Your installers, Cooper and Zyee, finished the encapsulation of the crawl space in my home today. They have been working on it for two days. They were both very pleasant, mannerly and professional. They were very competent and knowledgeable in the installation of the materials used in the encapsulation. I would definitely recommend them again to others. They are assets to your company. I would definitely recommend Ox Foundations for any problems you are having with water in your crawl space.

Joe was extremely polite and professional when providing me a proposal for encapsulating a small crawl space at our home. He pointed out what was needed and also what was not needed in order to reduce the humidity to an acceptable level. The crew did a very good job and left the area very clean. Following the installation, Joe came to our house the next day to ensure that everything was in order. Once again, he was very polite and professional, and he spent a good bit of time addressing any questions I had.

Of the three quotes received, Ox Foundation Solutions' quote was in the middle. Wynn did an outstanding job of explaining everything in advance. Tommy and Marlon did a terrific job on the installation. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship truly exceeded my expectations. They were very accommodating in working around my nightshift schedule. The entire process was smooth and efficient, leaving me with a clean and organized space. I am incredibly impressed by the noticeable improvement in my home's air quality and overall comfort. Attached to this review are just a few quick photos I took. Crawlspace work performed by Ox on our 73 yr old home: clean out old debris; installed French drain along walls inside crawlspace; installed wells, pumps, dehumidifiers, and new access doors; encapsulated the floor and walls. Ox crew were Matt, Hunter and Dylan who were excellent in their work effort, attitude, communication, attention to detail and ensured we were pleased with the final results. Ox’s price was very fair for the work quoted in compared to other providers’ quotes. Would highly recommend their services based on the initial representative’s (Chuck) evaluation and information, and particularly based on the installation crew’s performance.

We called OX foundation hoping to get an estimate on something we thought we needed for the foundation prior to building a retaining wall. Joe, who is awesome, was honest and told me that I didn’t need anything because everything I saw was cosmetic and did not need to be addressed. Joe was very thorough and super helpful on suggestions. He could have scammed us as we seriously were ignorant to foundation knowledge. I think it says something about a business when they are honest. It’s so rare these days. Cheers to honest business as we will be calling these guys first on any structure needs.

The Wyatt crew came out and did a great job installing 8 helical piers! They take great pride in their work & communication was great. They minimize the mess the best they could by laying plastic sheets down to put the freshly excavated dirt on. After the piers were installed, they fixed the rock bed back as it was before they started work. The first picture is what it looked like after the job was finished! After speaking with David H. who is the Project Manager/Estimator. I had all confidence in Blue Ox workmanship, and they would stand behind their work.

Ox Foundation came out to repair our foundation where it had settled and to level our floor. All the guys that came out to do the work were very polite and professional. They did the work efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Drake, Jeremiah, Isidro and Xavier thank you!

Little bumpy start on scheduling. But the job got completed today and is a lot better. Phillip and Tony a great guys. They did a good job. Very professional.

I would highly recommend the Ox Foundation Team, specifically Thad Burton and Andrew Thomas. They shoot straight with you. I had been quoted 5k more by another company. They were requiring and charging for things that were not necessary and Thad told me he could get the job done without all the fluff charges. They also were great on-site. Its always a little uneasy having people you do not know in and out od your home. These two young men proved their are honest hardworking young folks out there. Great job Thad and Andrew. Our Christmas will be a lot brighter because of your honesty.

I called office because water was standing under house that I had encapsulated. The pump was put in too high 4-5 years ago when the work was done. Denico and Lione came out today and put it in deeper and all. They were sooo friendly and knowledgeable. Ox needs more guys like these.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to encapsulate my crawlspace, I finally decided to get a quote because I knew it needed to be done. A friend of mine recommended Pat at Ox Foundations, so I gave him a call and scheduled an appointment. He came out inspected my crawlspace then gave me a quote the same day. After we agreed on the price, they scheduled the day for installation. I am so glad I did. Jaren, Kris, & Lione did a great job on my crawl space. They were very polite and kept my job clean. They’ve only been gone a few hours but I can tell it’s already working. The humidity level has dropped quite a bit and is within the range. If you’re on the fence go ahead and get it done, in the long run it’s worth it. The office stayed in communication with me the whole time by letting me know when the men were gonna arrive. I feel so much better now that I did it and I would highly recommend Ox Foundations.

Joe E from Ox Foundations came to look at my house today. I called Ox for a second opinion and price. After looking everything over, Joe said that my house didn't need anything done. Another company had proposed several thousand worth of work they said I needed. I told Joe about what they had proposed, and let me know that it would be necessary.

He was very personable and certainly honest with me about my home's situation. I would highly recommend him and Ox Foundations for an honest assessment for your situation.

Patrick, Thad, and the entire basement crew did excellent work installing a water drainage system in my basement. Patrick went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for my family and our budget. He checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly.

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, calling every morning to let me know when to expect the crew. I was never left guessing. Every part of the project was completed exactly as explained up front.

Once finished, Thad walked me through the entire area to make sure I was happy with the results. I can’t say enough about how great this company is, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’m so glad I called Ox . They gave me a competitive bit for the work to be done . I’m really impressed with their communication with me on the project. These guys came out and in a very short time had the concrete lifted up as it should have been. They were very professional, great work ethic, and friendly. Might I add cleaned up the yard the best that they could. I myself would definitely use them again.

Called to have them come out and look at a unique job for me dealing with some mold in an old well window cavity that had since been sealed off from the top and some block work in a basement foundation wall.

They sent Mr. Winn Sanders. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, but moreso by his honesty.

Most companies will just try to sell you something to make their profit, but you can clearly tell they care about being honest with their clients in directing them to the best solution. Which in this case meant giving me great advice on the best solution here that ultimately is not in their scope of work. Impressed and grateful for his honesty and willingness to help me find a good solution for this project.

They did a great job at my lake house. I had issues with support columns settling. Everything is now secured and above code. James and Josh were very professional and informative.

Don’t waste your time anywhere else! When we built our house we had it encapsulated by another company, it deteriorated very quickly and after 5 years we had rodent issues and a lot of standing water in the crawl space which was causing humidity issues in the home. Our original encapsulation was a thin plastic thrown on the ground. Ox came out and took their time to detail what needed to be done and offered to fix it partially or completely, whatever we felt most comfortable doing. We chose to completely replace the encapsulation and it is not even comparable to what was done prior. Marlon, Cedric and Tank worked on our home they took so much time and care to make sure it was done properly. The original estimate was 3 days, but they took 5 full days to ensure everything was done perfectly and completely. They took time to explain to me all that was done and will come back and repair any issue we have, even as small as changing the battery on the humidity reader. Our crawl space is so clean and tidy now, the amount of work done is so comforting that we will never have issues again. We are so thankful for what this crew and this company have done for our home!

After finding moisture while replacing our flooring, our contractor recommended us to have an assessment done on our foundation to rule out any incoming water issues. Chris Peabody at OX was able to come out the next morning. He was honest, thorough, and very personable. He walked us through his findings and explained in great detail what he was looking for…and in this case, what he didn’t find.
