll just contact Ponce again.

These guys are great. I had different contractor pour a patio for me. It was all wrong. The pitch was off. The lines were not straight. I had to tear it up and start over. Ponce came in did the job right. They checked with me to make sure it was how I wanted throughout the project. I saw them checking their measurements and pitch over and over. It made me feel confident they were doing it right. The estimator was great as well. I highly recommend Ponce and would not hesitate to use them again.

I always wait upwards to a year before I rate companies that have done work for me, to see if the work holds up. Part of our warehouse floor had big deep holes where our big carts and forklifts ride on. Also, we had problems with the outside driveway that was outside our warehouse that had a slope, and I new that had to be replaced. I had contacted about 10 Concrete specialists last fall of 2018. Only about 3 called me back. I chose Ponce because they came out quickly to give me an estimate, and they also gave me the lowest estimate out of the 3. They also listened to everything that I had to say and they provided some valuable information and suggestions that the other 2 companies did not provide. Since this was a store and it was a 2 day job, I was hoping to find someone that would come on a Thursday and Friday so the concrete would have the weekend to dry so that our 1000 pound carts and 4000 pound forklift didn't ruin the newly placed concrete. I also was worried that some of these contractors might use watery concrete so it would not last long with my heavy equipment. Ponce assured me that they would only use concrete that had the proper specs for my application and that they would start on a Thursday and would finish by Friday and that they would not let me down. They DID NOT let me down, because I was real worried about that. Looking at this concrete a year later, it looks exactly as it did when they installed it a year ago, which I was surprised with all the heavy beating that the concrete endures. Ponce you are the best!!!

Great communication from the salesman/foreman Jesse throughout. Quote was HALF of others I received and the crew was incredibly punctual and hardworking. Project began and ended on time and quickly. Turned my disastrous outside perimeter into beautiful usable property.

From the begging, Ramon, the owner was so easy to talk to and all the way his entire team exhibited a high level of professionalism throughout the project. The job was in the basement, but When I asked if they can fix up the concrete in my sidewalk, Ramon gave me on spot a reasonable estimate and we added the sidewalk to the job. the team was thinking outsider the box and without asking, they also fixed my broken stairs! They left the place clean and nice when they finished working.
Ponce concrete demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with the results.

Glenn and his crew were working on our neighbors driveway. He noticed a small blow out by our steps. When they finishing their scheduled work he came over and repaired it. In the future if we need cement work, Crest will be the one we will call!

Crest did a wonderful job today demolishing and pouring new front steps and a front walk at my house. They worked tirelessly and professionally, and I couldn’t be happier.

They came out in 2021 gave estimate and said I will hear something in spring 2022. Never heard from them. Called them never return calls. When they did they made excuses why they didn’t show up . Said I’m on the schedule the 2nd week in next month. Next month came same story . It lasted for 6 months. If you don’t want the job tell the customer quit leading customers on.. I would never recommend this company for anything. Very poor

I set an appointment to get an estimate for my driveway. The guy shows up early and doesn't even think to call me, begins to measure my driveway, can't seem to unlock my gate that has a bungee cord on it. Goes onto the neighbors property, eyeballs it and writes up the estimate. Not to mention, takes the estimate from his clipboard, puts it in his mouth to hold while he adjusts his clipboard than leaves it on my door. I guess COVID doesn't exist anymore. Can't even read his handwriting, I see like 6 prices on it. Very unprofessional. Still looking!

Glenn the owner was very professional, good customer service and a very nice man. He filled a concrete hole in my driveway and hauled away all the old concrete. Everything was clean and neat. I would recommend his company for any concrete work you need. 5 ⭐️!

Highly recommend Crest! I recently had them install a stamped patio, driveway, front steps and walk. The crew was professional, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I’m excited to enjoy their hard work!!

Crest come out last spring to bid on replacing my patio and sidewalks. I asked the man to write up a contract and he said my handshake was my contract and they'd be back to do the job in July. July came and went and they never showed up. Never returned my phone calls and emails either. I would not recommend them. They wasted my whole summer and I had to shovel grass to get to the garage last winter.

Replaced entire side porch and landing. Very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. High quality work. Also replaced my neighbor's step while on site and she is very happy too! Would recommend them to anyone that needs concrete work/repair and I will be using them again to replace all of my aging steps and sidewalk.
