LRE did a fantastic job on my badly cracked and sinking driveway. The driveway is all one level now after all repairs and fillings were completed, all cracks are sealed with concrete cement and my driveway looks like brand new.

For the work as of Day 1, 5 stars the crew did a great job and exceeded what I was expecting. I'll add a before and after photo of one section that they were able to lift and almost get back to level. I was just wanting to stablize the pool deck to prevent further sinking so the results I got were great. Will update if there is an issue in the future, but would recommend LRE with the information I have!

I scheduled an estimate. They later started asking questions regarding the project clearly indicating they were unable or willing to want to take the job and then no showed on me.

Whoever I dealt with initially was clearly unaware of what services they perform.

Poor very poor. My pool sprung a leak the following day I notice. Hired a company at the cost of $1600.00. They detect and fix the leak. Showed where LRE drilled in the pool PVC pipe causing the leak. It took 4 weeks before we heard from someone after numerous calls. LRE stated there is NOTING they can do. Very piss poor. Due to LER workmanship negligence they cost me $1600.00. However this is not done. they will pay and pay more. Be careful when hiring. They are very quick to collect.

Staff was knowledgeable and explained everything well. Trevor and Jose were both very communicative and took the time to walk me through everything being done for the crawlspace encapsulation. The product is great, and it was an overall smooth and seamless experience!

LRE was professional from start to finish. I highly recommend LRE. LRE knows what they are doing and doesn’t push products onto costumers. Really appreciated working with LRE, and they even left my house clean after they were done working!

LRE Foundation Repair, LLC assisted me with work on my home’s foundation when I noticed settling or recession of sand on one side of the house. Mr. M O’Connell was the design specialist who came out to review plan and set up a contract with me. He was very patient and answered or provided informative details so that I could understand! LRE’s first visit was on July 23rd but the foundation issues was not resolved satisfactorily by crew members Jaylan & Alan which was very disappointing. Therefore, I had to have another appointment on August 20th at which time, the new crew members Derek & Chris made corrections to satisfy what was not done correctly. They still had a few snags along the way but it was resolved with the help of Eric, manager stepping in! Overall, I am grateful that the customer response and support received from management and office workers was positive.

All employees I had interaction with were professional and personable. Crews arrived on time and left my property in good condition. They answered my questions and explained what was involved.

LRE did a fantastic job with the foundation lifting. They are efficient, organized, professional. They went above and beyond with making sure the job was completed and to my satisfaction.

I am very happy with the work done and the company. The channel drain is doing what it's supposed to do, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Very nice people to deal with and a very competitive price, too!!

Yesterday LRE Foundation Repair installed helical piers below the foundation on one entire side of my house in Vero Beach to remedy the sloping of floors that had occurred due to the sandy soil in my area and a tree root that had grown under the foundation. It was a seamless experience. From the initial assessment by Design Specialist Austin Awad to the job completion by Supervisor Jose Torres and his crew to the Billing Dept.’s Sonia’s prompt and instrumental help with financing… everyone was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. I highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair!

The crew was amazing. They did all work very professionally and laid 4x8 plywood on my grass before bring their bobcat machine into the back yard. They also took about 2 hours lifting the slab/house an eight of an inch at a time. Jose and his crew were just delightful guys and their work was incredible!

The team was quick and efficient. They were able to raise the corner of my foundation and stabilize it from sinking further.

Had a French drain installed to alleviate flooding in our backyard during a hard rain. The work crew was professional and stayed on task. I was kept informed of everything that was going on. We were very pleased we chose to use LRE.

The field team was incredibly communicative regarding arrival and departure times, project progress, and next steps. The lead, Chris, was very open to questions, discussions, etc. They made sure the site was safe during the project, and also cleaned up when they left. They even used some extra concrete to fill a pothole in my driveway :) I am happy with the project outcomes and would recommend LRE to others.

We contacted LRE to get a consultation on cracking along the cinderblock walls, ceiling, bathroom window sills,
terrazzo floors and separation of baseboards and flooring. The cracking was being caused by roots from a mature camphor tree growing too close to the house. LRE consultant Amir assessed the issues and pointed out future damage that would occur if the foundation was not stabilized. The recommendation was to install 11 helicon piers wrapping around the back of the house.
After the tree was removed, the the installation team led by Sergio came out to start the project. Sergio, Angel and Jose assessed the situation and identified an additional area of concern which could be addressed by shifting the placement one of the piers without requiring more materials. As work began, the magnitude of the tree root system became apparent and the scale of job was incredibly labor intensive, even with the bobcat and heavy tools. There were three areas in a patio that required cutting through concrete and the 1958 era house built on a solid cement slab brought surprises. In addition, heavy rains in the afternoons flooded the trenches. Although the project took longer that originally estimated, we were grateful that Sergio took the time install the piers strategically and did not cut corners. In spite of the weather concrete and roots challenges, Sergio assured us that the installation would be completed with the highest standards and we would be pleased with the job.

Sergio was very communicative throughout the entire project from checking by in each morning with their arrival time, laying out the plan for the day and following up with next steps. When issues arose, solutions were presented and adjustments made in a timely manner. The job was a beast and the team tackled it with skill and determination.

Overall we are very happy with the installation and impressed by the professionalism and teamwork provided by Sergio, Angel, Jose and the office. We greatly appreciate their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend LRC.

The whole process the day the crew showed up from start to finish went smoothly, they were both polite and professional. I was kept informed one the entire process.

The original work order from the inspector quoted that a new block pier was needed to level the floor. When the workers arrived, they stated that would not work based on what they saw so a change order was needed. The new work was $1,500 more, but LRE stated they are not a “bait and switch” company would honor the original quote even though the work needed was more expensive for them. Very honorable of them to do so. Appreciate the honesty and would highly recommend.

LRE was very professional from start to finish. Michael and I crawled underneath the house with me for about an hour, analyzing our complex situation. Taylor and his crew were courteous, letting us know well in advance when they would arrive as well as exactly what they'd be doing. When things became more complicated, Taylor even had the manager come out and crawl under the house to ascertain some different options for us, based on unforeseen complications. While some companies use a 'bait and switch' tactic to generate more revenue, LRE provided significant additional labor and materials WITHOUT raising the original contract price. By the way, their bid was substantially lower than their main competitor's bid. I was super impressed with the quality of the materials used to stabilize our foundation and am confident the infrastructure of our home will remain secure indefinitely. LRE was the most respected foundation firm recommended by my engineer friend, and everything they did only served to prove this so. I would recommend them without reservation.

Foundation repair on your home can be very stressful. Justin and the entire team at LRE foundation repair made it as stress free as possible. The work was done in a very timely and organized manner. Jose and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Overall great experience.

So glad I had their help with my house’s foundation. The house has already sinking in the back and they worked with me in a way that I could afford. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and work they provided to me. Amir and Taylor’s crew are amazing. I supper recommend them.
