Sam called me to let me know when he'd be here and he and Mike were polite and professional the entire time. We are a sensitive location, so Sam and Michael were the perfect guys to send. Everything was explained before they started. The finished result looks good.

Sam and Malcom did a wonderful job. They did extra by sealing a Crack that went the length of the room besides drilling 24 holes and filling them. Then they cleaned up as well. I would recommend Alpha to my neighbors!!!

I had an encapsulation done on a 1904 house with a very tight crawl space. Quite a challenging operation. Phillip and his team, including Nathan, got right to work on the 3-day operation. They were courteous, professional and determined to do an excellent job. That was what I got. I did not see them take a break as they maneuvered, removed debris and laid down the drainage matts and its covering. When they were finished it looked as clean as a surgical suite in a hospital (OK, a little exaggerated but still quite a contrast to how it looked before). There was a real attention to detail, and they clearly took pride in the results and made sure I was pleased as they walked me through the final product. I am impressed to say the least.

Alpha Foundation did a fantastic job stabilizing the existing foundation, and the installation of Helical piers. The entire crew were very good. . Chris Walker, John Wood, Webber and Philix. Polite, respectful and very professional. They explained the process, step by step, they were on time, they finished the process in a timely manner and most important. Hard working men. I will recommend Alpha Foundation. Ask for this crew and they will not let you down.

It was a pleasure to have Maximo’s, Wilkinson, Dominic and Julian work on the crawl space encapsulation. They did a great job and very polite workers.

Ryan, Matt and Keith actually arrived a half hour early and went right to work. They leveled our pool deck and sidewalk. They were done before we knew it and our pool deck has never looked better. We are extremely pleased with the work. We wish we had done this sooner. Thank you so much!

Chris Walker and his crew did a great job. Kept me in the loop and everything was cleaned up and back to normal. Great service.

When we hired them we were told they could lift our sunken pool patio edge. We put a deposit then they came and basically “supported” patio but not lift our problem area. That is the entire reason we hired them. Be cautious because the sales man will say things that the technicians say they cant do so we wasted 5k.
Also, they have so many good reviews because the technicians get a $100 bonus if reviewed same day and $50 if another day from installation. So most ppl review because they feel bad. So now we are back to square one and need to hire someone else… if they respond with some nonsense don’t listen. My review is the truth… we were told it’d be fixed but tech said no, Wasted $$
When the salesman came back he even said, “ yea we can do a better job than that..” and tech came after again and said no there are risks.. its ridiculous. Also uses this metal rod tapping to check emptiness but doesnt do it after filling to support to check if areas were filled.. fishy. When we made him do it afterwards, many areas were not filled.

The crew, (Ryan, Michael, and Kelsey), called to confirm time, and showed up when they said they would. Very professional, courteous, and showed genuine concern with their work as well as my satisfaction. Well done!

My experience with Alpha Foundations (Fort Myers, FL office) was terrific, every step of the way.
Salesman Chris McBride took time to answer all of my many questions and was extremely professional. The onsite technicians who actually did the work in a very tight space underneath my house (on a VERY hot day) were exceptional, and they knew exactly what to do in order to secure the foundation and joists under the 100-yo house.
They entire AF crew definitely under-promised and
over-performed, and I very highly recommend them to anyone considering Alpha Foundations' services.

Job lifting and stabilizing 6 of my driveway panels and 3 sidewalk panels after Hurricane Ian jumbled my driveway like a crazy concrete puzzle. Very happy with the service..! Professional and easy to communicate with. Service with a smile. Thanks so much.

This month I had to have a pool deck lifted and my one wall next to the pool deck stabilized as it showed cracking and beginning to pull away from the side of my home. I called Alpha Foundations and another company in early October. Neither at the time could get to me for almost a month due to IAN’s wrath. Alpha Foundations brought in teams from other states and I was able to get an estimate within two weeks. I went with them and am glad I did.

The first crew did the stabilization of my home foundation. They had to place 3 piers, two on the side of the house and the other inside at my pool deck and home. The team of three, Jake, Pete and Kenny were very courteous and explained what they would be doing. They were completely professional and did answer a few of my questions before beginning. While they were still working on the last pier, another member, Bob stopped by and was observing the work. He explained a few other things and while they were cleaning up showed a few things to me regarding the last pier. I was very impressed with their work ethics and thoroughness of the cleanup and putting back the material.

The second crew was only one, Sam. He lifted the pool deck and my sidewalk along the house. After Ian, the pool deck had dropped a good 1/4" to 1/2" in a few places close to my home wall that had the one pier installed. Sam explained what he was going to be doing before beginning and asked if I had any questions. I was good and watched at different times. Sam brought it to my attention that a few areas would not be able to be closed back as well due to the river rock material and being so close to the pool coping. Sam also ground down a few of those areas so there wouldn't be any tripping hazard. For the sidewalk it looks amazing and I am sure it cost me alot less than having it removed and concrected back. Sam did mention to me about the 1' area behind the sidewalk and dwelling wall that the area was soft and I should fill that in with some concrete or years down I would most likely have some problems.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that may have these types of issues. As matter of fact, my daughter will be having part of her driveway lifted as it has sunk at the corner of her garage door and is now getting water in everytime it rains hard.

I had estimates from multiple companies. These guys had the most scientific approach, decent price and quickly got to my house. They work hard, clean up well and deliver what they say without high pressure sales.

12.11. 24 update I had alpha back to stabilize my pool deck since they did a great job before. Sam and Jay were awesome. Explained everything and cleaned up perfectly. They are great guys with a great company!
