Great experience with this contracting company! The team fixed my entire foundation under the front of my house. They poured footings, foundation, laid cinder blocks and covered with stucco. Nik was professional, reasonable and punctual. Did a beautiful job! I highly recommend and plan to use again in the future.

We are selling our 100 year old home. A structural inspection revealed problems with the main support beam.
Per the report - This were the problems and solutions
1. 6x8 Main Beam End Bearing Repair.
Solution: Needed a new grout base, which was professionally done without disturbing a steam pipe drilled by another contractor through the main support beam.
2. 6x8 Main Beam Splice Over Column
Solution: a tie plate was installed on each side of the beam.
3. Adjustable Jack Post Removal and Joist Reinforcing.
Two joists located along the rear of the house are damaged and improperly repaired.
Solution: This was tricky since at least two other contractors had done "repairs" on this section of the house. Krr installed proper joists and also replaced a previous temporary support.

Nik explained in clear terms what he was going to do, then did the work in a professional manner. He left the work area clean.

KRR Nick team did an astounding job with fixing up the garage and sidewalk, fantastic communication and pricing and simply put a really wonderful experience throughout, highly recommend for anyone as they are the pinnacle of their craft.

I had a serious foundation issue that had to be addressed. KRR was recommended, due to the severity of the damage and limited access. Nik arrived promptly at his appointment. His knowledge and experience was evident from the start. He explained all structural issues and what had to be done to correct them. I would highly recommend Nik and KRR.
