Brown Foundation came out to relevel our pier and beam foundation. One of the upstairs doors wasn’t latching and one was sticking. There were also several cracks in the wall and ceiling. Simon and his assistant did an excellent job on fixing the problem.

We had small cracks in our exterior walls sealed using an injection repair method. The team explained the process clearly and worked efficiently. The job took about a day. Compared to before, the exterior looks more uniform and we feel more confident about moisture protection. It’s a preventative repair that helps avoid larger structural issues in the future.

Brown foundation recently completed repairs at my home. Tony in sales was great at explaining the different options we had. I just wished that the issue on the inside of our home was found during the initial inspection/evaluation. This is the 1st foundation company we had to use, so I can't do a comparison. My cons would be that the 1st crew be more mindful to not bury the homeowners soaker hoses under the dirt, use a tarp when piling the dirt. We were left with a bare spot in the yard and I noticed more damage to our dry wall in one area when they did the lifting of the Piers from the outside. Also, it was a bit bothersome that I kept getting asked how we were going to pay before the projects were even completed. The communication between the contractors and their financing dept needs improvement. My pros would be, my doors were able to close when the final piece of the project was completed . Juan martinez and his crew (inside crew) did a good job. They used tarps when piling the dirt and he addressed any concerns I had along the way. I'm hoping for the best. I don't want to go through this process again. It's very stressful.

Brown Foundation was fantastic. They saved our foundation (and wood flooring) from needing repair by installing a proper drainage system around the house. It was pricy, but not nearly as pricy as the foundation/flooring repair would be five months down the road! Our supervisor Harold was great. He came out to our property several times to answer my many questions and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. The work was neat and well-done. The only issue we had was not being told we needed electric work (it was on the estimate but not discussed, and we had to make a few calls to get it to happen) and the original placement of the pop-up valve was unwise (pooled water on the sidewalk instead of draining to the street). But any home project will have some bumps and miscommunications - the big difference is that Brown fixed these problems quickly and professionally. Wendell was especially helpful in fixing the back end of the project.
Photos: note the muddy part of water pooling in our yard and into our foundation in the “before”, versus after.

In July of 2023 I contacted Brown Foundation Repair for a quote a man by the name of Lupe Valdez came by and inspected my house which is pier and beam told me what I needed to do to get the foundation of my house leveled he never went under the house to inspect the pier &beam after he left I received a call to set up an appointment to get the foundation fixed I asked the young women why he didn’t get under my house to inspect it she informed me that the crew would do that inspection so was quoted $20.000 life time warranty.
Since then I have had them at my house about six different time because the house keeps shifting and the problem is so obvious it’s the pier & beams under the house are the problem and need to be replaced. I have taken pictures and will post them to show they just come out and put a bandaid on the problem.
Would I recommend Brown Foundation definitely No No .

My contact person Harold Mitchum was very knowledgeable and friendly. His estimate was very reasonable. We will definitely be using Brown Foundation Repair in the future for other jobs. His crew came out within a week and got my house straightened out and fix within a couple of days.

Phillip Biel from Brown Foundation repair was absolutely a thorough and honest specialist. He took the time inside and out and schematic the work that needed to be done. He is down to earth and I appreciate the time he spent explaining foundation repair and cost with professionalism that rates a 5 star spirit award.

Firstly, Jake was very timely—-he texted and called giving me his ETA! Being timely speaks volumes about a person in my estimation. Secondly, Jake was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed my needs—-explaining in layman’s terms as he went from one part of the home to another. I felt very comfortable with him. He wasn’t “pushy” or over-selling his product. He simply gave me the Brown Foundation method and allowed me to come to a resolution. It felt like a customization for MY home of which I am grateful. He made certain recommendations based on my situation because no two issues are necessarily the same! I am taking his recommendations under advisement and I look forward to working with him again real soon.

My foundation on my pier and beam house was sinking after using NTX, I called Brown and they came right out and gave me an update as to what still needed repair that was never fixed. They did an amazing job. Super fast and took good care to clean everything up after they were finished. I am definitely happy with what all was done. My doors finally close now.

Although our project isn't complete yet thanks to the ice, we've been very pleased with the quality of the work so far. The workers were knowledgeable and did everything we asked them to do. Every question or concern we had was addressed quickly and professionally.

When I booked the job I said I wanted someone who spoke English on the crew, and that happened. This is an important part of any construction project, and often doesn't happen.

I watched the crew clean up after they poured concrete and was super impressed to watch them get on their hands and knees to scrub the mess up. I've rarely seen construction workers take such care to clean up. We had to have work done in our bedroom, and I watched as they took their muddy boots off every single time they came in, even though they had put down heavy plastic on the floor.

I can't say enough about the team of Luiz, Mario, Elder and Julio! Only four stars for now since work isn't complete yet.

Very disappointed in the way they handled the landscaping. Plants were left on top of the soil instead of buried back. Water hose and bricks were buried under the dirt. They put the hedges back incorrectly, leaving a bare spot. After Several promises to come fix the problem and no one showing up I took care of it myself. They lifted the front too high and damaged the support pole. I later saw where they tried to fix it by driving a nail in. I used them because of their good reputation but it certainly didn't carry through here. I will say the initial sales pitch was great and Lee was very professional. Up until the final I was pleased with how they kept the area cleaned up in spite of all the rain we were having. Pictures attached

I had an excellent experience with my home inspector. He was extremely thorough, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to explain every finding clearly and answered all my questions patiently.

What really stood out was his honesty and fair pricing — very reasonable for the level of service he provides. The inspection report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered promptly.

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector

A truly terrible and ongoing experience. Would be zero stars if option.

    Do not use this company.

Brown Foundation Repair does have knowledge and professional staff, these are the people you encounter during inquiry, assessment, and quotes. They then sub out all the installation, maintenance, etc. and they do so through completely inept services.

The promised 1 day installation of a simple Atmox crawl space ventilation system took over 3 days to complete. On the first day two men arrive who could not communicate in English to install an open box Atmox system. I grew concerned when I heard a saws all and found that they sawed my floor joists to reclaim wood and make mounts for fans where the discussed plan was to seal vents.

Their “supervisor” let himself into my house after they left and informed me that “it is installed wrong, my boss wants photos” and he added “I should have been here to get this right, but I went to plano on a personal errand”

The electrician followed up for connection, but the full system wasn’t installed. This meant that the guy only expecting to hook up the wires had to reinstall all the fans, install the dehumidifier, and seal the vents. He did his best but had arrived with no material or expectation to do this work. Miguel, the Brown Foundation Repairs “production manager” brought him some pink foam board and duct tape - so that’s what I got.

The electrician was a novice, drilled multiple holes through my floor to find wall space and routings. Plugged the entire system in daisy chaining off the master bedroom plug rather to my panel, so if you turn the TV on it blows a circuit..

All the while, no effort to communicate with me was made. I had to coordinate all of this between BFR, electricians, and “managers”.

So then I spent Saturday under my house installing the system correctly. I performed all the necessary labor and fixed all the issues.

I have called BFR office numerous times over many weeks to discuss with higher management and recommend training and improvement….what do you know silence.

“I’ll leave a note” that’s their best response

Brown Foundation Repair is very knowledgeable and professional. My 1st meeting with Tony was great. After a walk-through, Tony recommended that we get an independent engineering company to walk through and generate a report for the needed work at our property. The report was much different from all of the other foundation repair companies with unnecessary work and holes that needed to be drilled. The on-site Brown Foundation Repair team of Daro and Noe were extremely professional and kept us informed. Dario explained the daily objectives, which was much appreciated. They did everything possible to reduce the dust in the house during the jackhammering of the concrete and cleaned up daily after each day's work. They also cleaned up the outside area daily before leaving and covered the holes to avoid injuries. When the job was completed they put everything back together as best as possible and cleaned up the area as much as they could. This team is awesome and Brown Foundation should be proud to have the team of Dario and Noe, doing the work and representing Brown Foundation Repair.

I am unhappy. I asked for 4 things in this project. A new concrete patio, gutters for the house, footers for the pillars holding up the patio, and a Swale to direct water around the patio, built into the concrete

I was given an estimate for the work I asked for 11000 and change. I say yes send me the contract. Theirnwebsite is "having difficulties" and the contract won't load. They send it to me 11 times. When I read it it doesn't mention the footers. They are in the map assigned to the contract. I call the estimates guy Jacob. He assures me where the contract mentions pillars, those are actually the footers I asked for.

Today, Tuesday the 18th, is the first day of work. I greet the crew and mention the work, just to make sure something isn't forgotten. Apparently the footers aren't in the contract. I call Jacob. Apparently someone who works for GL hunt told him not to bother PUTTING IN ONE OF THE 4 THI GS I ASKED FOR AND AGREED TO PAY FOR, into the final contract he sent me, so when I had called him to ask about it, he lied to me.

Now, GL hunt wants 2500 more to add 3 footers to the contract, and to buy a yard of dirt. Because it was not specifically spelled out, but I'd on the map that I signed. They don't want to honor the map attached to the contract for this.

So I have a conundrum. Can I trust them to follow anything? Currently the pillars for my patio are not steady. Gl hunt has removed the concrete and left my an unsafe patio area. (It's day one) Only after doing that did they decide, let's demand more money for the work that the customer asked for originally.

The experience we had with the contractors were amazing. They did everything they went over and beyond. I really do appreciate that did not have one problem with them. I would highly recommend this company. I would just say to make sure that when you first do the the house foundation inspection that they really look at it cause it did cost us more than they originally priced us!

Go somewhere else if you need work done. They do half a job and disappear.

I was well satisfied with the work and customer service. Was on time and reliable. Will recommend to use.
