Great experience overall. Austin came out to give us a quote. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went over all our options.
Office staff were great. They kept us informed and relayed all the information.
The night prior to installation, Derek, who was the foreman, texted us and gave us his eta for the morning. He also texted me this morning to update us on their arrival time.
He explained to me the process and asked if I had any questions. After completing their work,Derek explained everything that they saw during the installation.
I was very happy with the whole process and glad I chose LRE.

Not really pleased with the work. I had asked Bob McLarty (salesman) if they would restore the grass they dug up and replace it as it was. He said they would, but it is far from the same level even, sticking up higher than the rest of grade, as if a gopher had dug a tunnel under it (see photos). I put top soil in the grooves so hopefully the grass would settle and grow into the rest of the yard, but due to extreme heat and dryness, that grass is drying out despite watering it more often. It’s even worse because having the house on the market to sell, it makes a bad impression of the yard. Food for thought if you plan on burying your downspouts. Jose (Crew Supervisor) tried to reduce how bad they looked at first, and did improve them, but as photos show… not nearly enough. Now I wish we had left well enough alone, as it is worse than it was, even if it helps the future drainage issues.

LRE was excellent to deal with on the raising a corner of our sinking pool deck. Mike provided answer to all my questions during the initial inspection and bid. They were not the lowest bid, but provided me a solid feeling of competence. They were able to do the work earlier than scheduled. The work crew were really nice to deal with and once again reinforced my feeling of competence. They kept me informed of their progress, did a great cleanup and made sure I inspected their work before departing. I highly recommended LRE for and foundation/slab raising you may need

Dillon and Kyle are great at what they do. I am so impressed with the transformation that took place today. I can tell they have lots of experience with fixing foundations which I appreciate. My job was not an easy fix! I feel very fortunate to have both them and LRE on my side today. I couldn't ask for a more professional team-also Amazing and Kind every step if the way. Thank you! Jose went over all the work they were going to do and after they were done, again Jose reviewed everything they did. They also cleaned up all the areas they worked on.

All the draining pipes look amazing

From beginning to end was excellent. Brendon took his time explaining everything we needed to address with our 100 year old home, helping us keep it for the next generation. Communication with the office was easy and Jose and his crew were a fabulous group of young men who worked incredibly hard and even took care to minimize damage to the yard while they made the necessary repairs. Also, when they discovered that the crawl space wasn't as large as they initially planned for, they were quick to share this info with us and create a change order which reduced our costs several thousand dollars.

I advise caution when dealing with Reliable Foundations, as there are several red flags regarding their communication and pricing.
My first interaction occurred when I gave my business card to a crew in an unmarked trailer for an estimate on my house, but I never heard back. Because I didn't remember their name, I later accidentally found them online while looking for a contractor for a client.
When they looked at my client's house, the estimate lacked detail and omitted the main foundation work. The estimator promised to return to fix it, but never followed up. Before realizing their communication was inconsistent, I passed their number to a real estate agent. They accommodated her schedule quickly and provided initial paperwork, but stopped responding when she asked for a separate required document. After a week of silence, they finally contacted her—but only *after* I posted an initial review, showing they prioritize public feedback over direct client requests.
Additionally, an acquaintance unfamiliar with construction was charged a steep $12,000 for just 200 square feet of basic backyard and driveway concrete work.
Given the incomplete quotes, poor follow-through, and high pricing, be cautious and get everything in writing.

They really did a great job leveling our concrete. Very impressed.
