Tony Price provided the quote, oversaw the job from start to finish and returned for a 'final walk-around' on what was a superior job of redoing the entire pool deck complete with decorative lines/seams placed throughout the decking for attractive symmetry. (If I can not place photos-before & after- here then I will place them in google map results) Tony is very attentive to all aspects of the job. Big or small, his experience, knowledge and attention to detail are unparalleled.

Excellent company with a long history of great customer service, repairs and warranty. My particular house had foundation work 20+ years ago under my father's name. It was now time to address additional foundation concerns that weren't present back then. Olshans worked with me by honoring their work that long ago and warranty that other companies would have tried the easy out of "under different ownership". Work was done in half the quoted time as well! Jesus S., Clemente, Jesus V., Lorenzo, Pedro, Elmer, and Nestor should all be given raises for their excellent work and going above and beyond wrapping my whole house in plastic to keep dust out!

The entire Olshan experience was stellar, from our initial appointment with Larry Crockett all the way through completion of our project. Oscar Lopez and his crew - Juan, Marcos, Clemente, Amancio, and Jose - were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of our property. Our project was completed in one day and exceeded our expectations. The crew went to great lengths to ensure that our doors closed correctly and our irrigation system hadn't been affected in any way. We highly recommend Olshan.

I have a transferable certification with Olshan Foundation. But they refuse to honor they're transferable warranty. As promised. They have repeatedly ignored my calls and my emails. I was told by one of their specialist my piers needed adjustment. Unfortunately, after such inhome inspection, and information provided. Immediately, afterwards, without explanation they refuse to honor such promises. My home is badly shifting. I find this to be horrible. Truly, they are Not the honorable company I thought they was.

UPDATE: Olshan sent out Glen May to our house to do an assesment of our foundation to see if piers done years ago needed any adjustments or any new piers were needed. Glen was Outstanding...took the time to do all the measurements, explain everything to us, offered suggestions and just an honest gentleman. As a Real Estate agent I will not hesitate to recommend Olshan and request Glenn for my clients. Thank you for your professionalism.

Spoke to Rhonda Watson a few days ago trying to transfer a warranty from seller to my buyer. Rhonda was so professional and clear in exactly what I needed to do. She was also able to pull up the work done on my personal home, as I could not locate the paperwork. She was outstanding and even though nothing was urgent, she had everything to me in a matter of hours. Overall, the process with Olshan Foundation Repair was hassle-free. We obtained multiple quotes from different foundation repair companies, and while Olshan’s quote was the highest, their strong reputation and better pier materials (the Cable Lock system) gave us confidence to move forward with them.

The inspection and repair work itself went smoothly, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. There was a short silent period after the repair, where no one proactively reached out to explain the next steps, but once I called in to ask, everything was addressed quickly.

Overall, we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Olshan to others looking for foundation repair. We would also definitely contact them again if we ever need foundation services in the future.

What a great group to work with. Glen the on-site representative was knowledgeable and thorough, and really represented Olshan well. After customer service, the two biggest concerns while dealing with a foundation issues are cost and guarantee. These go hand in hand. This group did work on my foundation +25 years ago and when I called about a concern they came out and were ready to address my issues. Knowing that Olshan will be there to warranty their work in another 25 years is a huge comfort, especially here in North Texas. They are money well spent.

We had a patio that had started to float away from our home and needed to be stabilized. Adrian and his team (Rafael, Jose, Roberto, Mayron and Martin) did a great job. They completed the work in the time provided and made sure the plants that were moved were placed back where they were originally located. They left our patio clean and the dirt back where it came from. We are very satisfied with the work they did.

Olshan repaired our foundation and we are so happy we chose them! They added 9 piers and wow what a difference! Our doors even open and close perfectly now. Oscar and his whole crew Marcos, Clemente, Amancio, Ervin, Diego, Uviel, Nelson, and Rolando were very friendly, respectful, professional and worked really hard! They were happy and seemed to really enjoy their job. Juan came to check on job and he was very kind and answered any questions we had. We are amazed at the progress! You need to understand this job was exceptional hard, sprinkler system, cables, rainwater drain lines and fifty feet of pea gravel ground cover. Juan explained everything and made sure we checked all aspects of the work. What a great experience.

I’ve used Olshan twice now and they have done a great job. This last time, they came out to fix my driveway and made some adjustments to my back porch due to some re-settling since the last time they worked on it. I’ve got to call out Pedro though. He is extremely professional and customer service oriented. With any questions I had for him or suggestions from him, he reassured me, each time, that he wants his customers to be happy and satisfied and they will make good on anything that needs to be done. Even though the job took a little longer than planned, I don’t feel that he rushed just to get everything done. He took his time and repeatedly made the comment that he wants his customer to be happy with his work. I only wish that all service industry professionals had his dedication. Olshan is very fortunate to have him on their team. That being said, the 4 star rating is only because of the silicone on the driveway….it did pool in a couple of areas, but that is likely due to the slope of the driveway and I don’t know what could have been done to keep that from happening. However, before the job was completed, there was already a plan to come back out to take care of that issue. My hope is that Pedro is the one that is sent out to correct this. If not for this issue, it would be a 5 star rating. It’ll jump to 5 once the item is corrected. While I have not had actual foundation work with them, I would not hesitate to recommend Olshan for the type of repair work that they have done for me.

Olshan services were amazing, Alexander and his team were extremely professional and efficient. I live in Fort Worth and had a full house wrap foundationan repair. It was quite the project abd honestly we were anxious about the project. We were amazed at how efficient the team was. Each day they kept us informed of the progress and what to expect the next day. We were extremely impressed they got it done in three days. They stayed till 8pm on the last day to make sure everything was cleaned up and sprinkler systems working properly. I cant recommend them enough. Very pleased.

Being new to DFW in the Frisco area, we were completely unprepared for the complicated foundation and drainage issues that seem to plague the area. We noticed that our gutter drains were clogged and as a result, significantly flooding the areas near the house. Having just had foundation work less than a year prior, we were immediately concerned that the flooding was going to cause more foundation issues. A frantic google search led me to Olshan. Based on many positive reviews, we decided to give them a call. They had us scheduled for an on site evaluation within 2 days. Cory came out to assess the issue and provide all the information we needed. He had permitting information pulled on the spot and within minutes, we had a fully detailed plan and estimate. Their pricing is very reasonable and you could immediately tell that they value quality and efficiency. We were able to send the plan to our HOA immediately and had the work scheduled within a few weeks. The team that came out, Manuel, Wison, Wilmer, and Franklin were efficient, organized and extremely thorough. We are beyond happy with the result and would definitely use Olshan again.

Today I had Olshan come out to look at my laundry room that was built on a back patio, it has two big cracks and is starting to move. He took one look and told me can't help you. Just not worth it to try to fix because he side it might mess up more. He didn't seem to want take a good look at it. Was here for less then 14 minutes, Won't be calling them again.

My property was in better shape when they left as opposed to when they arrived. This crew with Luis, Jose, Arturo, Nelson, Edwin, Rolando, Ruben, Juan and Bill Ford did an amazing job. They were highly proficient and very courteous. I would not hesitate to use Olshans and especially this crew again. You won’t regret the decision.

I had concerns about my foundation because I had tiles popping up. The technician came out and spent over an hour assessing. Gerard was my technician. He was very thorough and honest. I fortunately did not need repair. I really appreciate a company that is honest and isn’t just trying to sell you something you don’t need. I highly recommend Olshan.

We were told we had a huge project on our hands. We had foundation work all along the perimeter of our home. We were told it would take a full 3 days.
Juan Hernandez and his team Jose, Eduardo, Miguel, Mario,Alvaro, Alberto and Ricardo all did a nice job on our home.
They arrived bright and early and worked quickly and efficiently.
At the end of each shift, Juan, the supervisor, walked me through the progress of each day and informed me of what I should expect the following day. I really appreciated that in that I knew where we were with the total project.
I was impressed that the job took 2 and a half days and that included the clean up. And I was amazed at how well the clean up went.
Overall, we are happy with the work and experience we’ve had with Olshan to this point. We would highly recommend this company for your home.

Would recommend to everyone! We did our whole pier and beam house and everyone was amazing. Shout out to James Weaver who walked through the whole process, and Oscar Lopez’s team came and got it all done in one day! The house feels just like new, it was built in 1955. Met with the local representative from Olshan today and he was very nice to work with and provided good information for the foundation repair and the cost was was right inline with the other companies I had received quotes.

I am so glad I chose Olshan to do our foundation repair. Hernandez, Rogelio, Misael, Noe, Jose, Alvaro, Nelson and Eduardo came out completed our foundation repair April 14. They did a great job. Once completed in placing the piers they did a good job working to return the flower beds back to their status before starting the job along with cleaning up the yard. Thank you for a job well done.

Olshan is a great company. They were my second quote on repairs. Nick came by to inspect my foundation and he was super honest about what services needed and did not need to be done. He was very professional and even took pictures of repairs needed. He is the reason we decided to hire Olshan over the other company we got a quote from. Martin R. and his team were the ones who came to do the work. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. You could tell they were professionals and the quality of the work was amazing. Martin and his crew went above and beyond. The entire process from start to finish was easy to understand and pleasant.
