Great experience! A+++ I highly recommend Eden GC! I would give more than five stars if I could! I was issued a violation from the city for sidewalk repairs and needless to say, a bit nervous and stressed. I not only wanted to find a company that can do the actual job but that it will do it correctly and also handle all the logistics (the permits, the scheduling, the re-inspection etc.). I made one phone call to Eden GC and their responsiveness and professionalism impressed me . Their quote was reasonable (so didn't even 'shop around' lol). The entire team's responsiveness & follow-up/follow through are just top-notched! I hoped to give them many referrals!!

I was dazzled by the professionalism, responsive, knowledge, and communication skills that Ms. Lisa demonstrated. From the very first called into the office to the completion of the excellent work done, the quality of the job, and excellent value. The entire team from the different department levels showed great coordination, and professional standards. The three workers at the site showed excellent work ethics, worked quickly to get things done, with efficiency, and friendliness.

You can't go wrong with Eden Construction! They've been the most affordable and fastest service out of all those I called. Plus, their work is extremely outstanding - just ask anyone who has hired them as concrete contractors in Brooklyn before. I will recommend you this construction firm because my experience was such a pleasant one at their company's hands.

Receiving a NYC DOT Sidewalk Violation is stressful, especially when the damage to the sidewalk was caused over time by the roots of a city tree. But the city, after much delay, determined that they would not do the repair because it was not within their range of action. We were fortunate, though, to find Eden General Construction INC. Their entire staff and crew, who were all a pleasure to work with on the repair project, were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, protective of the environment (including the integrity of the tree itself), efficient, reasonable, and responsive every step of the way. Kay was a terrific liaison, always there to connect us with staff members who could help answer our questions, and with CON ED and utilities to make sure digging was safe. We must also salute the pleasant, hard-working, crew who came to do the repairs during a historic summer heat wave but completed the excavation and cement work with great care (consistent with the existing grade level) and timeliness. At the completion of the job, Eden handled the request for Violation Dismissal inspection. What a relief when shortly thereafter NYCDOT sent notification that the violation was officially Dismissed, stating that the repairs and valid permit were all within NYC DOT standards and guidelines. Thanks to Eden our worries are over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Eden for anyone with a sidewalk project that needs to be done!

I live in Eastern Queens in a one family home on a 50x100 lot. Two of my sidewalk slabs were uprooted by a tree. I sent an inquiry via Eden's website and promptly received a telephone reply from their representative, Lisa Johnson. We went over the details, I sent photos, and she gave me a quote, which I accepted. I received a contract forthwith and the repair was scheduled for today. The work team arrived on time and went right to work . The team was well prepared, did a great job and cleaned up after the work. My wife and I are very satisfied.

I was in a tough place having to repair our sidewalk as required by our insurance company. We had tree roots that were tearing up the walkway. I wasnt sure how much this would cost so I just searched online for a company. Eden General Construction came up in the search and They seemed to offer what I needed since they have dealt with violations and tree roots, etc...I got a response right away and they sent me an estimate based on my pictures. The price seemed almost too good so I asked if they could send someone out to confirm. They sent someone within a few days.

The whole process has been easy and we finally got the job done when the weather finally cooperated. The supervisor and crew were courteous, respectful, and professional. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even some of our neighbors came by to inspect and grabbed a business card. I would highly recommend this company.

The professional office staff at Eden Construction gave me a timely estimate, and were very helpful and courteous throughout my project. Their crew arrived on time on the promised date, with positive attitudes, needing only minimal instruction, which they accepted without any push back. They worked hard and efficiently, removing several flags of concrete sidewalk and modifying a curb cut to agree with our DOB approved drawings. The truck with the demo material left just as the cement truck arrived. Very well timed and organized! They made a flat, nicely textured surface with clean edges, and stuck around until it set (to ward off would-be artists looking to immortalize their imprint in my new concrete!), cleaned the area, and left, leaving cones and tape around the area until the next day. The invoice was exactly as per the estimate and as per my expectations. If I ever need sidewalk work again, I know exactly who I'm going to call! I highly recommend this company.

Just had our sidewalk done, I thought it would be a nightmare because there was bus stop involved.The sidewalk came out beautiful..Everyone involved was very professional.I would highly recommend them and give them a five star ratting. I highly recommend Eden for anything. I recently had my sidewalk repaired in correlation to a DOT violation. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are responsive, professional, on time, work hard, and their pricing is very reasonable and very fair. If I ever need an brick or sidewalk repair in the future I would not hesitate to contact them. Eden came to repair/replace the concrete path that goes along the side of my house. They did a great job and the neighbors have even passed along compliments. Looks so much better than what was there before and looks really good. The crew arrived early, was very friendly and courteous, and got the job done on time. Very good communication from all involved. No shadiness or weird behavior (common with contractors this days, unfortunately). They even talked me out of some more expensive options saying it would be much cheaper/easier to use certain things. I would definitely recommend. We have a couple other projects we need done that we will certainly use them for.

We used Eden to repair the sidewalk in front of our building. It was as easy as could be. They handled everything with the city, showed up on time, did their job remarkably well, and handled the city inspection as well.
