Concerned about where drain was placed originally and had to make adjustment due to water still standing. Still don’t know if it will work properly. Just finished job a few minutes ago.

Jose, Rich, and Caesar were such a great great crew. They took the time to explain things clearly to me and also to my husband who was off-site. They documented their work with photos for me, and always let me when they were coming and going. They left my property in BETTER shape than before. I highly recommend them!

Amir, who came out for our initial consult was professional and also really good at explaining the process. He was also very responsive to text messages.

Great experience with LRE. Mack came out to look at my driveway, presented options, gave recommendations. All very transparent with cost estimates and warranties. After I decided what option to go with, we scheduled the time the work to be done and all worked out perfectly. Very friendly office support also, easy process and as far as I can say at the moment, great work.

I am very pleased with the quality of work Derek and Chris did today on my driveway. They are true professionals. They kept me updated every step of the way. The amazing thing is when I was shopping around many other places would not tackle a certain part if my driveway but Derek and Chris repaired the section like true artist. Thank you guys. This is my second review because we just had more work done by LRE and again, the team was professional, kind, and quick. I have to give a shout out to Eric - my husband and I have been blown away by his level of service and professionalism. Some of the work we had done to our house required ducts to be removed - this meant several days without AC. A hiccup along the way (by the AC company) and Eric came out at 8am on a holiday weekend to help us solution. He even offered a portal AC unit for us... something the AC company did not even consider or offer us. He then came back a few days later to be sure everything was secured once the AC company finished their work. "Eric is the man" --> quoted from my husband. Thank you again, Eric, and LRE!

*adding more to this review because everyone we have come in contact with at LRE has been amazing. Austin, Sonya, Eric, Pablo and his team, Rosalio, Madison, the two gentlemen who came out to do the chemical grouting. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone. You won't be disappointed choosing LRE to do foundation work.

The whole process was amazing with this team from beginning to end. I highly recommend them as the pricing was reasonable and the work was done in a quick and timely manner.

This team took every effort to rectify the issues with the instability of this room of our home. They carefully leveled a nearly 2 inch discrepancy that had only grown worse for years even with jack placements by another company. I was astounded at the care that was taken in raising my room, which was especially difficult because it is glass on all sides. After achieving a level floor, the stability of piers will ensure that I don’t have to worry about this again. Every aspect of the project was completed with thoughtfulness and professionalism. My home and property were treated with respect and the communication with the project team was especially exceptional. I highly recommend that you consider LRE for your foundation correction work. I didn’t previously and it cost me valuable time, damage and money. I am glad I found them after all, and my home is level and stable now.

I' m well pleased with the final outcome of the work completed by the ground personal from LRE. There was an early delay to the process because of faulty equipment, time was lost due to this , but the crew worked tirelessly to make it operable. They returned on a later date to complete to work, which to my eye was much better than I expected.
I'm certain the final work on my driveway will outlast me. Please relay my appreciation to my excellent foreman an he's excellent crew. Bob Bettinger

I cannot say enough about LRE and the entire team. From the consultation to the estimate to the complex repairs that needed to be made. They were fair and informative, and even flexible when I needed to reschedule. Not to mention the incredible job they did on the rotting floor joists under a fireplace I wanted to save. LRE did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and all of our questions were explained to us in detail. We had a French drain installed to improve the drainage on the side of the house and the whole process was completed in less than 2 days. We are very pleased with the job that was done.and we highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair to all!

They are a good team. From quotes on lifting to just stopping the foundation. I chose to stop the falling of an added on laundry room. The date to the time and it was only 2 hours to sure up under the foundation. I can not say what it looks like but can tell you that it was warrantee and they eased my mind about future problems. Well done

Highly reccommend this company. They leveled and sealed my driveway perfectly. And added an underground downspout from my gutter under the grass to release the rain water past the driveway to prevent this issue from reoccurring. Derek and company were very nice and great with keeping me updated as the job was completed in Florida while I am up in NY. Great job.

I have a concrete wall nearly 40 years old, part of it was leaning due to age, Roots from large oak tree. Cara came out to do estimate and showed me step by step what could be done. Was kept informed leading up to appointment time and on day of job, Jose the lead guy and crew called ahead and were right on time and did an excellent job of straightening back into place. Entire job completed in 3 hours. Would use again and highly recommend.
