We've been very pleased with Onan and his crew. He is very professional and personable. We were able to visit prior job sites to feel more comfortable that Onan would do a good job. We were also able to speak to their prior clients which were very happy with Onan and his crew. He started the job on time and completed everything as planned. Onan was available to discuss planning changes, even after we started the job. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to accommodate for our needs. The crew would spend time and effort to make sure everything is done right. The quality of the work is excellent; they did not spare on any materials. At the end, the job required more to be done; which they took on themselves to do. We are very grateful for everything you've done. Would highly recommend them to my family and friends. A++

He was super friendly, reliable and very reasonable with his prices. I am so glad that I decided to give him my business. Onan is responsive, reasonably priced and does good work. I’ve used him twice and been happy both times. We had a hiccup with the turf this time and he made sure it’s done exactly the way we discussed originally. He confirmed with me multiple times to make sure I was happy. He had a few suggestions on our front yard that made a lot of sense about conserving water as well as protecting the plants from gofers. The crew showed up everyday and finished within the time frame discussed. All in all very happy with the team.

We just completed our landscaping project with Onan. He and his team did a great job turning our ideas to actuality. He provided multiple 3d models which helped us a lot to make up our minds and get to the final design. He also did a outstanding job with planting and lighting. Beside his great performance, he’s being so responsive and positive, made the project going very smooth. So happy with the result!!

We hired this company to complete a full transformation of our front and backyard. Their scope of work included landscaping (front and back), installation of an irrigation system, landscape lighting, concrete work around the property, pool decking, and a pergola structure with a built-in BBQ, refrigerator, sink, and backyard plumbing.
Unfortunately, we deeply regret hiring this company. From the time the project was completed up until now—nearly two years later—we have encountered a continuous stream of problems related to the quality of their work.
As another reviewer also noted, approximately 90% of the trees and plants began to die within six months of planting. The drip irrigation system failed shortly after installation, and the landscape lighting timer stopped working entirely in under a year. It became evident that low-quality materials were used throughout the project.
The smooth stucco walls in the backyard developed large vertical cracks, and the plumbing installed for the BBQ sink was not up to standard. We ultimately had to hire a licensed plumber to replace all of the backyard plumbing, as the materials originally used were inappropriate and had already begun leaking and corroding. The plumber described the job as a "Mickey Mouse" setup.
The issues extended to the pool deck as well. Within a year, the wood decking showed signs of black mold. Upon removal, we discovered discarded wood scraps and nails left beneath the deck—clear signs of negligence. Additionally, the refrigerator in the BBQ area was improperly installed, which led to further cracking and chipping of the surrounding stucco.
We spent over $3,000 on a BBQ unit only to find that the interior light and rotisserie motor were not functional. When we addressed this with Onan immediately after it was installed, he informed us that that the electrical components required for these features had not been installed—and he refused to resolve the issue, stating that we should have communicated that we wanted all functions of the BBQ to work.
We have invested significant additional time and money to correct the numerous problems left behind, in addition to the $100,000 + that was initially spent. It is with genuine disappointment that we leave this review to caution others about the consequences of hiring this company.

Onan and his crew transformed my backyard from a pile of weeds, dirt, and an assorted tangle of trees to a beautiful escape. We now have an beautiful flowerbed surrounding our yard and amazing green artificial turf filling in the rest of the yard. He installed drainage mechanisms to handle the rainfall which has always made a lake outside our backdoor. Can't wait to see how our flowers and plants grow in. I would recommend his crew. They are extremely hardworking and could even be seen working at 9pm on some days to get the job done.

The results exceeded our expectations, and our yard looks better than it has in years. Communication was easy, pricing was fair, and everything was left clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality landscaping work. This is the second time I have used Onan and his team. Such a pleasure to work with.
