Overall they did a very good job. The workers were very hard working and conscientious. Noe Betancourt and Miguel the supervisor kept me informed of any issues and problems. They did have some equipment issues that effected the completion in a timely manner. I do think the office staff was not as efficient in keeping me informed of scheduling issues amd returning calls as promised.

Abner and his crew did an amazing job. I was truly shocked how well it turned out.

The free evaluation is basically them coming out and taking measurements but they told us that everything seemed in spec, but couldn’t say for sure without a baseline reading. For around $750 more they would come out and inspect every pier and beam and get us an engineering report. We did that in Mar. Took multiple phone calls, text messages and emails to finally get a legible copy which we received end of May full of typos and errors, like dated in the past our name spelled wrong, etc. Their office also doesn’t return phone calls in timely manner if at all.

We still had them out for repairs recently and it was horrible. They were supposed to replace all beams a certain area, but they left a large portion of old. Even though the “engineer report” we paid for and agreed on repairs from said to to replace. The wood they did replace was put in all wonky and uneven. They crawled all over our ducts smashing them and tearing them. They also damaged a pipe coming from our AC and we now have a leak from a drain in a bathroom. They also did not remove the old wood they replaced they just butted up against it. Floors feel uneven in spots. The hole the cut in side of house has not been repaired. The first crew we were unable to ask questions to as no one spoke English.
After complaining they sent out warranty crew. This crew put in more beams in one area, like 6” between all the way across one area, but still left old rotted wood not replaced. As far as other issues all we were told was “I will have to call my supervisor” except for plumbing they send a plumber that does work for Brown and other foundation companies. He did a pressure test and we have a leak. We just recently had a bunch of plumbing work done in May with no leaks left to repair. For $750 he will he will snake the house and IF he says foundation repair caused damage then Brown will pay to repair otherwise we are out $750. What are the chances their plumber is going to find against them. Still no idea on damaged ducts, AC pipe knocked loose that first crew showed us pics on their phone of after they did it or when hole on side of house is getting fixed.
Also have not received and invoice showing exactly what was done and why wood we paid to be replaced was left unreplaced. Also why old replaced wood was left under their moisture rotted to attract pests.

Crew was great and went above and beyond the original recommended work to ensure the quality was right. Good communication and even cleaned up old trash under the house. Very pleased.

Major thanks to Lee for evaluating our home, preparing a budget-friendly quote and scheduling our foundation repair. The crew arrived on time, Noe and Adan, answered our questions and offered information on what to expect after the work was completed. I am impressed by the care that was taken during this process: planning, working and clean up. I have already recommended Brown foundation repair to a family member.

Our foundation needs were done in a timely manner, from initial inspection to completion of repairs. The employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their business. We highly recommend Brown Foundation Repair to anyone in need of home repairs to their foundation.

Original visit was a guy named Lee Worthington. He went under the house and inspected everything and quote “there is no rotten wood everything looks good.
After they came out and leveled the house everything was fine. I spent $3600 replacing some of the siding and reinforcing the outside to prevent water from coming underneath.
Then the house settled some, which is expected and I called to come correct a few sticking doors. They came out a month or so later and releveled it and it looked good on the inside but they messed up the skirting on the backside of the house.
I called them to come fix it and when they came out the crew manager got crossed and said there was rotten wood which there was not they just screwed stuff up.
I spent $11000 and I expected a little more respect than that.
If you use them you’re going to have to thoroughly inspect everything they do.

Very professional people. Went above and beyond on their work all doors were level and foundation was level no doors were rubbing the floors. Haven't seen this in our house since we moved here. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys for the hard work.

    Dear homeowner community,

I try so hard not to write something negative but I want to make sure future customers don’t suffer like I have with Brown Foundation Repair and invoice #2022-0225.

I learned of brown foundation repair through the radio 105.3 The Fan as I’m a life TOLO. Usually they rep great companies but Brown Foundation did nothing but make a quick buck (aka $20,000). My entire life savings at the time. Not a lot to some but took me 20 years to save that much and what a waste with brown foundation.

I fully understand it’s most likely my fault for not fully vetting and doing my research further. The company did what they said but it was a $20,000 band aid that lasted 4 years as I’m forced to spend another $27,000 four years later. In hindsight I should’ve gone with someone with better processes. Instead of fixing the foundation completely they stuck 15 more piers underneath the house (ONLY ON SOME OF IT, THEY COULDN’T EVEN HELP ON THE MAIN PORTION). Thats when I should’ve backed out but they keep informing it’ll work. Then, they installed a crappy French drain around half the house and said here’s your 4 year warranty that you have to pay labor on to come and adjust. But it doesn’t FIX the main problem. Yes, the main problem is my fault, I should’ve spent more money with someone but they could’ve advised more, instructed more, and said “This isn’t going to be a good fix, this quick band aid won’t help much, you should go with someone else that can fix EVERYTHING because we can’t. We just install $20,000 band aids”

In the end I advise you to DO YOUR RESEARCH! Go with someone else, anyone else but Brown Foundation, go with people that tell the truth, not looking for a quick buck. Thanks anyways Lee, Evelyn, Amber, Lindsay, Isabel, & Phil!

Great company to work with!! From the start Phillip helped us, with both things Brown has done, French drain and leveling! A joy to work with. The company is great, employees show up and do the work fast and efficiently. Clean up like they’ve never been there… happy with Brown & would recommend them!

Luke came out to check our foundation as we had some concerns. He completed the inspection and told us we did not have a foundation problem. We appreciated Luke’s honesty.

I had a great experiance working with Brown. My home was a 1955 pier and beam with additions and a lot of issues. I put off the work for way too long because I didn’t know how to pay for it. After consulting bank and a few other lending options I asked Brown about their financing. That turned out to better terms for me. As for getting the job done, great. Harold came out for initial estimate and scope of work. He didn’t over sell and he knew what he was talking about. Noe then followed up with a more detailed look at work needed done. Cought a couple things and added it with my permission before the crew arrived in a couple days. Jose ran the team that did the work. He communicated with me throughout the process. It was all done timely, professionally and on my budget. Very appreciative! Thank you.

I paid around $9,000 for Brown Foundation to come out and fix my foundation issues in November of 2022 on a pier and beam home. Brown’s customer service is great. However, my foundation is still not fixed and several different crews have come out after the initial “repair” and each crew has found several different foundation issues that weren’t addressed from the previous crew. The last crew was out last week to correct major issues and did not fulfill their obligation to do so. My back door still does not close, my bathroom closet door doesn’t open, two support posts on my front porch are loose and dangling and that’s just 6 days after their work was “complete”. The worst part about all of this is that when I make an appointment to get things like this fixed and addressed that are covered under warranty work, they have to send out a warranty inspector, then schedule a crew to come and “fix” the findings. Which the crews are usually 3 to 4 weeks out for scheduling. In that 3 to 4 week waiting period I have had windows crack, door knobs break from trying to open and close my exterior doors, or I’ll have to use a window to enter and exit my home if the exterior doors aren’t opening. I’m pretty easy going and understanding but after close to a year of dealing with these issues and spending a large sum of money I can’t help but to be frustrated. I’ve made another appointment for repairs but of course a warranty inspector has to come out again to “look” then I can get a crew out to make the “repairs”. Hopefully I can find a resolution for all this headache soon.

    ***Update***
I’d like to add a “Womp Womp” to my 1 star.
Well Brown came out in October to continue repairs to my foundation and ended up cutting my propane gas line and cutting my water line all in the same visit. The office was prompt on those corrections. However a month(ish) or so later after Brown came back out to continue repairs I had to once again called and scheduled more work since my exterior front door will barely close and open without excessive force and my exterior back door will not close at all. (Which was the issue I called about and noted in my previous review) I’ve waited over a month for a warranty inspector to come out and on Wednesday Jake the original inspector for my project came out with one of the many crew supervisors to “assess” the situation again. A crew will be out on Wednesday to “get it all squared away”. I’ll will be sure to update and report/review once work has been “completed”. On a side note this project was to come with a 2 year warranty that covers all labor and materials and then an additional 3 year warranty with me covering labor costs. Since my foundation still has yet been completed 100 percent without any issues I’ve have inquired about a warranty reset/actual start date with zero answers from anyone I’ve asked in the office or from their company out in the field.
I hope this helps, and I hope my foundation nightmares are resolved soon.

From start to finish Breck Miller of B & P Foundation Repair was on top of things. Prompt in every area of his business dealings. Quite frankly they were a pleasure to deal with. Its stressful enough when you have to deal with unexpected expenses of this magnitude Breck was very compassionate concerning my needs as a homeowner. I would recommend them to anyone facing the same issues of Foundation repairs. One more item to consider is the fact that when their team left my property, there was absolutely no sign of them ever being there. Everything was back in place including all plants, mulch, it's and hosed clean.
Thanks so much for making this traumatic experience a breeze.

I had nothing but a great experience with this company. They were communicative, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
I didn't know what to expect when Phillip arrived at my door. My foundation had cosmetic cracks and exposed aggregate, but he assured me that they were just that, cosmetic! It's hard to find an honest company that isn't only in of for the money, but customer care focused.
I would highly recommend Philip and the Brown Foundation Repair team to anyone needing their services.
    What a great experience!

Brown foundation performed evaluation and ran my card for $500 deposit then ran my credit for financing but my credit did not go through. She ask to leave money and do job at a later date. I said ok. But at time she never told me you had a no refund policy.
On December 15 called Carey Funk to schedule for February 9, 2026. 2 days later I called to cancel the job date because I had an unplanned family emergency and requested refund my $500. That is when Ms Funk told me you had a no refund policy which she never disclosed to me at time of taking my money.
I talked to her for a couple of days to try to resolve this issue.
On December 22, 2025 I call to speak to manager and Karen said they were in meeting and someone would call me back.
On December 29, I called again to talk to manager and Karen again told me they were in meeting and someone would call me back.
On December 29, 2025 someone returned my call the office manager I believe. Again stated the company has no refund policy which Carey Funk did not disclose at the time. She said she would tell Ms Funk to start disclosing this policy in the future, which does not do me any good now.
When I asked for my refund, I had full intentions of having this job done in February 9, 2026. I had not planned on having a family emergency and being on a fixed budget due to being a senior I need the money. But now i don't think I want to do business with someone who takes advantage of seniors.
NO WORK DONE AND NO DEPOSIT REFUNDED $500. FEEL SCAMMED AND ROBBED.

ROC Foundation Repair is a solid, family-owned business with a great reputation in the community. You can tell they care about doing things the right way and treating people with respect. It’s always good to see a local family business you can trust.

We availed the services of Brown Foundation Repair to get the foundation of our house inspected for any possible issues. The entire process was very smooth and professionally conducted. The Structural Technician, Jake Cranston, did an extremely thorough job, and very patiently explained to us all the details, pointing out exactly what we need to keep a lookout for. He did a great job in allaying the misgivings we had regarding our house's foundation.

Absolutely great sales presentation and their engineering teams examination / consultation convinced us to move forward after many others companies failed to do so. Caution !!! "BE CAREFUL BUYER BEWARE" !!! The initial day of work went as expected. Day Two it became apparent we may have been "Overpromised and Underdelivered". Day three concluded in the "B team" arriving on site and making a total mess within one of our bedrooms and outside perimeter of the residence. Since then we have many sinkholes and broken shower sewer line, ....and the finger pointing begins. its my belief that they would have known of the line break as it is located at the location of pier placement. Promises of support during sales and installation team associates and follow-up Not Kept. I've made many calls sharing my dissatisfaction, all have been screened to keep from working with management and still waiting for support (crickets). My opinion is be careful don't pay until you are satisfied, otherwise all your leverage disappears and they do also.

My swimming pool is 40 years old. I was installing a new large deck and since the pool is located close to a drop off, I thought I should put in some Helical piers to make sure it stayed stable.
I called Brown and asked about Helical piers. They sent a guy out and started mentioning “steel piers”. I thought to myself, good, the Helical piers won’t rust! He never said he wasn’t doing Helical piers!
I told the representative that I was replacing the wood deck top, so it would be okay for his guys to use it to work from.
The crew manager came by and the rep and I started to join the rep and he as they discussed the work to be done. The representative told me to “Go in the house and I’ll show him what’s needed!”

He gave me a contract to sign for $10,800 and had a bunch of Hispanic workers with him. The contract had no details except for the number of piers and their location. He spoke to them in Spanish and left. I went out to ask them questions but none spoke English.

The workers cut holes in the deck and through the deck supports, which meant I had to replace the whole deck not just the top! They cut through the pool’s pipes, which caused me to have to have the whole back side of the pool replumbed!

The piers they installed were not Helical piers but looked like rebar! They were not concreted in place.

The workers hauled off the rocks that they’d dug out that were behind the pool. They were there for stabilization. The pool now has substantial cracks!

Brown did nothing to correct the situation.

The foundation repair was outstanding & the cost was very reasonable. Of the 4 foundation repair companies that I interviewed, Brown had the best method for repair and compared favorably in cost. Some of the extra dirt was placed along the the foundation around most of the house foundation to provide a slope to make the rain water drain away from the foundation.
