Not willing to break down Costs on the estimates how they got to the number . had to ask several time for the estimate after they came out. took over a week to finely get that on paper. I got the impression like other contractors they do not like doing small jobs. If it two small they just price it high . In general "if contractors took a lot of smaller jobs they might end up making more money over time". There seems to be a market for that. if there attention to getting an estimate to the customer was as aggressive as there informing of there appointment data also would show interest as well. Just offering my opinion on what happen to me if anything i hope that this is helpful to du-west about getting estimates to customers in a timely manner . Customer service is a whole experience not just getting a estimator to a site .

Du-West is a great company to use. They were very reasonable with the quote.

They did a great job the first time I used them in 2010. Had them back in 2019 & they were terrible! The damaged my front porch & couldn't repair it. It cost me over a $1,000 to repair it. They charged me for services they did NOT perform. Don't let these people anywhere near your home.

I called DuWest because I had heard about them on the radio. They are a large company, and their bid was very competitive. They showed up on time and completed the project on time, and in a very professional manner. I will not hesitate to use them again for any foundation or patio problem.
I also appreciated the fact that their service technicians were veterans.

Lost a star for the notification system they USED TO HAVE but seem to not have it any more. Loved that ‘early warning system’, as it told you when tech would arrive. Plz bring back.

These guys were “the best” they assessed the foundation problem, developed a plan and went over it with me, then executed to the plan. When unforeseen problems were discovered, these were brought to my attention along with a solution. Du-West was able to proceed to a timely completion.
I would recommend Du-West to anyone dealing with foundation issues.

Du-West has become our go-to for out-of-the-ordinary plumbing repairs. They are able to find the problem and fix it reasonably quickly and efficiently. They do a great job of explaining the problem and how they will go about repairing it. We find their pricing to be the most fair and competitive of any of the companies we’ve used in the past. Their technicians are polite, informative, professional, and they take care of our property in big and small ways. We highly recommend Du-West.

Came out and gave me an honest opinion on what to do. Will be calling them back after tree roots have time to rot.

Angel Diaz Explained everything very well as there was previous work done to this house where it was sinking on one side of the house had a lifetime warranty transferred over to me., He explained that it's level around the outside of the house, but not on the inside which he said proved tree roots were growing underneath the foundation. So I had a root shield put in today at 46 inches which is plastic so he said it will last 50 to 100 years. A door was separated from the wall upstairs. Very professional company hoping this does the trick.😊

They treated me the way they would want to be treated . Instead of making money now , I was told to wait a few years for the ground to settle more . I appreciate their honesty . I highly recommend them .

Mr. Lonnie Contreras is the supervisor that worked with his crew on my foundation repair. First of all, they arrived when they said they would. He explained the process and answered all my questions along the way. He even checked with me during the job to see if I had any questions. He didn't track dirt inside my home when he needed to check measurements, etc.and was very careful going around my home inside and out. I was very pleased with the job the did. Everything outside was left almost exactly the same as it was before the work began. He even explained that there was a chance I might lose part of my hedge that they had to dig up but couldn't get to the root due to where my one of the sprinkler lines ran. He mentioned this before the work began and gave me the choice on how much of the hedge I wanted them to remove. I appreciated this. He also let me know that it might be saved if I kept it watered. We'll see. They even elevated the amount of dirt covering the foundation after checking with me and indicating this was their recommendation. There was no additional charge for this so I was thankful. Job well done and would recommend their foundation repair service. Bonus: my repair took less than 8 hours so I was thankful for that as well.

Du-West came out to inspect our foundation and was very thorough. No major issues found and offered minor suggestions for an area that may be getting too much water. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and will be my call for services they offer.
