Got a complete encapsulation done a year and a half ago in my crawl space. Ever since… every six months I’m having to go under the house with towels and bleach water to soak up the pools of water and treat the mold with hydrogen peroxide. If yall wanna fix this then fine but don’t show up to my property unless you have a solution and an apology. Yall were very aware of it since I sent the pictures to the salesman’s email. I completely understand not being able to encapsulate the one part of the house bc of the size of it and the unsafe conditions it presented to your workers. But WATER coming in from UNDER the 20 mm plastic causing mold and other issues is completely unacceptable. Yall knew when it was installed I was in a flood zone. Of lumps were needed then it should’ve been expressed. Now I’m trying to sell the place and I have inspectors telling me I have MOLD! Yall ate up like a soup sammich. Thanks a lot.

Thad and his crew waterproofed my basement last year and I was thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and the work done. They installed a dehumidifier and the work has kept the basement dry and mold free. 100% would recommend!

Ox Foundation did a great job! Everyone at Ox put me the customer 1st. Eric Smith who did the estimates was on time and very knowledgeable. Pat and the other office staff really worked hard to get the job scheduled on my schedule. Bryant, Devin, Caleb, Wyatt and Freddy all did beautiful job with the installation and worked to make sure I was satisfied. A sweet lady at Ox even called me every morning to tell me the crew on the way and when to expect them, that was really nice.

James, Josh, and Marlon were friendly and did a great job of explaining 1) what structural support needed to be done now and the necessary followup work in six months, 2) recommended additional work that could be done in the future, and 3) they hauled away junk that other contractors left behind. Highly recommend them for foundation work.

Ox Foundations Solutions did some repairs to my garage and front porch the first part of May. Wyatt and his pier crew worked very hard and did a great job! Doors that were difficult to open now work easily, and cracks are back together.
The cement and poly crew, Phillip and Tony, also did a great job filling voids and cracks in the basement floors, garages, and front porch.
The Ox Foundations personnel were knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent quality work. I also appreciate the warranties the company provides.

1 year later after completion of encapsulation Jackson Hutton and Tiffany Cameron did a maintenance/service call and were thorough and informative and addressed a dehumidifier drainage issue. Thank you!

The crew that Ox sent out did a great job at our home. We had recently purchased a home, and discovered major foundation problems unfortunately.
After having multiple inspections, we went with Ox to address the issues. Not only did they work on the foundation issue, but they addressed the root problem that had caused this as well. We needed to have an inner perimeter trench to a new sump pump done, dehumidifier upgrade, re-encapsulation as the previous party did this poorly, installed 9 galvanized steel supports, and various patch work completed to the sub floor.
This was not an easy job, and they did it all without one complaint. The crew was respectful, in good spirits, and communicated well throughout the job.
The work also included a 5 year plan to maintain all of the items noted above, and this provided further confidence in making the right choice to go with Ox.
I would not hesitate to use them again, and even recommended them to my mother who is also experiencing some foundation issues.

Fantastic Job by OX to waterproof our basement. We have had major structural flooding issues for years. We have called in multiple foundational/water proofing companies who have done tens of thousands of dollars of abatments that worked temporarily. Ox conducted serious engineering analysis and developed a plan/approach totally different than the two previous companies. The Ox installation lead Dalton and his crew did a fabulous job. He kept me informed and in the decision loop throughout the process. Crew did a great clean up job. Highly recommend them

Ceasor and his guys were very pleasant and professional to deal with! He brought a new crew every time. Time will tell how they did. Mold remediation and encapsulation was done and I believe we can tell the difference in the feel of the house already. My house is and old house - 1894 vintage/ Feels tighter already.

Both workers were kind, respectful and well mannered. They worked hard and did excellent work. The only concern we had with Ox, was the scheduling issues. We were rescheduled several times.
NyErik & Sarge sprayed the chemicals under our crawlspace and worked tirelessly. They were great!

Had great service by Cooper and his crew. Although it is a difficult situation for our house situation, Cooper and his team were respectful and positive especially having to work in an unusually cold and wet time in our area.

I gave 4 stars because I am extremely picky about giving highest ratings at any time, but it was close to getting a 5 star.

Called Ox Foundation Solutions to come look at our foundation. Joe met with me, was on time, polite and respectful, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. A pleasure to work with, will be calling again should we need anything in the future!

Had a great experience with Joe Edwards. He showed great integrity and not pushing for a repair that was unnecessary. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future. Trust is very important.

Ox foundations Solutions sent a crew out last week install an encapsulation in my crawlspace. I was not home during the day I don't know the crews names but they did a wonderful job and I just wanted to let the office know. I could almost sleep in there due to how clean it looks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs foundation work.

We are extremely happy with the work that was done on our floors and in our crawl space under our house. The guys that came out to do the work were extremely professional and helpful and answered all of our questions.
