We had a massive foundation project required on our 100 year old home. I obtained several quotes but the experience with Olshan was unmatched.
Derek was our technician and he communicated with us on and off for about a year when we were trying to decide how to tackle this project. He was very patient, educated us, and even answered additional questions when we were comparing quotes. We went with Olshan because we trusted him and it was the most comprehensive plan to tackle all the problem areas. We also felt reassurance in our investment with the lifetime warranty.
Once it was time to complete our project, we had a surprise expense with 100 ft of rotted wood that needed replacement. Martin and Derek worked with me to ensure we could get it done without it being too costly prohibitive. Martin’s team was very professional and ever completed the work a day early. They put our landscaping all back together like it was good as new. Very positive experience all around with the team!

We had Oscar Lopez’s crew show up to put in 5 pillars in our house. they did a FABULOUS job!! I could not believe how nice they were. I asked many questions and Oscar was happy to answer all of them and never seemed like he was Inconvenienced by me. They left the house SO clean!! The crew Juan, Marcos, Clemente, Amancio, Diego, Franco and Jose put down tarps on the grass so the yard wasn’t covered in dirt when they were done. With the extra dirt they put it in my flower beds and LEVELED it out!!!! Talk about going the extra mile. They did took the extra step and took down curtains and put away bedding that way it wasn’t covered in dust. They cleaned up after themselves by sweeping my floor TWICE!!!!
In our house the wall didn’t touch the floor and we had multiple doors not able to shut. By the time they were done all doors shut and the floor touched the wall perfectly. Oscar even made sure and moved all the strike plates in the door frames to line up with the doors so they would latch perfectly.
Very impressed with the level of excellence these men carried! It was a big job and they finished it one day.

Bill Ford came to our residence and was very professional and made us comfortable with selecting Olshan for our water irrigation needs. It's a big project and we trust them because of their extensive knowledge and experience.
The work began about 10 days later. The supervisor, Armando Mata, was in charge of 9 hard working men. He clearly explained to us what was going to be done according to the drawn out plans. We felt very assured.
On day 1 the men dug a 3 ft. tunnel from the back yard, along the side of the house, under the big a/c unit and fence and front walkway, and finally diagonally across the front yard and under the sidewalk. It ended at dual holes coming out of the curb. In that tunnel was 147 ft. of 6" discharge pipe, pumps, and other irrigation equipment. The yard was all dug up and looked rough.
The next day was amazing. The crew had not only buried the system but had put everything back so well it looked almost like nothing had happened. 12 drains in the back yard and side of house and 5 more in the front. It rained 3 days later hard enough for us to watch it all go into action. We weren't disappointed and know we can finally have a decent yard and garden. No more pooling and standing water.

We will soon receive a warranty packet and get a call from a plumbing company for a complimentary plumbing test. This whole project is a wise investment not just for irrigation but also foundation preservation.

Update 7/25: The system has proved to be a success as it's handled the heavy rains this month. Pooling starts but is quickly gone and out into the street.

I recently had foundation repair done by Olshan and couldn’t be happier. Nearly a dozen crew members worked over 10 hours with impressive coordination and teamwork. Foremen Oscar L. and Luis D. ran the job flawlessly, and Chris Scott and Juan B. checked in to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. Everyone was genuine, professional, and sincere.

The care they showed for my home—inside and out—was outstanding, especially with two interior piers. Best of all, my yard was left in pre-work condition; you’d never know eleven large, man-sized holes were dug.

Luis Lopez and the crew of Jose, Arturo, Nelson, David, Rugen, Juan B, and Edwin showed up on time, began work immediately, worked with diligence and efficiency. The clean up was better than I would have done myself! I am impressed!!
Also had another Olshan amazing crew led by Pedro who leveled a portion of the driveway under adverse cold that affected the equipment and poly insert material. Chato, Homie, and Pedro did not waver to complete the project and did so with good humor.

Highly recommend this company for any foundation work or inspection!! We were in the process of buying a house and they performed a free inspection. They let us know no work was needed on the foundation currently but that they would have a good baseline for the home in case something occurred in the future. We were never charged any money and were honest rather than trying to upsell any issues. In addition, we had a short timeline to get this done and were able to fit us in within 48 hours. Great service and honest company!!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Olshan. From our first contact with Chelsea Dunn who answered all our questions and got us on the schedule right away, to our salesperson Glenn May was thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through all of our options, patiently answered questions, and was very helpful overall. We were able to schedule services at a convenient time for us, and the crew supervisor Marten R arrived promptly at 8:30 am to begin work. He explained everything to us, walked us through the work, and finished by the end of the day. He and his crew were respectful of our property and cleaned up afterward. We chose Olshan to conduct our foundation repair based on the research we did about the company, its reputation, recommendations and customer reviews. Today, we had the foundation repair work done and as Mr. Bill Ford and the crew stated, they started and finished in one day and we are completely satisfied with the service provided, the work crew is amazing! The crew did everything they said they would do: from the walk-thru at the beginning, explained the what and how of the repair, covered my appliances and cabinets, checked the sprinkler system before and after, put the extra dirt to the side (our choice), cleaned up, checked the opening and closing of the doors, and answered all of our questions before and after completion. While they were working, they showed us where the piers were being placed and when they were doing the adjustments. This crew is simply on point in everything they do, as well as being professional and courteous. We had a big job for these guys! Sixteen piers, all interior. Oscar Lopez and his crew: Rogelio, Marcos, Edwin, Hugo, Diego, Ervin, Ruben, and Jose - were all AMAZING, polite, and courteous! They worked hard and did a great job. Oscar's knowledge of the work is impressive. The crew came in and taped YARDS of plastic to cover everything. Their work created a lot of dust. They had to jackhammer 16 holes through the foundation. No pipes broken! It took 2½ days to complete. No damage anywhere. We were very impressed and highly recommend this company. Pedro and the crew did a great job. My driveway and sidewalk were sinking about an inch. They gave it a lift and did some minor repairs and it looks like new.

Armando and his crew just completed the work on my foundation. Starting with Robert Wise coming out to evaluate my foundation and make repair recommendations without any pressure and answering all my questions to the crew that did the repair everything went great.
Armondo Mata was the crew Supervisor on my job. From the moment he arrived he was very professional and helpful with my questions. He outline what would be done and the crew began the project. The crew was great also Manuel Lopes, Kevin, Wilson, Wilmer, Jeremias, Dieso and Catano did everything that was possible to minimize disruptions to my yard and driveway. At the conclusion you could not tell they had been there, the job site was pristine. The crew also were very aware of safety, ensuring any hole were covered when not being used. The topper was that they were even able to parch the access hole at my front door so closely that if I had not seen the 3 foot x 3 foot access jack hammered out, I would nit have been able to tell. Armindo even went through and adjusted the hinges on doors to correct for the leveling.
Overall I would recommend this crew and Olshan Dallas for foundation repair.

We recently had Olshan Foundation Solutions out to do leveling on our home. We had cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, and concrete issues that needed attention. The entire job took about 10 hours, and they impressed me by finishing a full day earlier than expected.

The crew was outstanding. Juan Hernandez showed great leadership and communication while also doing hands-on work. He was always friendly and willing to answer my questions. Christian introduced himself right away, explained what would happen throughout the day, and helped get the crew moving immediately—he seemed to be Juan’s right-hand man. John Hauf was excellent; he answered every question clearly, explained things in terms I could understand, and made sure our final price was adjusted when we realized certain concrete patches weren’t needed.

Within 15 minutes of arriving, they were already dug in deep around the foundation, and I never saw anyone slacking off. Everyone knew their role, worked well together, and kept things professional and friendly.

They explained the process every step of the way. They protected our landscaping, carefully replaced mulch, and even used extra dirt to fill erosion spots around our trees and sidewalks—above and beyond what I expected. Cleanup was good, with only a couple of tiny spots inside that took me less than two minutes to wipe down. Already, I can tell the difference: our front door seals better, doors that used to stick now open and close smoothly, and our front patio looks brand new after the concrete overlay we added. Juan advised waiting a few months before doing any interior cosmetic repairs so everything can settle, which I appreciated.

Pricing felt fair. I’d gotten quotes ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 from other companies, but Olshan came in right where I hoped, and their Dallas reputation gave me confidence. From sales to crew, nobody tried to oversell me, and both John and Juan confirmed we didn’t need unnecessary upgrades for our situation.

Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Olshan. They’re competent, hardworking, and trustworthy. Big thanks to Juan Hernandez, Christian, and John Hauf for making a real difference on this job! The rest of the crew also did a great job.

Pedro, Fernando, and Blane were very friendly and efficient, going the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied. The patches were well done and blended well with my existing slab, and my driveway is level again!

After checking customer reviews, I selected Olshan Foundation Solutions to make some necessary adjustments to my home’s foundation. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Olshan gave me what I consider to be a fair price and kept me involved in the process from beginning to end. Their selected crew showed up on time and finished within a day. Adrian, the team leader, kept me informed throughout the day. He showed me the electronic measurements he took during the process and I could see the improvements his team made in real time. He took care to answer all of my questions and was very cordial and professional. His team, Roberto, Rafael, Edgar, Mayron, Jose, and Rogelio did a great job as well. The effort and skill they put into placing the foundation piers was obvious. It was fun watching them work as a team. They replaced all the dirt they removed, as well as one bush, and cleaned their work areas. As I stated earlier, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Let me just say upfront that I am 100% satisfied with the "major" foundation work Olshan performed at my home and the Project Lead Alex and his team on 09/08/25. We had 16 Pilings installed with 6 of them needing to be done in the middle of my "custom garage"!!!
They assured me everything would be fine and it turns out they were correct. Landscaping around front of house had a minimum amount of bushes removed and replaced and looks just fine. Very professional team with good communication and all completed in two days !!! Very happy customer

We were very pleased with the foundation repair and concrete leveling from start to finish. The upfront inspection and proposal process went very smoothly. Derek was on-time, professional, and communicated his findings and explained his proposal very well. The work crew arrived early to attempt to finish before forecast rainfall later in the day. We were very impressed by the smiles on their faces upon arrival and throughout the day. The crew supervisors (Pedro and Armando) were engaged throughout the day explaining what was happening, updating us on their schedule status and answering our questions. The workers (Chato, Manuel, Keven, Homie, Wilson, Clemente, Jose, Amansio and Wilmer) worked hard as a team and treated our property with respect. It was nice to see the positive and friendly interactions between them. Not once did we hear anything resembling discord among the team as they completed their work in a professional manner.

We've known friends and neighbors that have reported numerous issues with other foundation repair companies. The only feedback from previous Olshan customers that we have received was positive. We will be glad to refer Olshan to any family or friends of ours that mention foundation repair or concrete leveling needs.
