We had to do extensive foundation work on our deceased step mother’s home. Rory, Daniel, and all the crew did a great job from start to finish. They made a stressful process as easy as possible and cleaned up their mess when it was done. We also had to have some plumbing repair after the process and the two plumbers, I do not recall their names, were so friendly and professional. Thank you Olshan!

The entire crew from Olshan did an outstanding job. The Project Manager Roland made sure all questions were answered and the work was completed properly. The supervisor Ruben was there daily to ensure everything was going smoothly and the crew (Nery, Uvaldo, Angel Luis and Elber) did a very good job and made sure the house was cleaned completely at the completion of the work.

Dave Klotzbuecher was prompt, highly professional, and thorough during his visit. He clearly explained each step of the process, made us feel comfortable, and took the time to listen attentively to all of our concerns. I highly recommend giving him the opportunity to provide his excellent service.

We were very pleased with our recent purchase of a foundation watering system from Olshan. Olshan representative Josh G. came to our home, evaluated our internal settling during drought periods and presented multiple options for our consideration. After we chose the Foundation Watering System, Melissa, in the main office, worked with us to set up a manageable schedule and provided excellent communication between plumbing and trench digging steps, as well as payment assistance. We also appreciated the one-year warranty on our system and Olshan’s Radar Scan service of our foundation. This was a very positive experience for us and everyone at Olshan were very knowledgeable and professional. A+

Adewale “Triple A” 🤩was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. From the moment I saw him, I knew I was dealing with someone exceptional. He greeted me with a smile, came prepared with his tools, and walked me through the entire house, explaining every detail clearly.

I didn’t just get an inspection.. I learned so much about foundation issues because he took the time to explain everything thoroughly with his knowledge and expertise. He inspected the whole house, inside and out and at the end he double checked ✅

Called in a panic and really needed to get someone out quickly to inspect our foundation. Spoke with Melissa who was so sweet and helpful, and it was her efforts that got Rory out the next day. Rory is friendly, professional and knows his business. I’m just blown away by the service and professionalism of these folks, and very grateful for how they handled my situation. I will keep their info handy as I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you both so much!!!

Jayme came out to inspect our foundation and did a great job.

He took the time to go over every concern we had and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was very thorough and pointed out what we should keep an eye on, without trying to pressure us into anything.
You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people.

He’s someone you can trust, and we already know which company we’ll be using if we ever need foundation work done.

Rory came out and quoted me a price. Five days later (after obtaining city permits), work started. The team lead by Villi and Angel finished in less than 3 hours! The whole process was so easy from start to finish! I will call Olshan for any other drainage/erosion or foundational repairs! I recommend you call too!

They showed up this morning on time and were very personable. Moved in and began to work raising my sunken driveway. There was very little disruption while I worked. They finished a bit earlier than their initial estimate and cleaned the area leaving no mess. The raised driveway looked great. I highly recommend Olshan and this team to anyone that has problem concrete.

Brianna S. answering the phone was a great first impression of the business. She went above and beyond in scheduling an inspection asap. Jake, too, was a wonderful technician explaining all the aspects of his inspection process. He took pictures and sent us a copy of all the measurements for a baseline analysis. He was very professional and super knowledgeable AND I really liked his good news that we didn't need any repair work!

They were on time and were very conscientious about their work. They protected my property and they worked well together and everyone knew their job. I would give them 5 stars. The Poly crew came out and did a great job as well and were very good about making sure I was pleased with their efforts. I didn't get their names.
The 4 stars goes to the office. Mainly the inspection department. Being that I was in a city that required an inspection, due diligence was not given in coordinating the field crew with the inspection. There should have been more consideratation in getting the inspector to the job site and having an Olshan representative here instead of me the home owner to have to deal with the inspector myself . In which a two day job turned into a 4 day job and it would have been 5 if I had not gotten involved with the city inspection office being that I have lived here all of my life and having been in the construction industry had some pull with that department. Price wise I thought it was fair into todays market. Chris Martinez was a fair and nice saleman and made every effort he could to sell the job. Also it was nice that Shannon Gibbs came out to the house and answered technical questions that I had. I appreciated all of the efforts toward making this a successful project.

Jennifer and I a very pleased to say that, Tracy Drain Gibbs with Olshan Foundation Solutions conducted a survey of our home foundation and presented a plan option to help ensure foundation stability in the future. Stacy's professionalism and extensive knowledge provided us with much appreciated peace of mind. We are super glad we choose Olshan to address our foundation issues.

I had Ryan come to my house for a free evaluation of my foundation. He did a very detailed and professional evaluation. I felt so relieved when he told me there was nothing wrong with my foundation. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Ryan and this company, I will use them again in the future and recommend them 100%. .

We had a good overall experience with Olshan fixing our foundation and plumbing leak. Joshua came out to do the initial quote and was very friendly and thorough, taking his time to explain everything and provide options for taking care of the problem. We were able to schedule everything without problem. All the workers were courteous and thorough, making sure the job was done correctly. The main plumber Deon in particular was very helpful. Olshan was very good about making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, coming back after the work was initially completed to check on a couple minor issues that were not their fault.

Great company. Did some foundation work on part of my home. They were able to get me in quickly while I was waiting on other contractors to start another project. The guys who did the work could not have been more professional. I had lots of questions and they thoroughly and patiently explained everything to me. My experience with Olshan Foundation was great! Transferring the foundation into my name was very easy because Mariela Egurrola walked me through whole process. Mariela Egurrola was very professional, detailed and answered all my questions. Brian Britten was very professional and did a thorough reading of my foundation. The end result was a smooth transfer of the warranty with a updated detailed drawing of existing piers and current foundation readings. I am very satisfied and would recommend Olshan Foundation to everyone I meet.

Very professional workmanship. From the initial contact to the final follow-up by Maria, everything was taken care of & all finished in one day. Extensive flower beds were treated with care & concrete repair on driveway was finished like new.

We noticed some cracks in floor tiles and sheetrock in some rooms in our home as well as a couple of doors that were either ghosting or sticking. We knew Olshan was a reputable company, and they offered a lifetime warranty. Their representative Aaron came out to the house and took measurements. Their engineers planned adjustments to correct our readings and now the rest is history. They were here three long days, and the crew headed by Melanie worked very hard moving a lot of dirt. Yuris V., one of the Production Managers stopped by to check on progress. Thomas C., another production manager was indoors monitoring the "lifting part of the process" and made sure we were satisfied while staying within the margins. Such an interesting process. We watched as sheetrock cracks came together. After the lift, the hard-working young, strong men put our landscaping back to the before status and cleaned up the debris in the yard. They were all very professional and worked long hard days. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend Olshan Foundation!
