I happen to come across X-streme as i was driving down my road and they were working on a neighbors foundation. Needless, to say most of the houses on my street were having similar issues. I asked Paul to come over and show him what I was seeing. I mean could you couldn't ask for immediate attention and not have to make an appointment. He reviewed and then Patrick came over the same day to do a review. WOW! Same day service. Patrick took his measurements and what i thought would be a minor adjustment was not. I'm so happy I saw them!

After reviewing their reviews and the great reviews received nothing stood out, I decided to see what they would offer/do. Boy was I surprised! After talking to Paul and then Patrick, I decided to move forward with X-treme. As my neighbor was having his work done and were at a stand still, they came over and started working immediately on my foundation.

The level of service and coordination with me so i would be able to get my dogs outside during their lunch break was great. After 3 days, I could hear them lifting my foundation and was able to see immediate results. Inpector came by and blessed their hard work! What Service!!!

These guys are the best. Not only did I have my foundation repair but in the next couple of days, their associate Jordan (plumber) came out to confirm there were no issues with my plumbing after they had completed their job. It was an added bonus for them to go the extra mile and, come to find out, I did have a leak in my sewar line. Jordan showed me exactly where and what it was via camera while i was standing behind him.

I'm so happy he did and alert me to it. Of course, this behind the original cost of my foundation repair but can you image if they didn't. Jordan explained the results and cost to fix it as they would need to dig another 4.5' to correct it. I saw roots and the breakage. Thank you guys for going over and above. Yes, it cost me an additional amount, but, in the long run, it's best to get it all taken care of. Thank you! I recommend this company beyond belief!!!!

Paul and Pat came out to inspect our home after we started noticing some issues, and they found almost 5 inches of fall from one corner of the house to the other. After a full evaluation, the engineer recommended underpinning the entire home. Hearing that was honestly overwhelming, especially knowing how big of a project it would be.

We have three kids, so our biggest concern was how this would affect our day-to-day life and whether parts of the house would be unusable while the work was going on. Going into it, we were nervous about how disruptive everything might be. In reality, it was way smoother than we expected. Even with all the work happening, we were able to live in the house without feeling like our home was torn apart.

The scope of the job was huge — over 160 feet of tunneling and 41 piers — and while they were under the house, they also replaced all of the plumbing. Even with all of that, the entire project was finished in about three weeks.

There were definitely mounds of dirt during the process, but now you can’t even tell where any of it was. The cleanup was impressive, and the house was left in great shape.

Paul and Pat were recommended to us by an engineer, and that recommendation turned out to be spot on. Throughout the whole process they were professional, honest, and easy to communicate with.

The peace of mind knowing this was done the right way was absolutely worth it. Huge thanks to Paul, Pat, and Jordan for taking care of our home and our family.
