Tuesday, November 4th, Angelo V. and his crew (Eduardo, Carlos, Esequiel, Freddy, Jorge, Jose, Martin and Cristian) completed our foundation repair with pride This groups work ethic is certainly impressive. We are returning customers of Olshan. 11 years ago, they completed foundation repair on the North side of our home with 13 piers. The repair today on the East side (the front of our home) required 15 piers. This crew was very respectful of my flower bed. They returned all shrubs, plants and rocks as if they were never removed. Thank you!!!

All in all, we could not have been more pleased with our Olshan experience! We first received an estimate for using foam to raise a sinking portion of our patio. When the crew arrived and got their first look at it, they had to backtrack and say it required 3 piers and less foam. Of course this impacted the price, but we wanted it done right so it would last. When they returned to do the work, the crew leader (Everardo) said he’d feel better with 4 piers…no extra charge. They were extremely neat, professional, and honest and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Plus a lifetime transferable warranty!

I give these guys a 5 star rating. I had 17 piers put in under the outer perimeter of my concrete slab. It was amazing how quickly and efficiently they dug the holes and did the breakouts through the concrete aporn. The crew supervisor Armando Mata kept a close eye supervising during the dig and lifting of the foundation, checking everything as the cracks around the window and mortar closed up. More than I would have thought possible. I think the cable lock system is the best way to go. I am Very satisfied with the final results for this being black dirt in Bell County. They did a great job back filling the holes for the piers and matching the washed rock and concrete breakouts and cleaning up after themselves. I had a great crew of guys.

Olshan came to my home to fix my foundation. My home showed all the typical signs; stuck doors, doors that would not stay closed, cracks around the door frames, cracks in the bricks outside. Olshan came out and did a very thorough investigation and determined exactly what they needed to do to repair my foundation. Angelo and his crew, Martin, Carlos, Eduardo, Zeke, Pablo, Reyes, Cruz, Jose, and Jesus got to work! They raised my foundation and I watched and heard my house get put back to together! It was incredible! I saw all the cracks around the door frames close up! All the doors were fixed! The cracks in the bricks outside closed up! It was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Olshan Foundation for their expertise and their 5 star quality service!

Olshan Foundation Solutions stands by their reputation. Nick Charlton, Structural Technician came out and provided us with all the information regarding our foundation repair. He did an excellent job in answering all of our questions. He then set up the appointment date for the repair team to come out. Angelo and his team did a great job in resolving the issues of our foundation. Angelo the PM, communicated every step to be made during the repair process. He was out there with his team to assure everything went smoothly. Martin, the Chief Supervisor came out and reviewed the progress of the team and to assure I was satisfied with the progress. Angelo and his team:Eduardo, Carlos, Escquiel, Jeffry, Jose, Freddy and Mario all did a great job. I definitely recommend Olshan.

We had the most amazing experience with Olshan recently. Our team consisted of Judge, Jefferson,Juan, Jose,David, Pedro, Alfredo, Cesar and Alex. The completed our job in one day and left our yard SPOTLESS. They kept me up to date as the day progressed and I just cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the job they did. I would give them 50 stars if I could!

They told me it would be finished the same day. I was skeptical because I was sure it would take 10 guys more than a day to place 17 piers, but they did it.
They introduced themselves to me before getting started. Juan led the group of 5 others, Misali, Adolfo, Danny, Jose and Eduardo, and went over the placement and such according to the map. They jack hammered with minimal noise, dug all of the holes, placed the piers and filled the holes back in in under 8 hours. The crew was very respectful. They didn't even move a broom without asking where I wanted it. I was very impressed.
The whole job was completed very well. I could definitely see things were lined up again the way they were supposed to be.

Bought our home brand new in 2011 from D.R. Horton & 14 years later we noticed several foundation issues, several had been apparent from the start. We saw cracks in our tile, the wall brick expansion joints were separating, & many bricks also showed cracks.

After getting 3 quotes we decided to go with Olshan - primarily based on the information provided by Dan Steele during our free inspection. Olshan was not the least expensive contractor, but knowing the company had been in business in Dallas for over 20 years & founded in 1933 gave us the confidence to go with Olshan. We were primarily paying for experience.

Crew chiefs Angelo Villalobos and Martin Villalobos answered all our concerns & got the work started smoothly. All of the workers were professional and did a great job. We really appreciated the care that Mike, Eduardo, Carlos, Zeke, Jose, Freddy, Jorge, & Christian showed while they worked on our home.

The job consisted of 17 piers & they finished in a day. Our yard was cleaned up & concrete repaired in a very professional manner. We have high hopes that our foundation issues have been mitigated & we owe it all to Olshan.

There are many foundation companies out there and I would assume most of them can offer similar services. I would highly recommend that you get a quote from Olshan & see if they can offer a value added solution to your foundation issue.

This crew was prompt, efficient, professional, & polite. Luis reassessed the pier placements & explained reasons for changes, which we also approved. His crew got to work immediately & obviously knew what to do. I have an elderly blind father living w/me & they were all very considerate of him, which I greatly appreciated. My wandering, old dog stepped in some wet cement at one point & Kevin helped clean her feet while his associate fixed the cement. The job took 28 piers & they finished in 2 days. We walked the entire property to see all the pier spots for approval & our questions were answered. Besides Luis & Kevin, the entire crew included Jose, Arturo, Nelson, Edwin, David, Ruben, Marcos, Clemente, Yayson, Amancio, Daniel, Oscar L., Juan B.

I had a great experience with Brown Foundation Repair. The inspector, Mr. Lee Womington was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. As a senior structural engineer, he provided us with a thorough information session explaining the differences between various types of piers and ensured we understood the options available. Lee was patient and answered all our questions in detail, which gave us confidence in the process.

The company also stands out for its excellent customer service. They followed up with texts, emails, and calls to address any remaining concerns and make sure all our questions were answered.Overall, I highly recommend the company!

Lee Wormington came out to inspect my new place. We had received bad inspections from a previous foundation company that basically made me feel like they wanted money and could careless. But Brown was there and educated me what to look for and what to do with clay swells. I highly recommend their service, since they are honest and show evidence for work.

Lee Wormington from Brown Foundation Repair came out during the option period of buying our Historic home. We knew it needed foundation work, but after assessing, he knew it needed a drainage system first. Skeptical, we had an engineer our who confirmed. Lee coordinated Brown's team over a 2-day installation. The team worked efficiently and was very respectful of the home. We requested to add the perimeter of the slab add-on to the draining system on the day of installation. Lee was very accommodating of this. On the second and final day, a second crew that finished their job early was sent out to help finish the job quickly. It looks beautiful and functions great. We definitely recommend them and plan to use them for our foundation repair.

In May of 2025, I called Brown Foundation to come and relevel our house. They sent Manager, Harold Mitchem out to discuss what we needed. He used a camera remote to go under the house. Showed us and talked to us about everything. We felt very comfortable. Everything was up front.
Then the crew came June 2025 to do the relevel and put in a HydraWay water drainage system. From the start they communicated, were friendly and worked very hard. The crew was Foreman, Leonardo Pineda, Jose, Hernan, Julio and Raul.
We were very pleased with their work and it looks nice. The house is leveled , which gives me a piece of mind and the system in place. So glad we found Brown Foundation...

The Brown Foundation Repair is a very well-managed company. One and a half years after the project was completed. I needed all my invoices and related guaranteed information, and Brown Foundation Repair sent me the information very quickly and completely. So, I am also very satisfied with their after-sales service. I highly recommend that everyone use Brown Foundation Repair to repair homes and buildings.

Unacceptable Administrative Chaos - Proceed with Caution

I'm reluctantly giving two stars instead of one, solely due to the professionalism of the on-site crew and the initial sales representative (who, predictably, excelled at securing the contract). Beyond that, the administrative operations of this company are an absolute mess.

The disorganization on the administrative side is truly astonishing. We endured multiple, persistent calls regarding scheduling and, more frustratingly, repeated calls for payment despite having clearly stated and re-confirmed that we were utilizing THEIR financing option. This level of internal communication breakdown is frankly unacceptable.

The issues have now escalated to actively impeding our home sale. We are attempting to obtain the warranty paperwork for the new homeowners, and the company is flat-out refusing to release it, citing an alleged outstanding balance. This demonstrates a stunning lack of record-keeping and a complete disregard for customer service post-sale.

Based entirely on the chaos and incompetence emanating from their business operations, I absolutely do not recommend this company. They need to overhaul their internal processes and communicate far more effectively with their customers. Their administrative failings undermine any positive work done by their field staff.

Carey and her crew were very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. They spent a few days making sure they completed the job at hand. I would easily recommend them to others.

Phillip came out to me property in Denison to evaluate the job. He was very good about telling me what was going on every step of the way and did a terrific job of explaining the pros and cons of the issues. I highly Recommend Brown as a company that listens to the customers needs and provides honest feedback.

From the first contact with Brown Foundation Repair I was impressed. Phillip performed the walk thru, schetched out the floor plan and took elevation reading to determine highs and lows in my slab including pier locations. Pier locations were relocated on the interior due to me telling Phillip where the beams were located in the middle of the slab. A total of 10 interior piers and 12 exterior piers were installed. The crew was scheduled and arrived as scheduled. Crew worked very hard and even though we had trouble communicating (English/Spanish) we managed to get my questions answered along the way. Crew followed exactly as Phillip originally explained in his initial visit. After one week for concrete piers to cure, the crew returned and completed the raising and leveling on my slab. Backfilled all holes and filled interior holes with concrete and finished. Cleaned and swept floors and patio. Placed some of the excess dirt removed on the backside of my retaining wall as requested and hauled off the rest. Cleaned and raked the yard. Many Thanks to the Foreman Luiz L and his supervisor David B as well as Phillip B and the rest of the Brown Foundation Repair team in successfully completing my project.

Start to finish, Brown Foundation Repair is a professional company at all levels. We dealt with Luke the structural technician who gave us a work proposal, with each of the crew supervisors Juan & David, and with the schedule & accounting team in the office. All were exceptional. The work was done as scheduled, on time. At the end of the work day the clean up was better than expected. Watching a talented team of technicians install the Brown Method using six drilled piers was a sight to behold. Now here is the kicker. Before choosing Brown, we also received a quote from a single individual who does this type of work. He was going to use a substandard method, not the Brown Method, and his quote was actually more expensive than Brown. Not to mention his warranty was only good for 5 years, not lifetime like Brown. We cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience with this company.
